I was so disappointed with my experience and customer service at Jackson's today. I dropped my car off at 11:30 for an oil change and asked them to check my squeaky breaks. They called at 12, saying they needed to replace the back break pads and it would be done in an hour. I came back at 2:20 to check on my car and I do not get an update for 20 more minutes when I finally go up to a technician to ask whats going on. He tells me the break pad parts have not even arrived yet. Clearly I am upset, as no one communicated this with me and it's now 3 hours later. The manager, Adam, stayed that it was not his fault that they got busy and are short staffed. I said regardless a phone call would've taken two minutes. I told him to forget the brake pads and please put my car back together because I refuse to wait for any longer for parts that haven't even shown up yet. They then tell me my car is ready, I go outside and the wheels are off, parts all over the ground- clearly not ready! Whatever communication is occurring here is nonexistent. The manager, Adam, needs to be spoken to and learn a thing or two about customer service. Stick to car washes. read more

Went for the ultimate car wash, got talked into upgrading for an interior detail. Abel said he would wash my car mats for free. (By the way they are extremely aggressive for their upsells, and not professional and do not want to take no as an answer ex is windshields, had to say no multiple times). Get my car back and there was still dirt all over my back bumper, all over the tires, floor mats were not done, my floors were not vacuumed. For a $50 car wash this was not expected. I paid the VIP wash plus $10 for mat cleaning. The outside wash didn't looked detailed and they didn't even vaccum well inside. We politely asked for explanation and they offered us to do the vaccum inside again. We pulled the car to the front line all over again and we were treated like it was a favor. We weren't even helped to move things out of the car even they saw us trying to keep our daughter away from the other cars. What a waste of time and money. Negligent service. I had a Terrible Customer service. The facility Manager called me a Liar Cussed at me and REFUSED to replace or find a Part a Part they Knocked off and Lost.He said there is no way that they lost or Broke off an Interior. I spent $245 for Detailing and Buffing My Mercedes 320 SLK. It was an Interior Side Rear View Mirror cover Leather. I am going Back on Saturday 8/24 and demand a Full REFUND.That Leather cover will be a very hard Part to Find and Match the Interior Color. They had Even called the Police on me for Trespassing. The manager did not Deny cussing at me and Laughing at me for being Disabled. I talked to the Officer and he Helped calm me down Because I was shaking and having trouble Breathing. He said to go home and Calm down come in Tomorrow and they would give me a full refund. But Guess what that does not replace the Part they Lost. I got home and had to have my wife Park my because I was so upset. I am sure I will have to try and find a replacement, but I shouldn't have to they Broke it off. i have had the unlimited wash program with jacksons for about a year now, it seems like it used to be worth while, but lately the service has really declined, the time that it takes them to get your cleaned up seems unpractical, my husband seems to be able to do the same type of detailing on my car in about 1/3rd of the time, it seems like everytime i ago, the y have a completely new batch of employees, not sure if they are just having a hard time keeping help around? not sure how much i will keep this membership... it seems to be more work than it is worth... read more

Terrible experience they used to give you a free car wash on your birthday but said that since my husband had one in January I didn't get one in July after an hour wait there were water spots on both the interior and exterior and sticky yellow sponge remnants in all of the cup holders and crevices on the dashboard . It looked perfect and the repair was way easier to deal with than with the competition. They did a beautiful job cleaning and waxing the vehicle. This place did a horrible job on my "vip" wash. Didn't even look like they vacuumed or shined the tires. They didn't wipe down the seats. I also did the full synthetic oil change, total was 80$!!! Your vendor, Herb at The Body Shop, whom in our conversation on 11/27/2018 represents Jackson's car wash. Herb repaired the front end, but the light herb repaired is not working still as of the day the vehicle was returned to me. I called u numerous times to see if the light repair was going to get fixed, due to when I drove my vehicle into your establishment, the lights on the vehicle were working. When I spoke with you on 11/27/2018, you Advised you were not going to repair the light and brought up all type of. Excuses of my car having electrical problems and also was in a previous accident which the lies you tell are not true. Never the less, again, the lights were working on the vehicle prior to the accident. Also, I incurred fees from the car rental that I advised and have yet to receive a response from that, I paid for my vechicle to be washed, but due to the people you employee to drive other folks vehicles and get into accidents with them, I never got the car washed and didn't receive reimbursement for that either. I will see you in court and also will continue to spread the word to let the public no how your establishment Is operated and the type of customer service your providing to your customers. One of the worst attempts at cleaning a vehicle I've seen. Still have brake dust all over my wheels, water spots on almost every panel of my charcoal truck and they didn't clean the rear window. I wish I could give this place no stars. This was my first time going to this wash and I got a full interior detail, car wash, and wax. Not only did they do a half-ass job, but I was missing several things from my car when I got it back. When I talked to them about it, they didn't seem to care and said to bring my car in so they could look for it. Once it was discovered that my things were not put back and were misplaced, they said to go buy replacements, bring the receipts in, and they'd give me store credit for the value of these items. My wife and I went to get car cleaned inside and outside. These guys sucked, first off the organization and communication sucks. We paid for our car for the ultimate wash or whatever, and the cashier said they'll call out our car when it's done. 10 minutes later he calls our car, and he tells us to meet the fellow in the black shirt. We go outside, see our car but it was still wet and not vacuumed, we asked if it was ready like the cashier said and he said no, that he just got it and it'll be 10-15 minutes, so we go in and wait. After 15 minutes I go back outside and it's barely being cleaned. So I go back in and asked the cashier when it'll be done, he checked with the guys outside and said it'll be another 10-15 minutes. So now we're irritated finally he calls us again and now it's ready. But there where dried water marks on the back windshield and some parts around the body. And on the inside, they missed a good amount of the dash board, and insides of the doors. You can clearly tell they rushed the process and for no reason! They were not busy at all! And there was a good amount of debris leftover from their vacuuming. Like they only did a spot vacuum. I wouldn't go back to this location at all. read more

