I'm aware that Jack's Pizza is a favorite among the locals but my last experience with take-out pizza was not so good. My husband and I seldom order take-out so I was really looking forward to having Jack's pizza that night. Boy, was I disappointed! I ordered a Vegetarian Special but unfortunately there was nothing special about it. It was described on the menu to have "roasted red peppers, mushrooms, broccoli, spinach black olives, tomatoes, and onion. It came with tiny pieces green peppers, which I cannot eat so I had to pick them off. The rest of the veggies were not fresh, they were canned or otherwise and the amount of toppings was very spars. I recently moved to the area. My boyfriend and I went on a bit of a Pizza Tour to try the different pizza spots near our home, and find the best one. We tried about 4, and we always kept coming back to Jack's! Jack's has the best pizza pie in town! Good chicken fingers and wings as well! We frequent here once a week at least. The place is always crowded in a good way and great customer service! Always a buzz! We have definitely become regulars here and we always love the food! read more

I love this place but the customer service and high prices are why I will NEVER go back. Milton was and always has been extremely rude. I literally eat here ALL the time and the way I was treated yesterday was unacceptable and they lost a customer. This is some of the best pizza I have ever had. To be honest, their regular plain pizza is just average. But their specialty pizza like stuffed buffalo chicken, and the BBQ chicken, and the nacho pizza are all OUT OF THIS WORLD. And the people who run the shop are super nice. Amazing Find. We discovered this place during a soccer tournament nearby and were stunned. I tend to have low expectations for any new place and still firmly believe there's no pizza better than that which I grew up with in Staten Island and nearby Brooklyn. That said, I was happily caught off-guard by the specialty pies they had out both in terms of presentation and taste. I had a slice of cheese steak pizza which was incredible and a slice of stuffed buffalo chicken pizza which was equally amazing. My mom lives in Coatesville and this is where we typically go for take-out if she doesn't feel like making a good home cooked meal for her kids. I appreciate that they are a family owned and operated business. Service is friendly and meals are reasonably priced. I'm a fan of their wings, subs, and cheesesteaks. Had there pizza thin was hard and chewy not much toppings sauce was plann I have had better we also got a pan the pan was kinda thin for a pan and not crispy kinda dough e same not much topping sauce was plenty on it which was good . While I do love this place, I'm basing this review off my take out order tonight. Food is usually very good here but tonight they struck out. I asked for "extra well done" wings. Got home and they were barely even cooked let alone extra well done. I actually had to put them in my oven to finish cooking them. Id rather not have to cook when I pay for take out. If I could give this business zero stars for customer service I would. I myself work In the Restaurant industry and would never treat a guest the way I was treated today. We received the wrong order and only found out once we made it home a half hour away. So that being said I called them and requested to speak to a manager about the situation at hand. We asked for chicken parm meals and we received chicken parm sandwiches. We told the manger that on the phone and then they went to the register girl and she said we ordered he sandwiches but we specifically ordered the meal and that's not what we received. They told us we could drive back and PAY the difference and get the meal instead. Now with my background I believe we should've been given the option of a another meal free of charge, but I guess that's just my opinion. I was insulted by the lack of respect that I received from the manger of this business. I think that if you wish to be treated as a guest you stay away from this business. read more

The wings were lousy hardly any meat on the bones...and one was actually the bone just deep fried to the point of cremation. So instead of 10 pc I got 9 measly pcs. It's ashame been here before and they were better. Pizza is hopefully better than their wings! read more

One of the worst Sicilian pizzas I have ever had. Dough was very old and tasted stale. No rise in the dough and was very small for a "large" Sicilian. The cardboard it was served in was just about as appetizing. Will not be returning. read more

I moved away from the area about 2 years ago, and every time I come home I have cravings for things I used to eat when I lived here. The last three times I had Jacks I was left disappointed. I'm not sure if they have changed management, cooks or what. The customer service in person and over the phone is lacking, and the food just isn't the same, after this third time of giving them a chance, it's safe to say I will be taking my business back to Joey's when I come to town. This time my salad was a bit watery and the shrimp seemed undercooked. The last time, I asked for wings to be cooked crispy, I get home and they had to be placed in the oven because they were soggy (which I absolutely hate), and the time before that the pizza just wasn't good. I used to be a loyal customer along with my family who still resides here and unfortunately I cant say the same anymore. Hopefully they make some changes quick or they will likely lose more customers. read more
