Thank you so much Blum! I just received my delivery at 9: 30 pm this evening. Yes the drivers are still out at this time of night! Trying to bring medication to those who count on it and believe it's essential. I'm 100% disabled army combat veteran that relies on a stable stream of cannabis just to function in these crazy times. I'm a medical card user and I've been to a lot of different dispensaries around Reno I like them all, but Blüm is in my top because the people there are amazing exactly their staff member Juan he is really nice and he even remembered me from the last time I was there. Update: Went to Blüm again today and brought Redwood pack of 5 pre rolls, and my I had staff member Adrian today and it was amazing he's explained the different type of pre rolls they had. this place is called Jade now, but check it out they make their own weed now and its fire! $30 eighth of dank! tried the jaded pink 2.0 rolled up and it tastes like cherry trainwreck. then i got the Jaded Girl Scout Cookies and its like they took the biggest buds they could and placed them neatly in these tiny jars. fat purplish tricome covered buds, and very very clean no gross nutrients overload, makes it much smoother on your lungs. not harsh at all to smoke straight, but very potent can sneak up on you. read more

This is the type of dispensary experience I've been looking for. I've been to a couple dispensaries and found that the staff aren't super helpful or wanting to put much effort into suggestions or education. The staff member that helped us answered all of our questions, didn't try to rush us, and made helpful suggestions and recommendations. I'm not a sophisticated buyer, so I needed someone to walk me through the differences, ask about what I want, and lead me to the right selections. Finally, after trying multiple places, we found that type of experience here. To me, they seemed to have a nice variety, although we were mainly there for CBD. Another bonus - they take credit cards! I was really excited when I found a dispensary that deliver same day so I placed an order around 2 ish on 3/26/20 to have it delivered between 6pm to 9pm, but it never came. So I logged in the website to track my order and it said "order decline, please contact 775-420-2586", that pissed me off because the whole time I was trying to get a hold of them and no one answered! If they're not able to deliver, they should have notified me. What kind of business doesn't notify their customers beforehand if their order is canceled? Obviously a business who doesn't care for their customers. They wasted my time as I could have ordered it from a dispensary I'm used to going but instead I gave blum a shot and they suck! I never been to blum and I never will. Their prices are pretty high too! I understand, due to the pandemic that the demand is high. However, if you cant keep up, don't give people false information. Do next day delivery like other places! Waste of my time now I have to wait another day for delivery. If you're reading this and want delivery same day, forget it because you won't get it. On my way here for the first time and I got a flat turning into the parking lot. Not only did a member of the staff come out to check on us but they helped change the tire. Already excellent customer service was just as excellent once the tire fiasco was over and we were inside. Great selection, knowledgeable budtenders. And very quick to get in and get out! The prices might be a tad higher than I am used to in California but the daily 10% off between 4:20 and 7:20 honestly eliminates any significant price difference and I felt they were way more stocked with product than they are at Sacramento and bay area dispensaries. read more

I understand we're in a pandemic and it's hectic, but if you can't deliver the weed, what is the point of offering the service. Either shut it down until you guys figure it out, or just don't offer it at all. My order got accepted around 4pm and said it'd be delivered "approxiamately" at 10pm, it was nothing extravagent. 3 prerolls and a lighter (if you're ordering online, your order has to be $30+ for it to be delivered. 3 pre-rolls came out to be $29.97 -- an annoying issue that doesn't need my energy.) It's now 11pm the same night, have heard nothing from them and I do not expect to see the weed I ordered. Their only saving grace, you pay when they deliver it. So at least I'm not out of any money. Still annoyed and extremely dissatisfied because Blüm is my usual weed shop, I guess my expectations were too high. Definitely higher than I am right now. read more

I have been trying to order some pot due to serious diabetic neuropathy (shooting pains in feet and ankles). Blum took the order, confirmed the order and I was assured it would be delivered. I missed two calls from them because I had my phone on DND. I promptly replied to the phone calls and asked them to please reconsider and come back. I received an email confirming a delivery. No one ever showed up. I found an email this morning declining delivery. I called and texted them three times and never received any reply. Had the delivered they would have had a lifetime customer - now I will never walk in their store. Just a phone call or text explaining why they wouldn't wouldn't have taken them more than 2 minutes. read more

I think I would like this place better if it didn't take so long to get through the process. The office is nice and clean and staff seem knowledgeable. The driveway is hidden because of construction and the turn is a tight. The prices are just fair but some of the specials are worth the trip to Reno. read more

