Ive been a long time customer and this location and today they have lost my business. I when to have my truck washed today and while watching through the observation glass in the lobby I observed my truck going through the brushes and notice my rear wheels TURNING BACKWARDS! the line shut down automatically and they restarted it with out looking to see why it shut down....it shut down again that when i went in to the tunnel and told them my wheels were turning back wards...they opened the door and all me dash light where blinking on and off and the attendant stated that the other guy failed to buckle my seat belt?... i was very upset due to the possible internal damage to my transmission the attendant told me not to be worried no harm was done to my transmission i did become irate and asked to see the manager and was told he would be out in a few minuets...he did not come out and i walked over to the line where they finish the cars i observed the manager come out to the entrance where i asked to see him and figured he would come looking for me...my mistake i waited there 10 minuets and became upset due to the lack of concern of the manger and did yell across the lot where was the f***ing manager was.... buy this time 20 minuets had passed and he came out and told me that there was no harm done to my truck i asked him if he was a mechanic and at that time he told me leave and gave me a refund my truck was never finished they didn't even bother to clean off the wax pencil on my windows..... Ive been a mechanic all my life and forcing my wheels and transmission to to rotate backwards most likely caused internal damage....I don't know what they could have done but to have been blown off by the sales manager and the store manager was not a good thing read more

Got an oil change and it came with a complimentary car wash! I checked prices at other places like pep boys and jiffy lube, and this place was by far the cheapest at $70. They are quick to greet you when you pull in, and it only takes 45 min to get your oil changed. They also have online coupons! I'd highly recommend this place for an oil change, it's a great price, they have great customer service, and best of all, are prompt and quick. read more

Went in today just looking to get an oil change and a quick wash. Ended up getting an oil change and a full interior and exterior detail with a windshield crack fix up. Everyone was extremely kind and up front with pricing right away, no hidden fees or tricks. I was told the whole thing would be around 1.5 hours and it ended up being 2.5, that was the only downside. But who puts a time on making your car brand new??? 2.5 hours later and my car literally looks like I just drove it off the dealership lot. "I took my wife's car to Jackson's Car Wash for a wash and wax. Upon arrival I was told by Nick that instead of having the car waxed, it would be better if I had the paint sealed. Nick stated that the sealing would last six months and be better for the protection of the paint. I had the work done and it initially looked good. Approximately two days later I saw a grape fruit sized dull spot above the windshield. Initially I believed they had left sealer on the car's roof. It turned out to b damaged clear coat paint estimated to cost $720 to correct. The dealer's body shop estimator said it is entirely possible this happened during the paint sealing @ Jacksons. I took the car back to Jacks0ns and spoke with the manager Roy. He stated he would review tapes and call me the following day. He never called. A week later I called him and had to remind him why I was calling. He asked me to bring the car back and they would try to "blend" the sealer. They made the damage worse. Roy denied any responsibility for the damage and blamed it on the sun. Roy said he would call his area manager for further direction and call me. He did not call. Two weeks later I called corporate and spoke with Liz who was pleasant and professional. Liz completed a "customer complaint" and assured me someone from management would call me. No one ever did. I went to the Phoenix Better Business Bureau site and saw numerous comparable complaints. No return calls and total denials for any responsibility for damages done. This is a corporation that cares little about the customer's property or doing the right thing. Typical of corporations they are focused on the bottom line profitability. Is 0 stars an option? A basic car wash is all we wanted and 64 minutes later we had it! Over an hour for a standard car wash. Dozens of cars coming out of the wash and baking in the sun. By the time your car got up to be dried it was completely water spotted and sun dried. They rubbed it down and briefly cruised over the windows but that's it. The Works wash was worse than if my 5 year old did it at home. They have a few employees running hard to do their job and move cars and clean but too many were slowly just going through the motions without a care in the world. They need more hard working employees!! They need help or they will continue losing customers. read more

I love this place! I've been coming here for a couple yrs. Have a unlimited fast pass and come once a week. They always do great. Well I went on vacation and came back with my black jeep covered in mud! They hand washed it 6-times until all mud residue came off! Yes, 6-times...I watched and counted. My jeep looks awesome once again thanks to these hard working guys. You have no idea how much I appreciate the extra hard work! read more

Overall the guys who work there are very nice and friendly. After my detail I had them re clean my mats as I noticed some spots. Jose spent extra time scrubbing my mats with his hands in order to get them extra clean. Randy was helpful too! I was very impressed and the manager, Trevor, came and made sure I was satisfied. I paid $89 to get my car washed, waxed, and polished and they didn't even clean the inside. My cup holders were still sticky, finger prints all over the dash and windows. I had to ask them to go back and wipe my interior down again, not to mention I had a couple dollars in my middle console that was stolen as well. I'm never going back there and I suggest if you have any money at all quarters, or dollars to take them out of the car because they will take it. You're better off washing and detailing your car yourself instead of being ripped off by this place. read more

