We finally had the chance to try this spot, and I'm glad we did. I first discovered Pho Byob because I charge my EV in the extended parking area of the property. Since I usually charge at night, I'd never been able to visit during business hours. Today, my family and I decided to charge the EV during the day and grab a bite while we waited. Because I typically charge for no more than 30 minutes, we came in with a sense of urgency--dine in, eat well, and head out. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed. The decor had a clean, minimalist "Japandi" vibe--where Japanese elegance meets Scandinavian simplicity. It created a calm, inviting atmosphere. We were greeted by a friendly cashier who took the time to explain their simple yet highly customizable menu. We ordered the brisket beef pho combo with passion fruit juice, and a brisket pho salad with thick noodles. Both dishes arrived promptly and were beautifully presented. Pho Byob features a self-serve station for utensils, sauces, and garnishes, which added to the convenience. The flavors were solid--on par with many pho spots we've tried before. The broth was rich and satisfying, and the portion sizes were just right. I especially enjoyed the pho salad; it was fresh, and the thick noodles added a satisfying texture that elevated the dish. The passion fruit juice was delicious--so much so that we found ourselves wishing for a refill. It's clear this place pays attention to every detail, from the food to the decor--even the bathroom, which was simple yet elegant in design. If you're charging your EV during their business hours, I highly recommend stopping by. You'll enjoy a fulfilling meal and likely leave satisfied just in time for your EV to be fully charged and ready to go.

Pleasantly surprised to see a nice pho restaurant in vernon. it was raining and I was a little sick so wanted some hot pho. The oxtail were cooked well and was soft and has lots of meat. The pho soup had the right flavor . I requested less noodles since I don't want to waste it. Total was around $20 which is reasonable . Parking was easy today but it could be challenging . Will definitely go back again.

Thai tea had a good flavor, only thing I didn't like is that it was 80% ice which I finish in two sips, I as the cashier and she said that was normal, that is the way the owners want it OK!!!! OTHER THAN THAT, IT IS DECENT PLACE

New Pho place!! Highly recommend! I tried the pho salad. So delicious I'm looking forward to trying the soup next time! Ambiance is so relaxing and enjoyable; next visit will be with my coworkers. Service is quick, excellent and noticeably patient. She did not hesitate to invite me inside to take a closer look at their menu options... I wasn't expecting to have Pho for lunch, but her friendly demeanor was super inviting. I figured why not try it...She made sure I was happy with my order! I'll be back soon to try the soup even if it's 110 degrees outside... so worth it!! Wishing them much good fortune at this location!

This new restaurant has very good pho salad. I've never tried their pho but the salad was great if you like more veggie feeling and not-too-hot dish for summer. The vibe is very Asian. I can even smell the plants and it's very relaxing! The tray is self service so be sure to store them away when you're done.

Vernon is a very industrial area with warehouses and not many options for food at all. so when this spot opened up, we had to try it. One of the employees explained that this is a new concept of building your own pho, you can choose between thick or thin noodles, choose any and add as many meat options as you want. So that's the pho. Now the pho salad, basically pho but without the soup, they give you three things on the side to go with it, fish sauce, soup, and spicy garlic crisp sauce. The soup was flavorful but not heavy, it is a bit on the oiler side if you're looking for clear broth. Fish sauce is fish sauce, self explanatory. The spicy garlic sauce though, you have to mix your salad with this for even more flavors. 10/10 You can upgrade your main items to a combo with spring roll and a drink of your choice. We got the pass fruit and Thai tea which were both amazing. Thai tea isn't overly sweet which was perfect for my tastebud, and the passion fruit was refreshing. Service was top notch, when the employee explained and checked up on us, we thought he was the owner!!!! Interior was also very well done, love the aesthetic. Apparently all the tables, chairs, light shades, etc. were all customized in Vietnam. The flower light shade above the cashier counter I is extreme cute Overall, this restaurant did an awesome job at keeping it simple because everything was simply, so good.

Wowwww! The homestyle broth was life changing! Probably the best I've ever had! Delicious!! I did the traditional thin noodles with shrimp. Everything is pretty much self serve. You go up to order, get your utensils, and if not busy they'll bring your food to your table. After you're done you return the tray to the station. So happy there's a great new pho addition to the plaza!
