I haven't been to the dentist for 3 years and I need to find a trustworthy dentist that's close to me since a piece of my tooth fell out. I found this place on Yelp so I went in on Wednesday, March 16th to get that tooth looked at since I thought it was a crown that fell out and might as well get my teeth cleaned. When Dr. Lee reviewed my X-rays, he noticed that tooth need a root canal. The decaying caused that piece of tooth to broke off so I had to schedule that procedure. He was able to clean my teeth and answered any questions I had. He would make sure if I was okay and didn't feel any pain while doing the teeth cleaning. When I was checking out to pay, I like that they gave me an invoice that has details on the breakdown of what your insurance covers and what I would pay as well as what my costs would be for my upcoming visits that I need to get done. I came back a couple days later to do my root canal by Dr. Lee. The procedure possibly would have taken an hour, but thankfully it was a half hour and with no pain since the numbing was done correctly. Dr. Lee said when I come back to do the fitting of the crown, he would check the tooth next to it if it had cavity since it looks like it does. They had a check in offer for a free hug (LOL) or a toothbrush so I redeemed for a free toothbrush. They didn't know they had that offer, but they honored it. A week later, I came back to do the fitting for my crown and Dr. Lee confirmed that the tooth next to it had a small cavity. He took photos of it to be able to submitted to my insurance as proof and advised me to have it done now since they have an easier access to it due to the piece of tooth fell out versus if I had come back when it was all done they would have to drill from the top and it would cost more. So I decided to get it done now since I am already numbed, they have easy access to it, and it's better to take care of it now before it gets worse. I do like that they take care of you and explain it versus claiming something you don't need just to make money. Another week later, I came back to get my crown on. The assistant helped removed my temporary crown and cleaned the area around that tooth. Dr. Lee came to put the crown on and ensure it fit well and it felt fine for me. Also, he did say the crown looked lighter and if I was fine with it. I said yes because I did picked that and it's in the back so it's not too noticeable. Also, I may do teeth whitening toothpaste to try to get my teeth to a lighter shade. I did like that he wanted to make sure I was happy with the crown I got and it felt fine when I bite down. The staff was very friendly and helpful from Dr. Lee to his office assistants (Lisa, Candy, Roxy, and another one I forgot her name :(). Lisa helped answer any questions I had as well as very helpful with setting my appointments, explaining the fees and what my insurance covered. She was always very friendly and helpful during all my visits. I like that they have text reminders for your appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment, make sure it's more than 48 business hours in advance or else they will charge $50 fee. Other than that, Dr. Lee will be my to go dentist needs. read more

Update: Last week my mom had to go to the ER because she had a tooth abscess we were not aware about. She's getting to the age where "withholding information from my kids is best". She was able to get antibiotics at the hospital and had to make a follow up visit with a dentist. I was able to call Kelly at Signature Dental, and like always she was very kind and was able to schedule my mom an appointment very quickly. My mom has never had a great dental experience and therefore, was VERY apprehensive about going. She had to get a root canal that same day just as we expected. When my mom came out of her appointment, she was so happy and was excited to tell me she did not feel any pain whatsoever (my mom is a big baby when it comes to pain). She kept raving about how gentle Dr Lee was and how she didn't feel any pain when they numbed her or during her procedure. She said the assistants were very kind and made her feel very comfortable since she needed a translator. I was super happy to finally hear she was excited to come back to see a dentist again. I of course wasn't surprise to hear that, as I have been coming to see them since my first review. And honestly, I wouldn't change them for anything. I was having issues with my wisdom tooth and Candy was super helpful with scheduling and getting my medication ready. The tech (idk her name but she's has an industrial piercing) was really friendly and easy to talk to. Dr Jason Lee got my wisdom tooth out in like 5 minutes and there was literally no pain. I'm so happy it's out and I can enjoy eating again. I got my x rays done at Inland Empire Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons but the whole staff (besides the doctors) are so rude there so I'm glad I didn't waste $2000 there. With Signature dental, they accept my Anthem insurance and I got diazepam tablets, nitrous oxide, and the extraction all for under $200. I'm more than satisfied! read more

They charge erroneous cancellation fees $100. I had went in for a 4PM appointment and there was three people waiting to be seen by the dentist. I asked if I would be done by 5:30 because I had to pick up my dog from the groomer. They couldn't tell me I would be out by 5:30pm. I let them know at 5:00pm I had to leave . Yesterday I called to change my appointment to today. I arrived today and they want $100 cancellation fee. I left and let them know I'm not coming back. They don't care to keep patients. My family came to this practice for years on end. They were always cheerful, kind, helpful, accommodating, and helpful. It was always clear what was being done, why it was being done, how much it cost for different options, etc. They were even kind enough to make a recommendation since they knew someone with a practice close to my SO so they could receive the dental attention they needed. My only nitpick is seeing replies on Yelp that use a name that could be the real one of the patient and discussing the procedures/conditions -in spite of HIPAA. 2 stars are for the teeth cleaning though they have water sprayed all over my face. The dentist told me that I have multiple cavities, she detected cavities with her laser cavity detector. I don't know how reliable those laser cavity detectors are. If possible I don't want to drill any more holes on my teeth. I have been flossing and brushing my teeth carefully after every meal, I don't think I would get multiple more cavities.