As far as car washing goes, I can't comment. But for fast and convenient oil changes for a great price, I will definitely be returning. Didn't have to wait, they just took the car in right away. There were a ton of people trying to get in and we were all there at 530.. they close at 530 and still took everyone. The workers were running around like crazy but all still smiling. The cashier, celeste, was very nice and quick at getting everyone checked out. I will be returning to check out the car wash as well! read more

I brang my 2015 car here for an oil change(2.19.16) since the dealerships were too busy for a last minute. My car has only been to dealerships except till now. I figured I would give them a try since they seemed ok doing car washes and seem professional. First they tried to tell me my car was on synthetic oil when I knew it wasn't. Finally a 2nd guy came in and "yea it's conventional". Watching them finish it took 3 of them to reset the oil life reading in my car. The next day(2.20.16)the car starts making a noise while accelerating. I bring it home and see the hose that goes from the engine to the air filter box is broke off. At this point I decide to take it to a dealership because I am not going to go back to those people. Today(2.22.16)the dealership tells me someone most likely pulled on that hose and broke it. They have never seen that particular part broken before. Also the undercarriage plate you have to remove to get to the oil filter and drain plug is missing. Thats a $500 dollar part. I now have a rental as im waiting for the hose to come in to be replaced. I called them and went down to see if they had that undercarriage plate and of course no they don't have it and we just take them off and put them right back on. I also mentioned the hose that was broke and that also was met with no we dont do anything with belts or hoses. I cant say for 100% certainty these people messed my car up but ive put 20,000+ miles on it with not a single issue while going to the dealer. I go to these guys and immediately the next day a $500 dollar part is missing and something is broke that requires warranty work. Overall I liked going to get my car washed but I will not return to this place for any reason at this point. read more

Okay, first off, I would like to say that the customer service part of the initial visit was great. I went at first to just get a car wash and pre-paid for a full detail. On that visit, I needed to ask the guys to redo my windshield and to redo all my windows. I have been going to the car wash for a while and every time I need to remind them to do it better. So now to the full detail of my Navigator. I initially purchased the full detail for $200. Come to find out, the full detail has extras that can be added on. So while sitting there looking at the guys drying my truck, I saw that my headlights needed some love as well and I asked how much is the headlight treatment? It was an extra $70, but here came the upsell, for $20 more they can do their ultra full detail which came with an engine wipe down as well. I declined, so they came back with another offer which I finally said yes to which was the ultra full detail at the headlight price. So, $270 down and thinking, okay, my truck will be immaculate when they get done. Paid for the extras, then went to the window because I was bored, only to see NO ONE working on my truck, but working on everyone else's cars(I saw five cars and trucks come and go before mine was done at least). I stood there for at least 20 minutes to no one working on my truck at all. So I sat down, watched something on my phone for close to 45 minutes then went back to see any progress and once again for another 20 minutes absolutely NO ONE touched my truck. Finally someone started to work on my truck, it looked like he was doing the leather and vacuuming the floor. So after watching him work for 10 minutes I said to myself, why not go see a movie because it will be a while. Headed to watch a movie and they called as the movie was ending to tell me the truck was done. Walked back to the truck and it looked great from afar. They told me to go see Danny, went to see him and he just yelled for other guys and hardly even acknowledged me, fine no problem, he was there working on someone's tail lights. Two guys looking as proud as they can walked me to the truck that was in the shade by a gas pump. Walked up immediately saw once again that I had to tell the guys to please wipe down the windows better than they did. Looked at the headlights, they looked 80% better but the fog lights still looked the same and here started the excuses, oh I couldn't get in there properly etc. Checked under the hood, under the hood looked like someone just power washed the cover of the engine and then wiped it down with Armor All. Already pissed so I left. When I got home I did a little more thorough investigation. Upon that investigation, my windshield was not wiped down properly once again, you could clearly see where they missed a huge spot and you can see the streaks on the windshield. I had a small smudge on the hood that was still there and with a little of my elbow grease I was able to get it off(10 seconds). My rear view mirrors were all smudged with whatever liquid they use to wipe down the tires with to make them shiny. On the middle console of the second row of seats, there is a big round mark on there that was easily removed by me when I re-wiped it down. On the dash, you could clearly see dust where they should have wiped. I gotta say, this $270 could have been spent on a great number of things, but I decided to give my truck a detail. I should have spent it somewhere else and just did a regular car wash, because I would have gotten the same exact result which is a crappy one. I have been going here for at least 7 years and they will not see me there any longer. I really wanted to give a great review, but unfortunately, that won't happen. read more

