I enjoy the fact the jacks is fresh and quick. We stopped in for a quick meal that didn't feel like fast food but was quick. Kids plate was fine my daughter likes plain food. It came with gravy and bbq sauce on the side but we didn't use it. I'm glad that on the kids plate they cut the meat! I got a create your own salad with tri-tip. Portions were great but I would order extra dressing. Food came out quick and the cashiers were nice. They have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. We love that there is a small play ground right outside a couple of doors down!

Popped in for a lunch on a Friday. Parking was easy, restaurant clean, workers were nice. Ordered a Carnitas Bowl and I enjoyed it. Would visit again. They have tons of stuff on the menu.

I was actually going to another place near this place but they were closed. Luckily, I gave this place a try. I ordered the tri-tip sandwich with fries. The bun was very soft and easy to eat. The meat was cooked perfect and was seasoned just right. The fries were hot, crisp, and tasty too. The inside was well lit and had a good number of booths and tables to sit at. The workers were friendly and helpful.

We continue to order work lunches from this location and we have seen improvement in their food quality. Urban Fries, salads and Tri-tip are safe bets.

The staff is nice. The restaurant was clean. It was easy to get in and out.And the food is usually really good here. Today I have the new chimichurri steak bowl. The flavors just didn't really go together.Well in my opinion. The arugula was good, just didnt go with the rice and steak well. I think either rice or greens would work, not both. In my opinion.

Stopped in to grab a late lunch on Saturday. Most Jack's locations have the option of outside or indoor dining. We opted for inside since it was close to 100 outside. Even though it was a weekend it was crowded or busy we when arrived. It was actually good timing on our part as after our food arrived, there was a pretty big line to order. Staff were really friendly and the food came out pretty quickly. We ordered the Salmon Cobb which is one of my favorites at Jacks. Also ordered the grilled halloumi sandwich to share. Both the salad and the sandwich were fresh and flavorful. It was my first time trying the sandwich. I would definitely order it again. For drinks we also ordered a beer and iced tea. To be honest, I did not drink the iced tea as it was not good. I am a big fan of iced tea so this was a little disappointing, but not a deal breaker! Overall it was a good experience.

We seek out places we have never been before. Jack's urban didn't disappoint. I don't know why you're reading this, just get up. Grab the car keys, and go. You'll thank me! The sandwiches were fresh as was the bread. Everything comes separate. The garlic fries were a little wanting. Garlic plopped in the middle causing gooey fries in no time flat. Good but... The club sandwich was an incredible mix of chunks of chicken and turkey off the bone with ripe tomatoes and fresh avocado. This is one place we will definitely return to. P.S. Eat the pickle and pepper Really good.

I love the natomas Jack's Urban eats! Definitely, a regular favorite! The food is always fresh and reliable. Today, Amber was my hostess and she was really nice and pleasant with a great customer service team spirit! Spring is in the air. Sun setting at 7:30pm people are outside dining longer and more frequently. The ambiance was a family friendly atmosphere. Really cool music playing.

    This isn't plum vinaigrette

I ordered an order for delivery and am not very happy. We ordered a tri-tip bbq sandwich and a create your salad. The sandwich was fine and tasty because it was on the bottom of the bag. Well sad to say the salad ended up being pretty bad. I ordered mixed greens, Fuji apples, strawberries, jicama, red onion, oranges and caramelized nut blend. I ordered the plum vinaigrette and ended up with Cilantro lime. Sad. Because whoever bagged my order decided to put a cold salad on top of a hot sandwich the salad pretty much ended up steamed and not much of it was even edible. And there were a couple random soggy croutons in it along with large pieces of the red onion. I've never had any issues with Jack's Urban Eats before, ever. But this has me thinking twice about ordering again.

I went here on a Wednesday evening with my son. There was lots of people out and minimal parking. But this location is in a pazza with other stores that share parking so it wasn't a big deal, we parked a little further from the restaurant and that was ok. The location was busy. Inside almost all tables were full, but there was plenty of seating outside too. It's open seating, you arrive, order food at the cashiers, they give you a number, you sit and wait, they deliver your food to you. The utensils, napkins, ketchup, etc are in the dining area and you have to get them - this was hard to juggle with my baby at the table and having to step away to get all the things. Still, i was happy with the customer service, the food was really yummy! My son really enjoyed the mac and cheese. I had the chimichurri steak sandwich, very good!

Tri tip kids meal! It's the best! Side of grilled cheese

Everything from the sandwiches to the pasta comes in huge portions and tastes amazing. Their happy hour is honestly one of the best around -- great quality beers with plenty to choose from, and they even serve them in ice-cold mugs, which makes such a difference. They also have plenty to choose from, plus solid non-alcoholic options at really good prices. They're doing $3 mimosas for Mother's Day Sunday (hopefully that becomes permanent because that's a steal). Happy hour runs from 3-7 every day except Sunday. One of my favorite parts is the atmosphere. The shaded patio makes it comfortable even during the heat, and the whole place has this cozy backyard vibe that makes you want to stay awhile. The owners are super personable and actually take time to connect with their customers, which makes the experience feel welcoming and genuine. I think it's entirely worth it; it levels up the banh mi as a lunch sandwich so well and makes it extra filling. Regarding the flavor of the banh mi itself, I think it is a great place. The bread is not too crunchy, so if you prefer that, you may have to go somewhere else. They really fill up these sandwiches with a lot of vegetables and meat, which I like a lot. It's not skimped at all, and adding the egg from home just makes it a bit more filling and tasty. the vibe this place gives off is an in-and-out type of area. You order upfront at the cash register, pay right away, get your food, and then eat at a table. It is nothing too fancy, but it is a nice spot to stop for a quick lunch. The inside is very spacious with many four-seater tables that could be moved together for a large party. They also have a very small grocery market inside that sells sauces, snacks, ramen, and Vietnamese ingredients. Don't expect too much, as it is more of a side feature. I did try their pho before and it was okay; I would rate it around a 3.5 out of 5. There could be other places that are better, but as of now, this place is solid. I give five stars for their banh mi because I keep coming back for them. Additionally, the customer service is top-notch. The team is very friendly, so I don't have anything to complain about regarding this place.

