What started as a quick lunch spot when I worked up the street has turned into one of my go-to takeout places to enjoy at home. The food is just overall so delicious. I've tried so many of the noodle dishes and soups over the years, and every single one has been very, very, very good. You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu -- even with the mix of Thai food and other Asian dishes, everything is done well. I've dined in at Jade Siam a couple of times years ago and remember it always being busy and honestly, I get it. This is hands down one of my favorite Thai spots. I usually stick to the Pad Thai and it's phenomenal every time: super flavorful, fresh, and even though I only order via DoorDash now it always arrives hot. I also tried the cream cheese wontons and while they did get a bit soggy during delivery (I'm sure they're way better fresh), they were still decent. I also liked the unexpected crunch from the carrots in the filling. The sweet and sour sauce was extra tangy and really unique, not like the usual ones, and it paired perfectly with the wontons. Best Thai food in HP! This has always been one of my favorite Thai food restaurants, it never misses. The fried rice had a nice kick to it and plenty of chilies. The pad see ew is my favorite dish there. The beef is so tender and the flavors are amazing. I ordered to go, but inside the restaurant is always busy. They are quick with the orders though and definitely worth the wait. This is a perfect place to have dinner with the family as there are plenty of tables and it is not too loud. Went there for a company team lunch. I ordered #56 which was the seafood fried rice. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. It was definitely enough for 2 people, but I just couldn't help myself and ate all but 3 bites. I was stuffed. I tried my coworkers fried chicken appetizer and that was SO GOOD! The service was very excellent. Our waitress was very knowledgeable and helpful. Provided recommendations and came by to check on us from time-to-time. I had a bit of the mango sticky rice and it was just as good as everything else tasted and looked. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place. And I have to be completely honest and say this place has some very delicious food.. everything I tried was delicious and I mean everything, so I don't have any pictures. Man, I really wanted to like this place esp it's super close to my work. Anyways, our work ordered to go on NYE. There's pad Thai, pad see ew, fried rice, curry, garlic pork, cashew chicken and chicken satay. Pros: the staff really work with you about pickup time and large orders. Everything is package nicely. They also offer a small discount for pickup paid in cash. The prices are also reasonable Cons: the food. The better ones are the noodles, fried rice. The pad see ew is a bit sweeter than usual but still acceptable. The bad part is the meat. I'm not sure if it's an off day or it's too busy, all the meat are dry. The chicken satay tastes like chicken jerky. We places 2 orders for satay and half of it was untouched while the pad Thai and fried rice were nearly gone. DEAD ROACH IN MY SOUP!!!!!!!!!! Jade Siam used to be my favorite Thai restaurant. I've been a loyal customer for years, but sadly, I will never be ordering from here again. I'm currently pregnant and struggling with severe nausea. The only thing I've been able to keep down lately is soup, so I decided to order a Tom Yum soup from here, something I was genuinely looking forward to. Halfway through eating, I was absolutely horrified to find a dead roach in my soup. The shock and disgust I felt in that moment is hard to describe. I couldn't stop throwing up, and the thought of it still makes me nauseous. It is completely unacceptable, especially when you're placing your trust in a restaurant to prepare safe, clean food. This experience was not only disappointing, it was traumatic. I sincerely hope Jade Siam takes this seriously and addresses their food safety practices immediately. My cousin in law is the one who introduced me to this place. From the outside you may think the food isn't good but you know every hole in the wall place is bomb asf. The Thai egg roll are my fav. Perfect crunch to it when you bite into it. The spicy seafood soup is good with a side of white rice to dip some inside the soup. The young lady who helped us out asked us if we would like the hot sauce on the side since it was our first time having it. Service is good, gets crowded because it a small place you can dine in and take out but it's worth the wait. I got the beef pho soup. I loved it perfect with this rain weather that we are having. Truly a hidden gem. Amidst the myriad of fantastic Thai restaurants, it's truly difficult to pick one that truly stands out (I wholeheartedly consider Thai food to be in my top 3 cuisines), but this place makes it a point to serve big portions at quite reasonable prices. We ordered takeout and we got Fried Rice (beef), Pad Thai, Pad See Ew (pork), Papaya Salad. The Pad See Ew was my favorite, and the papaya salad was great too. I also appreciated how well packaged the food was (they even put a little piece of cardboard at the bottom of the plastic bag, so as to help the containers stay stacked upright, that was a nice touch that I haven't seen other places do). I always order the pad see ew . It is usually very good. I don't recommend the orange chicken. Its stale, hard, and hardly had chicken meat, mostly batter , not to mention it is very very dry.
