Coming to Vista and meeting Dr. Min was the opposite. I told me everything that was going on, what he thinks is needed and what's not needed. What's even more insane is his suggestion contradicted another dentist that I felt was trying to upsell me. I can't say enough good things about Vista dental on their transparency practices, how kind and professional their staff is. This is definitely my dentist moving forward for me and my family. Finally feels like I found a trustworthy place. In terms of service, I had plenty of cavities to fill and I didn't feel a thing. He even kept asking me how I was doing and if I needed a break. Their waiting room is clean and videos are very educational, too. Dr Reza reviewed my x-rays and suggested treatment(s). The follow-up visit involved repairing (3) of my existing resin tooth fillings (which I already knew were an issue) which has now been completed and I can't be any happier with the outcome of my experience. The only suggestion that I have is that additional signing for the (2) entrances at the back of the building from the parking lot would be helpful. When asked whether the waiting room was regularly cleaned to assess how much of a risk my child was in sitting in the chairs, she said they clean once daily. The staff did not seem concerned about the risk to my child. They also did not seem educated in preventing allergic reactions for future patients. The clinic was clean and the staff were polite albeit uneducated in food allergies. Those with a tree nut allergy be warned.