Firehouse's footprint seems to be shrinking a bit these days with a few store closures here & there. So, good to know there's still some dinosaurs still around, lol. This store happens to be right next door to a much busier Chipotle restaurant. I ordered my sleeper menu favorite, the Jamaican Jerk Turkey, large. It's a steamed hot sandwich. Good size. Could likely make 2 meals for all but the biggest of eaters (me), idk? But, a large by itself will set you back now $18.50 w/ tax. Ouchie. And you'll have to shell out a few more bucks on top to make it a combo meal. Essentially obliterating a $20 bill. Chock that up to inflation I suppose? Nearly $20 is about the absolute ceiling of what I'd be willing to pay just about anyplace else for a similar sandwich/meal. Especially considering you can get nearly a multi-course meal at a sitdown restaurant for about the same price (think Applebee's or BJ's Brewhouse as examples). Service was fine here and my sandwich tasted great. The open beverage fountains at Firehouse are among the best in the casual food industry with multiple choices from a higher-tech dispensing machine. Consider signing up for Firehouse's rewards program to build points towards free food and for the occasional perk. It's a winner.

Well a fun little hobby of mine is to enjoy participating in birthday freebies that casual dining places like Firehouse Subs offer, but some do come with qualifications-this establishment being one of those and the basic requirements is you have to make at least a $1 purchase 6 months before your birthday and earlier than 7 days before your birthday to qualify for a free medium sub of choice. So it was getting close and I realized I hadn't made a purchase to qualify so after searching the app to find a $1 purchase I realized I was actually kinda hungry so I decided to buy a kids combo for $4.99 and I went with a meatball sandwich. The combo comes with choice of drink or bottled water-I went with water and I think a cookie but I upgraded to the brownie for an additional $1. I ordered from the parking lot so I just walked in and with 4 minutes I had my food was ready. Parking at this location is kinda hectic while also being convenient as they share a lot with many popular businesses so it can get crazy in there but there are so many spots-it balances out. The lobby was nice and clean-plenty of seats-they have my favorite type of soda machine-the one that looks vintage but with the touch screen with the crazy amount of flavor options for your soda-immediately got me thinking " why did I get a bottled water?" I totally forgot they had a hot sauce bar-that used to be one of my favorite things about Firehouse-as a true chili-head,being able to try the different hot sauces was something I always enjoyed. Now let's talk about the food- The brownie was terrible-did not enjoy this at all-in fact I couldn't even finish it-tasted bad and for sure wasn't worth a calorie past the 1st bite-so total dud. The mini sandwich I got was the meatball sub-basically a meatball covered in melted cheese and marinara sauce.I don't know if I could've eaten than thing any faster-I enjoyed it so much-my initial thought was "what was I thinking getting a mini of something so delicious"I wanted more -it was so good-I don't have any critiques-it was super yummy-didn't even need any hot sauces-I really enjoyed it. In closing-mission accomplished-This visit qualified me for the birthday freebie in the future and I honestly enjoyed my little mini treat from Firehouse-I will for sure report at a later date how the birthday freebie experience went-but I'm thinking based on this experience,it's going to be great-Stay Tuned.

Best part is all the food is delicious. We started with 2 bowls of mung bean w/ mixed vegetable soup. It was a true creamy soup, so I put my spoon down and drank it out of the bowl. Sorry manners? Then ordered 2 large plates of short grain brown rice, kidney beans w/ onion & garlic, baked yam, kabocha & butternut squash w/ garlic, collard greens and kale w/ shiitake mushroom sauce, and a mixed salad w/ basil lemon & agave dressing. Everything was very good. My favorites were the kidney beans, the yam combo, and the greens with the basil lemon dressing. We also got a Bahn Mi. Loved that it was really full. I don't like a skimpy Bahn Mi. For dessert, we took home slices of Coconut Pie, Chocolate Pie, Key Lime Pie, and the Himalaya Pie (layered with key lime, strawberries, coconut, and drizzled chocolate). My favorite was the Key Lime Pie -- tart and creamy. Then the Chocolate Pie, which was soft and indulgent. The Himalaya Pie was fun because every bite tasted a little different. The only one I didn't care for was the Coconut Pie because the texture was a bit hard from the coconut fat. One of the best things about this place is that they change things up based on what's seasonal. We travel with our dogs and called ahead to ask about outdoor seating. They don't officially have patio seating, but they kindly pulled a table outside for the two of us. They accommodate well-behaved dogs, and there was a great overhang for shade. We felt very comfortable sitting out there, so don't be shy about asking if you're traveling with your pooches. I briefly saw the inside and it was neat and well organized.
