Great place for brunch! We came here after a hike and were seated promptly. Very friendly service. Ample portions, frequent coffee refills, and tasty food. My omelette was really good and the coffee was fresh. This seems to be a very popular place with the locals and has a typical coffee shop/diner vibe. Huge parking lot with free parking. Wonderful place to catch up with friends and refuel.

Came here to grab a little late breakfast on vacation. Unlike other American diners I loved that Jack's Place serves breakfast until 2PM, so you can sleep in and still get your French toast fix! Outdoor seating was lovely. I brought my dog and in addition to being nice and shaded, they had fly fans on each table that were a nice touch. They have a little cornhole area right outside. The menu offers a lot of variety but I had a bit of a time finding something I could eat. It seemed like every other item included bacon or ham. The lunch menu had some more flexibility, but I really just wanted breakfast. I tried the French toast which was great, not too heavy or oily. It was stuffed with custard that was really good. The prices were fair IMO and I left happy. My only issue was the slow service. The place wasn't packed but I had a lot of trouble flagging my server down, which was a little annoying because I had places I needed to get to. I wasn't able to get a water refill either.

Found this place on Yelp. Wanted to take my Dad somewhere new. Staff were very friendly, food came out fast and was actually surprised by quantities. They had inside and outside seating and a fun area for corn hole. My husband liked the country fried steak and my son loved the breakfast sandwich! Excited to come back and try the lunch menu!

We unfortunately just missed breakfast. Too bad because the food looked good for breakfast. Service was great. I'm sorry I didn't catch our waitress's name. She had short blond hair and was really knowledgeable of the menu. It seems they change up their menu a bit here and there since I noticed the current menu looked different from the ones already posted on Yelp. I got the southwest turkey melt. It had a little kick and it was good, but for me had too much turkey. I think they could thin it down a little. It would even out the flavor overall. I was going to go with 4 stars since I thought my melt was good but not great. But I thought about it more and I have to say the excellent service had to bump the rating up. The fries were great. Made to perfection! One of the best I've had at restaurants. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and salted just right. Atmosphere was good. Restroom was really cute and felt extremely clean.

Jack's is a staple in our family. We've been dining at this place for years--even before it was Jack's. We've watched it change restaurants and ownership over time. I've been away for a few years, but now I'm back home visiting, and our family still dines here often. My dad loves the spicy fried chicken sandwich! Walking back into this place was a gem. The staff are incredibly kind, and their hospitality is a gift. For Easter, we picked up their famous peanut butter pie and flourless chocolate cake--both were excellent and exactly what our Easter brunch needed! This morning, we stopped in for breakfast, and everything was delicious and perfect. Thank you, Jack's!

I had dinner here last night. I've been several times before and Jack's Place has become a favorite for me and my friends. Tonight I finally tried the pizza. It was great! I ordered the bbq chicken pizza and the crust was perfect! I really enjoyed it! I highly recommend the fish and chips, their soups of the day, and any of their daily specials. The desserts are superb as well, especially the peanut butter pie! To die for! Service is always good and consistent. The atmosphere is small town, cozy, and friendly. Jack's Place is well worth the drive if it's a little far for you. Trust me you won't be disappointed!

Every year we go cherry picking in Leona Valley and finally after passing by this place for many times we decided to stop by for lunch. Indoor seating was ideal for us because it was a hot day but they also have tables outside. As a foodie from Lo Angeles that has over 1500 Yelp reviews I wasn't too sure if the food would be good here but I agreed to give it a try. To my surprise the burgers were amazing and the Reuben was one of the best I ever had. The only thing we didn't like was the fries. Very dry and overcooked no taste. Maybe it was a bad batch. The service stated slow and unfriendly but it got better once our waiter acknowledged us and took our order. He was friendly and attentive. This kind of service is expected from small town restaurants so I won't take any stars away from my review. The food was good, the ambiance was good and they serve great local beer from Lucky Luke Brewing... Overall a great experience and we will definitely come back next summer after our annual cherry picking.

The interior is very unique, dark back ground with blue lighting with many wall art pieces and TV's you can view within any seating options. They have bar top seating, table and charges and booths. Plenty of seating for small and large parties. As you can see from the menu pictures below they have many food options depending on what you in the mood for. We stopped in during lunch to test out their wings, we heard they were very good, they did not disappoint. The lunch special is a great way to sample their food, we each had our own wing lunch special, I had the 10 piece, you can get two choices of sauce with the 10pc only, my brother had the 8 piece, each order comes with a drink and your choice of fries or onion rings, great price for the wings. The wings had great flavor and were fair sized, I was very impressed with the "hot" buffalo sauce, very tasty with a small kick, I would recommend a try, I also ordered the spicy teriyaki,it was ok but my brother ordered the spicy lemon pepper that is also a hit and a must try. The french frys were criss cut and good sized portion as well. The staff was friendly, we had a great interaction with the bartender (Ash) who brought over our drinks. Overall, a very good experience, we are also looking for a spot to watch the World Cup games and Ash mention that they were going to support the games, we will be back next week to take in the games and more of the menu.

