One of my tire pressure sensors stopped working. I called Jackie Cooper's service department, and the woman who answered said that they started with a $275 diagnostics. I said..."What is there to diagnose? It needs a new tire pressure sensor and programming." Her response..."We start with a diagnostics and it's $275. Then whatever the repair is, we add to that." Sorry...but I refuse to be taken advantage of. I got a genuine Mercedes part online for $50, and my tire guy install it, and Christian Brothers reprogrammed it for $100. read more

While i was there i TRIED to buy a GLS 300 but the sales department didnt wanna work with me... AT ALL! Watch out! Never Trust Smiling Snakes! It's funny how: While you're in the process of buying a vehicle, everyone is your best friend. Managers come by and want to shake your hand and speak great things about this dealership and their people. When you have issues and problems, no one is available to help or care about the customer. We bought a new $100k AMG vehicle late June 2024 that had issues with the A/C hose not connected, a major hole in the windshield wiper motor and a bubble on the rear window. Three weeks later, had to drive from OKC (1 1/2 hrs) back to Tulsa just to leave in a CLA 250. Our vehicle was there for one week as the fix the issues that should have been fixed or discovered doing delivery inspection. In mid Aug 2024 (54 days), our vehicle was totaled in a non fault accident. Since we trusted their word on making things better on our next experience, I contacted them about getting a new vehicle from Jackie Cooper Imports. Started working with our salesman about finding the same vehicle. During this time, I asked about a refund of the prepaid maintenance and wheel and tire packets we paid in cash for our totaled vehicle. Since the accident was under the 60 days of the purchase, we could have received 100% of wheel and tire packet ($3,695.00) back. Finance office took a week to email paperwork (they could have processed for us). That delay cause us to lose our 100% refund and now we have to fight to get a prorated return. The prepaid maintenance packet ($4,295.00) they said is non refundable. Even though we did not use it, can't ever use it or the accident was someone else fault. They claim they can't refund it back or transfer it to the new Mercedes we are planning to purchase. If this was like $100, yeah I could understand. This is grands that you want customers to say "ok" and to move on. I'm sure if they made their employees work two weeks for no pay they wouldn't be happy about coming back to work. Had our vehicle for 54 days minus the 7 days being repaired at Jackie Cooper. 47 days is costing us over $4,295 plus some! I hope someone see this post and change their mind about dealing with this business. I'll keep updating this post as I get on more social media platforms and news channels to blast this company on customer service and treatment. read more

Right now I'm writing my review more about the service experience, but I will say that, as a person who HATES car dealerships, my process of buying two cars and trading one in here has been extremely smooth and relatively painless, and the people here are very professional and not pushy. I had to get my annual service and they made everything a breeze. Since this is the lesser of the 2 annual services Mercedes require, I decided to wait for my car since I was told over the phone they had a socially distanced waiting room. I arrived and promptly had someone to take my car and tell me the price of the service. They have vehicles available if you don't have time to wait, as well, which is super nice. The entire staff was wearing masks and wearing them properly at all times. The waiting room was stocked with drinks and snacks, had a coffee machine and WiFi, and plenty of different places to sit and work of read a magazine. All the other customers here also had masks on appropriately, and overall it just kind of felt like I was at a coworking space rather than a car dealership. Make sure you look in the mail/your email for service coupons to save money! read more

I'm located in Maryland, and was unsure as to the feasibility of buying a car unseen, a long distance away, without any personal interaction. My sales person, Mushtaq, immediately made me feel at ease, work diligently to provide video of the vehicle, and assured me that a long-distance purchase would not be a problem. Mushtaq even had options available for shipping the vehicle to me in Maryland from Oklahoma. I can honestly say I have not had as good a dealer experience ever. This is despite being more than 1000 miles away. We purchased a used car 6 weeks ago. We were told we needed to pay for the car via wire fee, prior to arriving at the dealership and inspecting the car, which is highly unusual. We did as instructed and were promised to have our wire transfer fee reimbursed quickly. It's now been six weeks, and I've requested the reimbursement four times, without any response from the Business Manager that promised it to me in the first place. When we left the dealership with the car, the windshield wipers didn't work and we needed to spend $45 to replace them. We have since reached out to the dealership to resolve our concerns and we never get a phone call back or any response. We would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. read more

While traveling out of state with a Mercedes loaner car, I had a flat tire due to hitting a pothole in the hotel parking lot. I was in a small town and none of the tire stores had the correct tire I needed. I started calling the closest Mercedes. My second call was to Jackie Cooper Mercedes (80 miles away) and spoke with Casey who was very helpful and transferred me to the parts department. I spoke with Jason and he was able to confirm they had the tire and put a hold on the tire for me. Mercedes Roadside Assistance sent a real nice guy to tow the car on a flat bed all the way to Jackie Cooper Service Dept. They were closed when he arrived, but he called and let me know the car arrived safely. The next morning I called and spoke to Casey who told me the Service Advisor would call once car was checked in. Shortly after, Jacob Evans called to say they had the car and he was going to get the tire replaced as soon as possible. I rented a car mid-day and was driving to Tulsa when Jacob called to say the car was ready. I let him know I was a half hour out. After dropping off rental, my Uber dropped me off at Mercedes and Jacob had the car all ready to go. I paid and off I went. The smoothest, unusual tire repair I have ever had, thanks to Casey, Jason and Jacob. This is a large Mercedes location and definitely well run with the friendliest employees. Thank you! read more

