Jade Dynasty is one of my favorite restaurants. It's where I go when I need comfort food. The food tastes like my mother could have made it -- if she were Chinese! Everything there just tastes great. There are a good number of vegetarian choices as well as the usual chicken, beef, pork and seafood selections. I've never had a bad meal here, prices are reasonable and the staff is quick and courteous. Some of my favorite dishes: Steamed vegetable dumplings -- the dumpling wrappers are the thinnest I've ever had and the vegetable filling is minced into really fine pieces -- just perfect in the provided dipping sauce. Cold Noodle with Sesame Sauce -- yum, like spaghetti, except cold and with a peanutty sauce. Sliced Chicken with... anything -- I like they way Jade's kitchen slices their white meat chicken -- very thin and well cooked. It goes well with a variety of veggies and meats in Jade's combo platters. Moo Shu Pork with pancake -- my interpretation... Chinese burritos! But with julienne slices of pork and lots of crunchy cabbage. Eggplant with Garlic Sauce -- really sweet with a just the right amount of spiciness. Sauteed Snow Peas with Waterchestnuts -- Another great vegetarian choice. read more

We dined in as a family with the kids and everything was great. They were very busy since it was a Saturday night but still everything was delicious. This will be our new go to Chinese restaurant even the little kids enjoyed. read more

Great party room downstairs which is spacious and able to be rented out as long as you go with a party menu of theirs. Service spot on and food delicious, what more can one say? I guess because today was labor day the waiters were on their iPads and such since it wasnt busy due to the holiday. The food quality wasnt very top notch. And the prices were insanely high. Very authentic Cantonese Chinese restaurant! The owner, Lisa, is extremely friendly and recommended the Lamb dish. Oh was it a good recommendation! I never order lamb at a Chinese spot so it was different. But I'm so glad to have ordered it. We also ordered Peking Duck, which tasted pretty similar to other restaurants, and the Tofu with mixed vegetables. I was with 4 other adults and we left with leftovers. This place is super overpriced and the food just does not stack up. The scallion pancakes were ok, a little greasy, and fine after a quick toast... but not worth $7. Scallion pancakes are $3-4 everywhere else. Crab rangoon were also super small. I got the "Jade chicken" without any description of what the dish was to be adventurous. It was a mound of bland white meat with some broccoli buried underneath and a weird clear/white sauce. Just bizarre. Total was almost $30. Never again. read more

Miss being able to go out to dinner to a Restaurant that serves Chinese Cuisine that isn't a take out joint. Now I have found my place! You are greeted by a friendly face that immediately makes you feel right at home. It appeared she knew everyone in there as it was obvious they were all frequent flyers. Tea in the silver pot with traditional tea cups were placed on the tables which had actual tablecloths. I started with egg drop wonton soup. It was flavorful, and made exactly as it should with a slightly thickened broth , plenty of eggs and home made wontons. My entree was crispy tangerine beef served with white rice and broccoli. The rice was firm but not sticky. The broccoli was casually introduced to a steamer so it was warm and crisp but not mushy. The tangerine beef was covered but not drowned in the most exquisite sweet spicy chili sauce with small peppers and crispy tangerine rind. The beef was tasty and tender. The presentation was impeccable as the beef was stacked in the center surrounded by the broccoli perfectly placed in a circle with a garnish of a citrus peel carved to be a beautiful flower placed on a bed of green parsley. The food was excellent, the prices reasonable with most dishes under $20, a large food selection including a children's menu, great service to top it all off. It's a BYOB. I will definitely be a new frequent flyer! read more

Jade was always our neighborhood go to for lunch and dinner. The food was delicious and Lisa is an amazing woman, however, during the past couple of years the food has gone down in preparation quality. We noticed it about 1 1/2 years ago and initially thought it was a fluke. Unfortunately, it wasn't. We tried a few more times and decided to find another location. The food is prepared differently and doesn't taste as good as it used to be. Perhaps there is a new chef? Whatever the reason is we are so disappointed. We gave it one more go today but we received burnt dumplings, soggy and barely cooked chicken, with unappetizing fried rice. Even the egg roll tasted strange (couldn't put my finger on it). We are sad to say goodbye to Jade. I hope Lisa realizes the issues and gets a handle on things in the kitchen. read more

I used to live right down the road from this place..now that I don't I'm kinda bummed! This is hands down one of the best Chinese restaurants I've been to. The menu is extensive and the food is always great (not to mention the portions are huge)-you definitely get your money's worth. The owner is always very friendly and so is the rest of the staff. Jade Dynasty is good for take-out primarily very good for dining in as they have a large dining area. My favorite dishes here are the steamed veggie dumplings (they have a thin dumpling skin instead of that thick doughy skin you get with most dumplings-not to mention the filling is delicious), and the Sesame Chicken. Been going here for years and the food has always been great. My only issue was calling in for a delivery order and being told the delivery guy had already left for the day... It wasn't Near their closing time so I wasn't really sure why that was the case. Either way though, I've never had bad service while dining in and they have never screwed anything up for my take out. I was extremely pleased with how fast I received my food. I did takeout and it took about 7 minutes for my food to arrive. The owner and the delivery man were very friendly, as we talked about the heatwave that recently occurred. For $12 dollars for a combination platter, it was worth it and a lot of food. I had the Sweet & Sour Chicken w/ vegetables along with chicken fried rice, wonton soup, an egg roll, and the complimentary noodle chips. I was pleased to find out that there were vegetables in my meal, compared to other Chinese restaurants that do not include vegetables for Sweet & Sour Chicken. Beware ordering online here. I just ordered two crab Rangoon online and only one came..cold too! So when we called the restaurant to complain they told us that they would send another one but we had to pay an additional $6.25 because the price online was wrong. When we tried explaining to the guy that the website says one price and they charged us another he kept telling us to look at the paper menu. Well we didn't have a paper menu when we ordered and went based off the websites prices. He acknowledged that he knew the website was wrong but kept insisting that we look at the paper menu. I've usually gotten good food and service from here but this has left a sour taste in my mouth. So long Jade Dynasty..it's a shame customer satisfaction is no longer a priority for you. read more

Jade's menu is the best and the food that they serve is better than any Chinese place I've been to. The fact that you can also choose to sit and eat in a nice, clean, relaxed setting is a huge bonus. Lisa and her son are amazing owners and they're friendly every single time we stop in. We are psyched that it's our local spot. The atmosphere was nice, but the food was just mediocre. The noodles were crispy. The wonton soup was bland. I had the combo general tso's chicken, white meat only. The chicken was crispy and was only white meat but it wasn't spicy. The pork fried rice and the eggroll were kind of bland also. I think they are very over-priced. $13.95 for a combo meal is pretty high considering most other places are about $7.95-$8.95 and their food is better than this place. The food is decent. Take out is a bit tastier. The atmosphere is very outdated and the menu also speaks for it too. The waiter spilled half a bottle of the wine we had brought and when I mentioned it to the owner and her son, who also works there, they laughed and said " spilled wine is funny". I don't find it funny especially when I bought the wine. A reputable business would of offered at least a discount. My husband & I decided to try this place because it looked like Chinese food restaurant but not the typical Chinese food take out place. I ordered the chicken with garlic sauce & he ordered the chicken with mushroom & snow peas. They both tasted great and portions were big that we had to take the rest home.