I buy and sell cars and I have been coming here for quite some time, i am a fast pass member i pay 30 dollars every month and have gotten multiple vehicles detailed here. I have never asked for anything so have not had any complaints until i needed help.. I prepaid for a detail with cash which was dumb but i did anyway and was given my reciept and was told to sign didn't think anything of it. Had fraud on my account same night and ALL OF MY MONEY was gone, went in very next morning did not have detail done still and requested my money back as i had no money at all and was told there is no refunds on prepaid details but i could call corp. Called corp took two days to get a call back and at this point I'm basically begging for my refund as i am a single parent and don't get paid again for two weeks, finally get a call from a manager Shane and off the jump has a rude tone states " i got your complaint form what can i do for you we don't do refunds" Just the most insensitive tone and experience Ive had. Tells me cant do a refund so i tell him i want to cancel my $30 reoccurring pass states ' come in and cancel and if it charges you i will refund" So on the same call of telling me cant give me my 200 back states he can refund my 30 LOL what a joke. I am beyond offended and appalled that a "family owned business" wont take care of someone who does so much business with them and is trying to get money to feed my family. Basically begging for my money back from these people. DON'T GO HERE DON'T DO ANY BUSINESS HERE AND DO NOT GET A DETAIL. I sent a company wide email to all 650 employees telling them about my experience as well because we are located right next to Jackson's and most of us go here. Worst job ever! Our leather seats were supposed to get conditioned... nothing. They didn't do a good job vacuuming our vehicle. Detail service wasn't great and when we asked for a towel to clean up the areas they missed, they gave us one and didn't bother to come over to see our vehicle. Won't be making another stop at this place, I would rather wash it myself. read more

Today I was sold a shampoo and car wash for $50. After noticing that my back seats were not shampooed or vacuumed I went back to the car wash. I was told by the gentleman who sold me the package that the service was for carpets and mats only. The gentleman who sold me the package did not say this or I wouldn't have purchased it. Who pays $50 for clean mats? I was then told by a gentleman who said he was the manager that he heard the conversation between my self and the man who originally sold me this great deal. The manager was not near our conversation when I was sold the package. That being said I will never go back to this car wash and would like my money back. At least the $25 that they overcharged me as they did detail the car, except the back seat that they forgot. read more

This post is regarding the convenient store, not the car wash. Everyone at the car wash is extremely pleasant and I have never had any problems there. The past two times I have been into the convenient store it was nothing but rude employees and awful customer service. If you need an oil change/car wash definitely head over to that side, but do not step foot into the corner store unless you would like to be treated like you are worthless and that they do not need your business. Car came out of the washing area and one guy was doing all of what had to be done the drying, armour all the tires, windows etc..... he was done and told the guy in charge that my car was ready. 3 cars that were driven by women got done before mine and mine was there before their cars. Finally after ten minutes of waiting after the guy had told the one who was in charge that my car was done I got fed up and walked over to my car and told him I had been waiting for 10 minutes. Little did the guy know I know Fluent Spanish He said the other guy didn't say anything to him. I heard the one guy tell him that my car was "listo" which means ready. He proceeded to help finish detail a Lexus that belonged to a very attractive women. Is that what goes on at that place??? Horrible service. They can't say they were short staffed because there was plenty of workers. The guy in charge takes the tips and gives he guys that do all the work some and he keeps some for doing nada. We will never come to the place again and recommend you find a different place to get your car cleaned. Purchased a "detail" from a crook named Angel for $250. Said he would do all this special stuff to our car to get rid of light scratches in the car, shampoo the seats, clear coat and blah blah blah. Well we got a regular wash and vacuum that normally cost $20. It took 4 hours and when we got the car back, I said you HAVE to be joking. The center wasn't even wiped down. The center console had many visible soda spots, the inside panels of the door hadn't been touched. All the barely visible scratches were still there, it looked like they never even vacuumed. There were so many missed spots that we finally just said forget it and drove off. We then took it somewhere else and had it PROPERLY detailed. This place is a joke and unless you just want them to rinse your car for you, AVOID this place at all times! read more

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! I got my jeep detailed and not only was my jeep still completely dirty they broke my rear defroster. Manager Adam wrote it off as though it was not a big deal and acted like I was crazy. I had to pay to get a whole new window and defroster system. They also didn't put my back seat back in correctly, which is rather easy to do. Overall they treated me as though I was a dumb girl and the damage was no big deal. They told me there was no way to get the dirt out of my seats as well as when I pointed out how the car was still dirty blamed it on me coming back to early when they had my jeep for 4 hours and called me to say it was done. read more