We had one of the best experiences at a car dealership. I was negotiating a price of a pre-owned car with them. Even though the car was not a Porsche or a Mercedes they had taken care of us pretty well. Jason Vanball was the sales guy we were communicating with. After we locked down the price and decided on a date to fly down there. I had asked to send me a small walk around video. He made beautiful video explaining some of the features of the car like someone was reviewing the car. He also came to pick us up from the hotel. He was there on time and to make the experience more special he came in a Porsche Panamera. It was a good 30mins drive. Upon arrival the documents and keys were ready. He gave tour of the showroom and the cars while the finance team was finishing up last minute paper work. So when it's all done, there was also a black board with "Congratz" note on it. I recently purchased a new vehicle at Jackie Cooper. Although the sales rep was one of the most considerate and helpful salepersons I had met over the 3 month quest to find a car, the remainder of the purchase experience bordered on frightening. I had to return to their dealership 4 times to complete missed paperwork and had an agent come to see me 2 times additionally before all the paperwork was completed over a one week period. The whole sales, finance, insurance verification office seemed to be highly disorganized! The service department, on the other hand, was professionaly run, and the attitudes were friendly and accommodating while my car was in the shop. (There was damage to the car after the vehicle was selected, and I have to say that they repaired it with a minimum of hassle and in a timely manner.) Overall, if my friend had not recommended the dealership, I would have given up on the process due to all of the paperwork snafu's, but remained diligent in respect to his ardent support of the business in the past. They should be thankful someone was rooting for them or I would have aborted the whole deal in a heartbeat. read more

My wife and I have both had Infinitys the past several years. We've both had all the service work done at Jackie Cooper's. I like their customer service. You can schedule the service online. The service person does not pressure you to have services performed which may not be expedient. The facility itself is very customer friendly with a nice large lounge waiting area with a great coffee/latte machine, complimentary water and usually great cookies. Today after 6 weeks sheltered at home, I made an appointment for a much needed oil change. They schedule service to limit how many customers are in the lounge at one time. They offer loaner cars or shuttle service. I watched them decomtaminate my car's interior prior to taking it to the service area. I watched staff cleaning the doors to the waiting area. I was the first customer in at 8:00 and was out by 9:00. The car was washed and interior cleaned. All in all a good experience. read more

You were the only one who cared to share it . We were there to buy a car not buy you . The finance guy was probably the only good experience as he was not pushy and seemed to be actually cool . That's why we have given this place a 1 . Blaine is truly a over the top salesmen who believes he is doing you a favor by selling you a car and as he put it I was lucky to find another white Mercedes at that dealership . No Blaine you are lucky we bought a car from you as there are other dealers we can get Mercedes from . He needs a self inflated head check on how to not be so arrogant with his customers . He has no true interest in you it's only talking over you or ignoring or dismissing your wants . Blaine you need training on how to be a good communicator and how to actually care about your customers more than your sales pitch on how you need this review because that's what the store needs and if we don't you get to sit and discuss why you got a bad review . Very hit or miss experiences at Jackie Cooper Imports. We've bought several expensive cars from them. Service department has always been really good on the Porsche and Mercedes ends. Our previous car purchases went great! Smooth sailing in paperwork, trade-in, and even had our sales guy come to the house later to program our in-car garage door remote buttons. But lately when we've dropped in to check out new and used cars on the lots, the salespeople have been absolutely terrible. We had one guy in particular trying to sell us $100k+ cars who knew nothing about the cars themselves. Like didn't even know the difference between models (other than pricing). Sorry, but if you're going to sell cars that are that expensive, you need to know your stuff. Funny thing is, I was telling a friend about our horrible salesperson recently, and she said they had the same guy and literally walked away from an almost-sale because they felt like the guy was clueless. Our favorite salesperson is gone, but I hope there are others there who are better educated about their Porsches. read more

Bought two used vehicles from JC in one year and within months had serious and expensive issues that were overlooked during their inspection prior to sale. One issue was a major oil leak. When brought to their attention, I was told they would " take care of it". Their version of taking care of it was to ignore it. I wrote a review a few days ago, and apparently it has been pulled. I "purchased" a 2014 Mercedes ML350 from this dealership last Saturday, but was out of town so the salesman, Mike M.(horrible salesman but that is probably why my last review is not showing up here), told me he would call me later in the afternoon and get my credit card info for a deposit after they had repaired a few issues with the car. When I spoke to him later that day, he told me the repairs were completed and they had SOLD THE CAR. They sold the car that I had already made an agreement to buy? I spoke to both the pre-owned sales manager, as well as the general manager of the dealership, and was told slightly conflicting stories but both admitted that it was their fault.... and today, I notice the very same car is on their website and the price is $2500 higher. It is obvious what happened here. Totally dishonest and underhanded way to to business. I have since purchased a Mercedes at another, REPUTABLE, dealership. read more