So I went to two dispensaries today, here and MYNT. My first time ever so I did not know what to expect. I came here first. They have parking next to the building. There was a small line outside with a very friendly private party security guard out side. One I was let in and gave my driver's license i was let into the second waiting room. I didn't think anything of it at the time, but there was plenty of room in that first waiting room, I'm not really sure why we weren't allowed to wait there vs. out side, but what ever. Once you are in the main waiting room it is very posh, with big black and white photos of imbibers, some comfy couches and large screen TV's. There are Reno magazines and bud magazines that I read to pass the time. The wait here was longer than MYNT, and is a different experience, not one better than the other, just different. BLÜM seems to cater more to the medicinal user, where as MYNT seemed to cater more to the rec. side. However, coming here as a recreational user I felt very welcome and comfortable. When calling you back to the purchase room they call you back by name vs number, again very much towards the medical side, but very friendly and welcoming. I think if you are very unfamiliar to the whole thing, this is the place to feel comfortable. They escort you to what looks like a consultation desk of who will be helping you. I don't remember the name of the girl who helped me but she was very friendly and accommodating. I told her it was my first time here and I my husband had been here before and needed me to pick up a few things. She was able to look up his past purchase and help me find what I needed to get. I asked her about CBD oil and she said she had the oral ingestible oil, but I was looking for the rub on balm for arthritis pain. She said they were out and I asked who may have some in stock and she said MYNT so I went there next. So what can I say about this location? Very clean, professional and friendly. Great for those looking for medical or those who are trying for the first time. Your purchasing space is very private so you don't have to be self conscious about other patients/customers. I will be back and I probably will go to MYNT again too. Both different experiences, but both pleasurable. Great job guys! read more

Disappointing set up. I know they're new to this recreational game, but they need to step up their game soon. I will continue going to better set up dispensaries like Silver State Relief until I hear this place improves. No line outside today, but I waited in the waiting room for 45 minutes on a late Monday night .... I get it guys, you're still figuring it out. I will come back when they have become more efficient. I have always wanted to go into this place since it first opened but was just a little nervous to go by myself because I didn't know what to expect. So, recently one of my dogs was diagnosed with kidney disease and is on several meds to help her. I have talked with so many people about what I can do to improve her quality of life and several have recommended CBD oil as long as there is no trace of THC in it. Last week I decide to go into Blum and check it out. Checking in was a little different than what I had expected. After the security guy opened the door for me you go inside the first room where a nice young woman took my ID and put my name in line, then she opens the first door which is automatically locked for everybody's protection, inside there you wait till your name is called then you go to the counter and place your order. I told the guy it was my first time in and that I was looking for the oil for my dog. The guy was so nice and patient with me and explained to me the difference in oils and sold me the one that has zero THC and even told me the amount that he would recommend to give my dog based on her weight. I tried it the same night and was amazed how well my little girl slept all night without waking up and moving around. She has been on it for a week now and so far everything is going well. I totally recommend Blum for any cbd oil or anything else you might be looking for. Your first purchase you even get a 10% discount for first time buyer. What a horrible place horrible customer service and Unknowledgeable staff! The manager Chris NEVER returned several calls, the b.... Female "manager" was rude and plain horrible! So much so I don't remember her name! We went in to buy a product that we've used for several months and they were out of it, they sold us something completely different in a syringe that DOES not work! It's broken and not what we thought we were purchasing ...we went back twice the b.... Wouldn't help. So basically we are stuck! What a waste of money! They sold us two packs, one hadn't been opened, I would think an exchange since it was their error would have been appropriate. Way to much competition in this town! We've been coming here since Blum but I'll never return! I've been to dispensary's throughout Ca, Or and Wa and we've never had a problem! So don't wast your money on horrible service! Blum is the fastest, most polite staff and easiest dispensary experience I have had since this whole pandemic began. Sierra well was my go-to place until they made me wait in my car with a pager and silver state usually has a line out the door. Blum is more on the expensiive side yet they are the only ones in town who offer $19.99 1/8's ...so it's all relative since the rest of the experience is so pleasant what's a couple more bucks? Let's start with the negatives.. only negatives this about this place is the wait. The was was suuuuuuper long. We waited 50 mins till we were called to the back. Ended up taking a mini nap -__- and the slamming of the doors. The waiting room is super quiet already and slamming doors left and right.. there were 3 people that left because there complained about the doors. One of the employees said it's for privacy purposes or something idk. But enough about the negatives.. The worker who helped us was awesome! He helped us chose which on best suited us based on what we told him. And I'm glad he did because it was exactly what I wanted. read more

I placed an order on the 28th and still have not gotten a call or received my order. It has been 6 days and I am mad as hell. This is the worst service I have ever had. Who cares about the pandemic!