Following our epically failed experience at the NEW Coach's location in Palmdale, we came here in…read morehopes of enjoying Coach's like we used to. The wait staff was pleasant enough, but all the additional charges are out of hand! I had ran into this issue here, previously, as well as at the NEW Coach's just earlier today. We ordered one dozen wings. We asked for the six flats of the order to be "mild" and the six drums to be the spiciest they have (which is not spicy at all). We asked for them to be extra wet. My wife likes ranch with hers, while I like blue cheese. When the ticket is presented, there are up-charges for ALL FLATS and ALL DRUMS, a charge for the blue cheese, a charge for ordering the wings wet. Seriously?! First of all, I had spoken to a manager at this location previously about the up-charges for separating the flats and drums to different flavor profiles. The manager agreed that I should not be charged for this and removed those charges. In discussion with the manager at the NEW Coach's, earlier today, the same consensus was relayed. STOP CHARGING FOR THIS! Look, I could understand if I was ordering six or twelve wings and asking for all of them to be drums or flats. When one orders twelve wings, which is generally equal amounts of drums and flats, why am I attempting to be up-charged twice for having one sauce on all the flats in my order and another sauce on all the drums? Why are you charging me for another dipping sauce on an order of twelve wings? You give one dipping sauce for an order of six wings. You think one dipping sauce is compatible for an order of twelve? You charge me for asking for our wings extra wet? The only reason we ask for them that way is because the wings are nearly dry if you don't. And, the little dollop of sauce that came with the wings was hardly worthy of being called "wet". I had to ask for more sauce because there was not enough to even consider them being viewed as wet when they arrived to the table. This place is going downhill; quick, fast, and in a hurry since the transition to new ownership. Coach's used to be a place we could enjoy going to and count on their menu staples being available (if they weren't sold out!). The fried green beans were in high demand. So much so that they were sold out when we went, a few times. Their pretzels were also a huge hit! The new owners removed them from the menu. I know they have had numerous requests to bring them back, but they couldn't care less. The food has gone downhill, the wait staff is not as lively and personable as they used to be, the extra charges are ridiculous, and the new owners don't give a rat's a$$ about their customers; they only care about trying to make money (while removing a couple of the best selling items on the original Coach's menu). Make that make sense! Remove sell-out items when your only focus is about making money. The only reason I am giving two stars instead of one is because the waitress was halfway attentive. Good luck with your future, as you continue to lose previously loyal customers!

Here's what I ordered: -Pepper Jack Mac & Cheese bites with their homemade ranch -Ahi Tuna sliders -Cubano with homemade chips accompanied by their homemade pepper jack queso dip -Chocolate Croissant Bread Pudding -Pepperoni pizza - to go The Mac & Cheese bites were crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside. The inside had a sharpness to it, I'm assuming from a cheese they used. They were even better dipped in their homemade ranch. Do not leave without trying it!!! Ahi Tuna sliders. You guys.. don't walk, RUN to try these! I think my eyes rolled back in my head when I took my first bite. The tuna was tender, the slaw was crunchy, creamy and citrusy with a slight sweetness. The bun was soft and slightly sweet as well, and the fact that it was toasted, added a nice texture. I'd eat these breakfast, lunch and dinner. And probably for dessert, don't judge me. The Cubano was fantastic! I'm hoping I heard Neil correctly but they marinate the pork in a homemade mojo sauce. That was incredible! The bread was nicely toasted, the ham was smoky, the fontina cheese added a nutty, buttery flavor along with the balance from the crunchy pickles and acidity from the mustard. And the homemade chips with the pepper Jack queso were amazing! The perfect crunch and crispness, salted well and dipped in the creamy queso that had a hint of spice. Oh lawd! Absolute happiness Neil Behrman, the chef, was kind enough to come out and introduce himself. I was lucky enough to have a conversation with him where we shared about our love of cooking, I got to hear about how became a chef, about his Italian grandmother, where he's worked, and how food feeds our soul. I did try one bite from the chocolate croissant bread pudding and oh man, the ooey gooey buttery chocolatey goodness is amazing! FYI.. Both my parents loved and raved about the food!
