Coming to Vista and meeting Dr. Min was the opposite. I told me everything that was going on, what he thinks is needed and what's not needed. What's even more insane is his suggestion contradicted another dentist that I felt was trying to upsell me. I can't say enough good things about Vista dental on their transparency practices, how kind and professional their staff is. This is definitely my dentist moving forward for me and my family. When asked whether the waiting room was regularly cleaned to assess how much of a risk my child was in sitting in the chairs, she said they clean once daily. The staff did not seem concerned about the risk to my child. They also did not seem educated in preventing allergic reactions for future patients. The clinic was clean and the staff were polite albeit uneducated in food allergies. Those with a tree nut allergy be warned.
