    One beer offer

I have been here a few times. Always want to try something different. Also my friend, Bob is a big fan! This time I took mom! The pork rinds are served hot, so good, but maybe a dip with them would be nice. Always love the pineapple soda - no high fructose syrup, bonus. I got the loaded fries with brisket. Looked good except for that huge scoop of sour cream in the middle. Not a fan! They offered to remake it, mom ate that section. She got smoked wings - really liked them. Ordered some pulled pork to take home to dads. Also some banana pudding! Ambiance is very simple, but comfortable. Will have to bring my friend, LA here to sample the beers - she would get a kick out of the bourbon one! Will be back, will just make sure to say no sour cream please!

I'm a lover of good BBQ, and an even bigger lover of great sides to pair with BBQ. I had passed Jacks Feed Store plenty of times on my way to other destinations and have always wanted to stop in. The location is great with a decent amount of easy parking to get into. The storefront itself is quite picturesque and the exterior landscaping is quite clean. They offer interior as well as exterior seating of different types and for different party sizes. The service on our visit was really good, with staff going as far as giving their options on items and an insight to portion sizes (after informing them that it was our first time there). Jacks does not have loyalty/reward options at this time, but hopefully they may in the future. My husband and I decided to stop in simply because I had a hankering for Mashed Sweet Potatoes. This place definitely delivered (and then some) when it came to satisfying my BBQ sides craving. We ordered a few items to share: The "Tex Reubenstein," Cajun Sausage, Beef Tips, Sweet Mashed Potatoes, Macaroni & Cheese, and Jalapeno Cream Style Corn. My favorite meat was the Cajun Sausage. It was plenty filling and perfectly charred. My favorite side (as expected) was the Mashed Sweet Potatoes. I loved these so much that my husband and I ordered two bigger sides of it to take home for another day. Jacks offers 3 sizes for sides: 8oz, 16oz, and 32oz which make these awesome for a pair on date night or even a family of 6. While the pricing can get a bit high the more you add to your order, I will say that to me - it was worth it!

Great spot for either quick pickup or grabbing one of their few tables. You order at the counter, find a seat, and they bring the food out when it's ready -- super easy. The pork rinds came out first, warm and crispy -- a perfect start. My wife loved her burnt ends with jalapeño cream corn. I had the Flipsecutioner (chopped brisket, smoked sausage, and slaw) and it was massive -- so good I couldn't even finish it. We'll definitely be back, especially when it warms up so we can sit out on the porch. Ps. The banana pudding was good too.

We've always loved Smokejack but sometimes decide to go elsewhere just because parking is such a mess downtown. However Jacks Feed Store is the best of both worlds! Same delicious food (and more) plus parking! My husband and I stopped by for lunch on a Tuesday and they were decently busy. I ordered the Cuban with fries and my husband got a jalapeño sausage, pulled pork, and slaw. The Cuban was huge and one of the best I've ever had. Fries were crispy and good. Husband had all great things to say about his too. We also ordered the banana pudding for dessert. It's quite a big portion and they keep it chilled (unlike some other local spots). Love the selection of draft and canned beers available! Overall this is an awesome addition to the Alpharetta area.

Jack's is right next to Downtown Alpharetta and it's a great fast, casual BBQ spot. We came for Father's Day and enjoyed the outdoor seating and live music. The barbecue is delicious with a variety of bbq sauces to choose from! We shared the Texas holy trinity with ribs, brisket and pork in addition to 4 sides. Savored every bite!

Cute new BBQ spot from the owners of Smokejack. Smokejack is our favorite BBQ place so this is a nice addition to Alpharetta. It has a few unique menu items like birria tacos, jalapeño corn, broccoli salad and other ala carte sides. It's a different set up where you order at the counter and is great for takeout. We ordered some delicious turkey and their sweet potatoes which we love at Smokejack. This location has a nice outdoor patio section and an area to buy homemade pickles, rub, relish and other items I want to try. I'm excited to have another spot for my BBQ fix in Alpharetta.

Was it a HIT or MISS…read more Well...it was a HIT straight on the bullseye It was fantastic. I happen to be shopping in Alpharetta and I had seen a TikTok review about his place so I decided to try it out. This establishment specializes in chicken. Everything is Korean chicken. I had the chicken sandwich with fries. This thing was huge. There is no way anyone is going to be able to bite down into the entire sandwich at once. I had to break it up into 2 pieces. It has this special sauce and grated pickles. It was so good. The bun was soft and the chicken was crispy. This was the kind of sandwich that would knock Popeyes chicken sandwich out of this atmosphere !!! The place was clean. It was quite a few people enjoying their lunch when I arrived. I was able to get a parking space directly in front of the restaurant and parking is free. You can't miss it and you don't want to miss it.