I've been a customer here for years for oil changes. I took my car in yesterday for one and I of course got up sold to an $80 fuel system service. Upon leaving my entire dashboard lit up with service lights. I thought it must have just been because my system was re setting. About 3 miles away my car switched into neutral while driving. I drive a 2018 Durango and have never had an issue. I panicked and pulled over and on my way back my car did it again. They could not figure out what was wrong with it and told me just to fill up my gas and to drive a full cycle (60 miles ) and come back if the lights were still on. After the 60 miles the lights were still on. I went back and they couldn't reset the system so after another 2 ish hours they sent me to a dealership. All I was given was a car wash. They did not refund the service that is now going to cost me upwards of 300$ to fix at dodge. I will NEVER go back. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! SCAMS! Worst experience I have ever had. I come out to get in my finished car and I have a huge crack all the way up the drivers side of the windshield along with about 4 other odd looking dings around it. I ask to speak to someone and the manger explains i probably had a crack in my windshield and the pressure of the car wash just made it sprout all the way up. I know my car pretty well and there were no previous cracks in that area. Even if there was there was nothing that big that the pressure from the wash would have spread a crack all the way up directly on the drivers side of my window. He said sorry nothing we can do. I asked for a refund on my car wash and he wouldn't even give me that. Only offered to run my car through again. No way I would trust that! So unprofessional and pretty sure they are running scams here! I repeat DO NOT GO HERE. Went for a simple car wash now have to replace my whole windshield! Been once for a "basic car wash" came to my car when it was done and there was still dirt and dust all on the side door, dashboard, cup holders weren't even touched, middle console, etc. I decided to give them another chance a few months later, asked for a "basic wash" once again.. came to my car when it was done, not only was the same thing repeated with the inside of my car but my back window had streaks on it along with my sides and trunk. i asked the guy to wipe it one more time and he said the basic car wash is just a "wipe down" okay then i didn't know a wipe down was not getting all the dirt and dust out from the cup holders and dash board. horrible service i will never be back again. i feel completely ripped off. read more

Very nice facility and the workers were very detailed on my VIP wash. They offer many drinks, including alcohol, gas, car fresheners and other vehicle needs, and oil changes. The VIP was and below were reasonably priced, which was the best part to me! The most expensive was was $34.99, but you get 50% off your next wash! I'd definitely go back! read more

This was my first time getting my interior detailed and I wasn't satisfied for the price I paid. Upon arrival the workers were very nice and welcoming but the process of getting my car cleaned took way too long. I waited almost 3 hours and the inside of my car did not look as I expected. It was just irritating to wait so long for an outcome that could of been better with a little bit more effort from the worker. Never come to this location, I went there twice and every time I walk out with a problem in my car. First time they scratched my windows tent from the inside, I talked to the manager and he said it isn't there fault and it was like this when they received the car and he said that he can't take responsibility of all the problems that the customers brought because then he will lose money and you can take it to court if you want?? Excuse me but you will lose a lot of customers with this bad service. Second time I brought it to get my wax done and they put too much product that the chrome trim in the inside peeled of!! I talked to the guy who worked on it and he said well you know it is Arizona and it was peeled off from the heat, funny thing my car is always parked inside the garage. If you want it to take an hour for car to be washed - this is the place to go! My car sat in the sun air drying while there were four other cars in front of it and no one was working on the line. They were going two at a time - I spoke with the manager and he said that's just how the process goes and it can take up to 30 min for a car wash. Had a car wash there and unbeknownst to me had a chip in the windshield which caused the windshield to crack in the car wash. Everyone was extremely helpful and got hold of Justin Butcher, their glass technician. Justin went above and beyond to help us get the windshield fixed before we had to get back on the road to head back to Nevada.
