Time: 3hrs (consultation: 30mins, shaping: 30-35mins, tattooing:1.5 hrs, final review 15mins) Total cost: $350 Emily was super welcoming when you first entered! Since this is my first time getting my brows done (minus occasional threading) I have to say this is 4/5 stars. Once I have my follow up in a month I'll come back to make any edits to my review if needed. The consultation was super helpful as Emily explained to me the difference between micro blading and ombré powder and suggested what would be better suited for my face. Afterwards, she took her time mapping out my brows so that it would be exactly to my liking. She was patient when it came to making adjustments and was happy to redo a brow if it wasn't to my satisfaction before tattooing. The process wasn't painful as she used a numbing cream and would ask a few times how I was doing (in case I was in pain). Thought tattoo needles doesn't hurt for me, I appreciated how she was considerate of my comfort throughout the process. After the appointment was over I noticed a brow that wasn't to my liking. Emily had no problem letting me come back the same day to fix it. She also texted me what aftercare was needed that way I could go back for references (I know some places just verbally tell you and hope you remembered everything by the time you get home). I forgot to ask if the follow up appointment for Emily to check how the coloring was and make any other adjustments cost so I'll have to get back on that. Don't insult the customer when you call her when she suggests getting better. ********************* There's an old saying: "jack of all trades is a master of none." If you look at their website, this place does everything . If you have well-trained staff members who specialize in specific beauty services, and they solely focus on those services, then providing those services shouldn't be a problem.This is not the case. It is run by two sisters in two tiny little cubicle-sized rooms side by side. There is no lobby or staff other than them. One sister is a nurse practitioner, so she does medical grade things (Botox, plexr, etc.). They both have full-time jobs elsewhere. God help you to get a time slot for one of their bizzillion services working around their other full-time jobs. It's not easy, trust me. Here is what I had done in the course of over a year of seeing them: Micro dermabrasions, tattoo lips* bladed touch-ups of my brows (twice!)* henna on my brows, Botox and Plexr*. The asterix of what was done badly. The tattoo on my lips completely vanished in a matter of days. The blading of my brows was done to fill in a few spots. The first time it never took. The second time she bladed way too deep, so the ink bled and spread out. I should have gone to my person who did it in the first place. She's perfect and in the end I did. The professional brow tattoo artist that I went back to showed me where she screwed up. She told me that's because she bladed too deep, and it will NEVER FADE. Luckily, it was within my brows and the tattoo person who knows what she doing bladed over it, but it's not a clean look, so I have to live with it. DO NOT EVER GET ANY TATTOOING FROM THIS PLACE. THEY ARE TERRIBLE AT IT. The truly skilled ones stick to their expertise and focus solely on the art of tattooing. The one sister who did my lips knows it never worked, and she offered to do it agian. I said no. If you can't do it right the first time, like nah. That's after she did my brows that never were right. Did I get a refund for all that money wasted? Nope! Did I get a break for other services because what she did was done improperly? Nope! Tattooing takes a special license because you are breaking the skin that it will bleed, so there's infection possibilities. Honestly, that's down right *scary* if you put your brows, lips, etc. into the hands of someone not competent. The Plexr treatments proved to be completely ineffective and waste of money. The results are nonexistent. I spent 1000s of dollars on these treatments. She doesn't know how to use the instrument I went to another person who only does this and it is a different experience! The dots were deeper and closer together. But this is ALL that she does. So the other person I went to knows how to do it properly. She told me for the lines on my face only two treatments would have fixed them. I had three! Plus, there were no aftercare topical products given to me, or written instructions. The numbing cream should have been on at least an hour not 30 min, so I felt it sometimes! You're not supposed to do that area again for 12 weeks! At Azuri Allure, they're ready to book me 4 weeks to touch up the *same* area! This is against the manufacturer's recommendation. I only wished I took photos of what was done by them right after I had it done, and what was done by a real professional and you would see the obvious difference. She should not do this to anyone without further training under somebody that's an expert. You will throw your money away. Don't waste your money on their Plexr treatments unless you like burning your money away for no results. I was going to have lip augmentation. The price I was quoted was $200 more than a classy salon that has a receptionist. I'm glad too, because who knows? The only things I can say went well were Botox shots and micro dermabrasion and brow henna. I should have stopped at the first f**k up? Oh, yes! Based on my personal experiences. I recommend not repeat my mistake of returning for their other services that are either ineffective or could be damaging. Their prices are way too high for their rinky-dink place too. My recommendation is to look for beauty service providers who specialize in specific treatments like brow and lip services, tattoos, or lip augmentation, and Botox or Plexr/ plasma pen. This way, you won't waste your money. For me, it was a lot of money I burned away for no results or poor results.. If a beauty salon offers that many services by two people, how well do you think they'll be good at any of them?