Someone brings you the food, but you put up your plates and stuff at the end of your meal. They also have a station for you to grab your own to-go containers and bags. The first thing to be aware of is to not let any of the photos fool you! The portions are very generous. Many people around me ended up taking to-go boxes (myself included). I got the Kang Nam chicken, the half-sized tteokbokki, and the kimchi fried rice. The chicken was crispy and tender, and the white sauce with onion was incredibly delicious. The kimchi fried rice was also very flavorful as well. The spices balance very well together. The only thing I wouldn't recommend is the regular tteokbokki. It wasn't bad per se, but it also wasn't good either. I think there are better places to get tteokbokki, but no worries, their focus and strength here is obviously in their fried chicken. I would come again and would recommend this place to other people.

This is the kind of place I used to frequent back in the San Francisco Bay Area, the kind of food that does not just satisfy a craving but completely takes over your mood. I am fairly certain my driving became questionable for a moment as I made a very committed turn into the parking lot. Walking in felt like a reunion I did not know I needed. Korean fried chicken, done right, is a very specific kind of joy. It is crispy, it is loud, and it does not apologize for it. Bonchon delivers on all of that. We went big and ordered the 30 piece boneless mix with soy garlic and Korean BBQ, because restraint did not feel appropriate for the occasion. The chicken came out exactly how I remembered it. Perfectly double fried with that signature crunch that somehow stays intact even under a generous coating of sauce. The soy garlic had that sweet savory balance that keeps you reaching for just one more piece, and the Korean BBQ brought a deeper, slightly smoky flavor that made it impossible to pick a favorite. It was less of a meal and more of a full experience. We also added pork potstickers with a soy garlic glaze, which felt like the correct life decision. Crispy edges, tender filling, and just enough glaze to make them disappear faster than intended. At some point I stopped pretending I was sharing. The place itself was spectacularly clean, which immediately stood out. The only hiccup came with the service. The staff were not unfriendly, but they were occupied at the register and did not notice that our order had been sitting behind them for a bit. We eventually walked over to check if it was ours. That extra wait took a little away from the experience, and the chicken was not quite as crisp as it should have been by the time we got it. It is the only reason this lands at four stars instead of five. There is something about finding a place you loved from another chapter of your life in a completely different state. It feels like a small win. My husband may not have been convinced that seventy eight dollar shorts were a good investment, but I would argue this detour more than made up for it. If you are anywhere near Alpharetta and have even a passing appreciation for fried chicken that takes itself seriously, this place still absolutely delivers. My heart, and my appetite, were very content.

They walked me through the menu, offered to customize anything, looked up their vegan cheese name, and more. The owner was amazing - and so was the staff. They were friendly, accommodating, and had some of the best customer service I've experienced in the last five years. It is worth a visit just to celebrate the team. I saw the comments about the space being small. A lot of people do take out and we were able to sit on the covered patio with our dog. 100% win here too. As a vegan, you get used to standard food, but that is what makes CPH so special. Coming from the northeast, I love &Pizza and the Jain sauce has a little sweetness like their sauce, but it is more elevated and has a nice spice to it. If you like spicy margarita sauces, this is for you. We tried the veggie per the owner's recommendation as it is a popular vegan option. We also tried a curry-based vegan pizza with cauliflower and potatoes. Get ready for that spice! It was like eating a bowl of curry! Delicious! And the vegan gluten free crust is a perfect thin crust. It didn't come out burnt, etc. It was just right. The Daiya cheese was also melted, which is sometimes an issue at other pizza places. It was delicious cold and hot/right out of their oven. My party also tried the sweet potato fries that are better than local competitors. They have the spicy ketchup to give you that little kick. I talked my party into going full vegan so I don't have feedback on regular pizzas, but it is a must stop for vegans. I realize this is an extremely positive review. But it was well-deserved. One can order just as you step in the door or get a table. I sat myself but maybe you are suppose to wait to be seated when it is busy. The menu goes in a lot directions from soup to appetizers to a whole or half chicken... I was there for crispy wings! There are several flavors and I asked the server for help. She wasn't a spicy fan so she steered me towards the garlic and honey/honey and soy wings. I ordered the small, 6 wings. The pickled radish was my side- you can choose a can of soda or cole slaw . Out came a small dish of the pickled radish followed a little later by 8 wings. The server explained that they typically have jumbo wings but that's not what they had today so they added another one to make up for it. That's a 5 star review right there! The wings were hot out of the dryer, perfectly seasoned with a sticky sauce that wasn't coated and drippy but rather just the right amount for a great meal and not 50 napkins and new shirt. What a gem! They are doing it right!

The sauces are a real highlight, especially the gochujang-based one, which was absolutely phenomenal. They're generous with the sauce, too, which adds even more flavor to an already well-executed dish. That said, it's hard to ignore the price point. This is easily the most expensive Korean fried chicken spot I've been to. While the quality justifies the cost to an extent, it's still a noticeable jump from other similar places. And while the chicken is very good, it's not necessarily the best in Atlanta--though it's definitely in the top tier. Another thing that stood out was the lack of lower-cost or smaller portion options. There were only half and whole birds available, with no quarter bird or sandwich options, which makes it difficult for someone looking for a more affordable or lighter meal. It feels like they're missing an opportunity to appeal to a broader lunch crowd. In short: it's pricey, but you're getting high-quality, expertly prepared Korean fried chicken. Just be prepared to spend a bit more--and maybe come hungry.
