This is my go to spot for some local BBQ in the Milton area. Parking lot is super small and you can also park in the rear. I was seated right away. I had sweet tea to drink to give me a little jolt of energy. I also enjoy their variety of sauces here. I ordered the Beef Brisket platter with 2 sides. I been craving some Brunswick Stew for some time now. Food got here a speedy time. The brisket was tender and tasty. I wish it was alittle more thick with some crust on it, but that's okay. The Brunswick stew had way too much meat in it and not enough vegetables. I usually don't complain about too much meat but the stew wasn't what I expected. Service here is fast and great. I've been coming to Cue for years and it's always a hit!! My family and I came for my dad's birthday. There's always plenty of seating and the service is always friendly and quick. I got the barbecue chicken platter with potato salad and baked beans. The chicken was tender and I love their sauce. The beans were great and I loved the tang of the potato salad. I've been here and bunch of times in person and had their BBQ at events. They are a great community partner and the interior has that down home feel. Parking can be difficult during peak times, but you always find a spot and I have never had to wait to get seated. Most recently, I was there for lunch on a Tuesday and got their taco Tuesday special of the day. This included 3 tacos with choice of meat, (I went with brisket). You could also pay different price points for more sides. I got just one side and it was the deviled egg potato salad. The side was filling in and of itself, but the tacos were even more filling. The tortillas were nice and soft and the brisket moist. The strong smoke flavor differentiates these tacos from regular tacos. The ambiance in the restaurant was nice. They had live music at a very good volume, not too loud, but still audible. I got the brisket plate, the brisket had zero bark on it and was rather chewy. My sides I got the potato salad and Brunswick stew. The potato salad wasn't great and the Brunswick stew not was not good. First time we came here was in April. Delicious. Everything we got was a 10/10. This Cue is better than the other Cue we have been to. They had live music which was amazing to enjoy during our dinner. Came back for our second time and it was just as good as the first time! This is our favorite bbq place right now. The fried Okra is so good you will not regret ordering this appetizer, it is served with spicy ranch dressing, I always substitute for original ranch instead it's perfect!! Let me start by saying this was my first time ever to this chain of restaurants. There were seven of us for dinner tonight celebrating my brother's birthday. We were seated right away and our orders were taken pretty fast. Drinks came immediately. The food took 45 minutes to come to our table after ordering, which is extremely unacceptable. I had the sliced brisket sandwich and each slice of brisket was chewier than the next. It was like eating strips of leather. The food wasn't even hot or even warm. It was like room temperature. The wait staff never came back to offer to refill my drink. They were pretty busy so evidently they've got a following, but I was far from impressed. Please be advised that the server did not listen to my request. I have a medical condition that prohibits me from consuming any form of alcohol. Upon arrival, I specifically inquired whether they had Heineken 0.0; I was informed they did not. I subsequently ordered the Athletic Brewing IPA 0.0, which I also pointed out in the refrigerator. When the beer was served, it tasted unusual to me, but I did not question it, assuming I received my order. However, when the bill arrived, it listed Sam Adams Octoberfest, which contains alcohol. I approached the staff to complain, but the server argued that I had ordered that beer. As a result, I am now feeling unwell and experiencing a reaction to alcohol. read more

My family came here for a hankering for bbq and wanted to try this place out. First off, if you go on a busy day, be prepared to find no parking. It is located in a very small shopping center with only one entrance and same as the exit so if there's no parking, you'll have to u turn inside the parking lot which is somewhat difficult. But there's parking in the back with a few spaces as well, so hopefully you could grab a spot. It's a little bit on the pricier side of bbq as well. There's 4 different sauces table side (regular bbq, mustard, vinegar, and a spicy vinegar. ) They are ok, the regular bbq sauce tastes more like a thick ketchup and the spicy sauce was not spicy whatsoever. The only other hot sauces they have available is texas pete... The bbq was underwhelming in terms of flavor.. there's not any smoky flavor but there's charred pieces I had. The hand cut fries and house ranch it came with was good. Also don't get the potato salad if you dont like it sweet. I am not used to that and I couldn't even finish it unfortunately. Brunswick stew was too thin and the pickles on the side are sweet. The chopped chicken sandwich is also heavily sauced (comes like that which we weren't aware) and couldn't eat it as it was also sweet and way too saucy. They offer military discount. read more

This is my favorite barbecue restaurant but not because of the barbecue. 4 stars for barbecue. 5 stars for being an awesome, local business and treating your customers AND employees with utmost respect and care. I will clarify that statement by saying, the barbecue is pretty good. It's not my favorite, but I do like it. If you're still reading, the reason I love Cue is because of everything they do right which really became crystal clear during the pandemic. When things shut down, Cue pivoted quickly to a curbside model. Out of desperation for food we did not cook, we tried it and found it was very well done, organized, and responsibly managed. The owner was out there with his mask and his crew. You could even drink beer in your car while waiting for your food if you chose to. Once dining rooms opened up, Cue took a long time to reopen, ensuring all the right safety practices were followed. We finally took a chance and dropped in, finding it was just as expected -- proper queueing outside, proper ingress/egress, and proper table spacing. We felt pretty comfortable dining there, even though it was indoors. Back to the food, the staple of our Cue dining has to be the nachos. Yeah, it's not cheap, but it's large enough to share and fill you up. The fried okra -- and I'm not an okra guy -- is phenomenal. Everything else is pretty good. read more

Went Memorial Day weekend on a Saturday around 3pm. There were a few people dining in but it seemed most of the orders were take out and catering. It seems they cater often as I saw some big orders getting boxed up. I wanted to try what I get at most BBQ places to compare. I got the pulled chicken plate which comes with two sides. My sides were baked beans & sweet potato casserole. I also added a side of Brussels sprouts as that was their side for the day. I also ordered their chocolate chip banana pudding. Everything was just okay. Not bad but not great. I liked the Brussels sprouts, they had a grilled, sweet taste to them. The sweet potatoes were also good. The pudding was weird with the chocolate chips. It would've been better without the chips. The chicken and sauce were just okay. Great service and placed looked clean. I've been to this location a couple of times, the foods always EXCELLENT!! Tonight, we had Miranda for a server and even though the place was pretty much packed, she was very attentive and provided great service. They even had live music tonight, which I haven't seen in the past. It added a different element to the atmosphere here, which was a very pleasant addition. Cue Barbecue is a favorite of ours, we were there the other night with two of our grand daughters. We started off with the fried okra which was delicious, my husband and I split the 2 meat platter and we got pulled pork and beef brisket. The pork was delicious but the brisket was alittle on the dry side. Our sides were collard greens and the veg of the day which was Lima beans and they were delicious! The Lima beans were my favorite part of the meal. One granddaughter got the pork sandwich and Mac and cheese, she really liked it. The other granddaughter got the brisket platter with mac & cheese as her side. Her brisket was slightly dry too. She liked it, but she said it wasn't as good as she'd had there in the past.