This is the worst car wash experience I've ever had, point blank, period. They upsold me to an interior detail, which is fine because I needed that. But I explicitly told them I had no way to get home, so I'd be there the whole time. I asked how long it would take, and they told me 2 to 2 and a half hours. So I waited until the three hour mark to ask for an update. They told me they hadn't even started the detail because they thought I wasn't waiting, so I told them I just wanted my car back. The manager came out and told me if I gave him 45 minutes he'd get it done. I reluctantly agreed. Over an hour after that conversation, they were still working on my car. At that point I just took my car and left, nearly backing over a spray bottle in my haste to get out of there. They weren't finished, but I paid $135 (included a tip given before they started) for a half finished detail job and a car with bird poop stuck in the back. It took them over four hours (remember that the original ETA was 2/2.5). They never offered a refund for a job that they didn't even finish, but I did get a free car wash. I'm not really sure what good they thought that would do; why would I go to a car wash that left my car streaky and covered in bird poop? read more

If I had the option to give zero stars, I would. I visited the Tempe Marketplace location today for an oil change and a car wash. I told the gentleman when I pulled up that I only needed a Conventional oil change and a basic wash. He told me that with an oil change, they'd do the VIP wash for $9.99 instead of $24.99 so I agreed. As I'm waiting, a tech comes in with my air filter to show me it needed to be replaced, I knew it was overdue so I agreed to them replacing it for $20. A few minutes later, Jason came in with my paperwork for a total of $113 and some change. I knew something was wrong as soon as I saw that total. He noticed they'd forgotten to discount the car wash and went to correct it. He comes back with the wash discount applied but I saw that I was being charged $69.99 for the synthetic oil change that I DID NOT ask for and told him I only wanted and needed conventional oil and he told me, "Well my guys wrote you up for synthetic and the work is already done." But did tell the cashier to give me a $7 discount for an online promo for the inconvenience. Are you kidding me?!? I specifically asked for one service and another was done without my permission and now I have to pay for it?? This is completely unacceptable and terrible customer service! At this point, I'd already decided I would never come back. But the icing on the cake is that when I got my car, they hurried me along so I pull into the parking lot to inspect my car. The windows and mirrors are dirty and have water spots, the interior was rushed through with visible dirt and debris all over the floor mats, the cupholders and dash were quickly wiped over and still not clean. The exterior has dirty spots all over it. I am highly dissatisfied with the poor quality of work and terrible service I received today. I will not be returning and will happily tell everyone I know to steer clear and spend their hard earned money elsewhere. read more

Used jacksons carwash for the first time since the name changed. I pulled up and was greeted by Edgar and he was very kind. Walked me through the new menu board as well as unlimited washes. Something I'm going to look into. At the drying part of the wash, I was greeted by a gentleman named tanner. He handed me a discount off my next wash. They even put a red towel to wipe my shoes. The wash was perfect. I only got a works wash today but I'll continue to use this wash. read more

Sorry for the one star but that's as low as they allow you to go. I have been going here for over a year now. I bought the $40.00 monthly program that allows me as many VIP visits as I want or need each month. The work they have done has always been excellent with friendly energetic staff. After a thorough vacuuming and a run through the car wash the staff that finished off the van went through it from stem to stern inside and out as if it was their own vehicle. Unfortunately, over the last month I have been there 3 time. There is a completely new crew that doesn't seem to give a hoot. They barely run the vacuum in the cabin of the van and not once in the luggage compartment. There is a 1/4 of the former staff on duty at the end. They do a quick wipe down, barely wash the outside glass and inside windshield. They never did the inside glass or arm rests, cup holders, etc in the back 2 rows any of the 3 times. I sat and watched each time. And all three times when I asked them to do the windows and back area of the van they lied and said they had. I don't know what has happened here but I will not be going back. I drive for Lyft and Uber so I need a clean vehicle which is why I had been so happy in the past. But not anymore. If I could do no stars, I would. Third time I've been here (desperate) and second time I drove away angry. First time, VIP Wash left spots, spotty interior cleaning, and CONSTANT UPSALE which drives me nuts. Last time I went, waited in line only to learn that it was 30-45 minute wait. Went back yesterday and was told the same -"30 minutes or so." I was not told why. So, I decided to do the self-serve express which was MORE EXPENSIVE but just decided to do it. Long story short, it's the same tunnel they put all cars through AND after the two cars that were left without being moved forward for about ten minutes being moved, I calmly asked if someone could pull them forward and he said "the car wash is broken." I asked if it just happened, and could I get a refund. He called o er the guy that told me it was 30 minutes when I waited in the first line, and he said, "That's why I told you it would be at least 30 minutes.!" My head explode and asked him carwash was still open and said he would not refund my money. I feel badly I went from zero to 60 with my response, but this was the third strike! He did give me a rainy day receipt & I will only go back so I don't waste $17 for a self-serve car wash. read more
