Jacquie answered my inquiry quickly and was very helpful in getting me a prompt appointment that worked with my schedule. Cody came out and pointed out what the permit was requiring and followed up with the inspector to confirm. The next day Jacquie called to schedule another appointment to complete the work the following week. Cody took care of the issue (adding a backwater valve to the drainage piping and replacing some PVC with proper T&P piping) and followed up with the inspector, getting the work approved within a day.
