Jaggers is a great place for a burger! It is fast food, but it is quality fast food. I have been serval times since they opened and the food is always fresh, tasty, and fast. I have tried several kinds of the burgers. The Green Chile Cheeseburger is my favorite. The chilies give it a nice smoky flavor. The cheese melts over the burger while blending with the green chilies. The sunrise burger is also very good. The seasoning of the burger is on point. The egg is a nice touch! The staff here has been super nice. The drive thru seems to be a very smooth operation and the parking is ample. read more

We went In Saturday with our 4 grandchildren and 6 adults. Order taken quickly,thoroughly and were pleasantly. All 10 meals were delivered quickly and hot with no mistakes. Also, the person that took my order was extremely rude, he was so rude that I drove over to Chick Fil A instead. I went to Jaggers yesterday March 29th evening around 5ish. I actually won a free meal for that location that's why I had went there yesterday. Jaggers restaurant is a new, location near the Keystone Crossing area, and on East 82nd Street. When, entering the restaurant there are signs where to enter, exit, and getting into their drive-thru. Jaggers drive-thru is very similar to Chick-fil-A concept. When, I went in I explained to Mangers and employees I had won a free meal via Instagram that a local foodie blogger posted. So, they didn't know anything about it, and I believe someone called the owner regarding it which I had the code for a free meal. Once, we got passed that ordeal I ordered a double cheeseburger meal with only cheese and ketchup on the burger, fries no salt, and instead of a soft drink I had a delicious oreo cookie shake without whip cream. At, Jaggers you order your food at the front counter, you take a number( similar like Culver's) , then someone will bring your food out. It didn't take long for them to fix my meal, and the cheeseburger was was hot, fresh, and just delicious. Now, the fries I wasn't a fan of it, but I did enjoy the shake. The restaurant does offer chicken, salads, shakes, desserts, and meals for the kiddos. I'll definitely come back to try more delicious items on the menu. read more

Look, I understand it's fast food, but this rating is based upon going to other locations. The food here was not very good, the service was OK. Stopped in on a whim. Photos of the food looked good and the reviews aren't bad. Ordered a burger without cheese. Had a good flavor but the bun was cold and the meat was room temperature, so it was just "Ok". Would have been much better if it was hot. The fries had the same issue, decent flavor but also cold. Won't be rushing back, but if in the area again it is good enough to warrant a second chance. Maybe next time the food will be hot. read more

The restaurant was nice and clean when we walked in. They weren't overly packed but steady. Our food was hot and delicious. The bun was soft and slightly toasted. I wa nervous to try the Jagger sauce...it's loke a bbq/mayor more on the sweet side. They let you sample their sauces. We all got the jagger sauce on our sandwiches. The chicken is real chicken not the minced stuff. Everything was fresh and hot. The Staff was very personable...we dined in and they bring your food to the table which was a nice touch. Definitely worth the money...average meal is $10. My girls got the lemonade and strawberry lemonade and said it was a little too sweet but overall we had a great visit!. My wife and I just got in from out of town and were looking for a place to stop for food. Jaggers was open and it was a new experience for the both of us. I ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger with tots and tried the Oreo shake. The food was delicious, but I was a little underwhelmed by the Jaggers sauce (or lack there of). The shake was extremely thick and one of the best fast food Oreo shakes I've had in a long time. Everything was fresh and I appreciated the friendly drive thru service. It is very much like a Chick-fil-a ordering experience. The inside is still being completed so dining in isn't an option. Overall, I'm looking forward to visiting again! read more

Average fair. Service was decent/friendly. However, the burgers did not impress. The cheese wasn't melted, just tossed on there and brought to the table. Never let them Put your fries in a styrofoam container. They are soggy when you get home AND now matter what size you order they put a small in their. Tested it by going back inside to buy a large. Real scummy practice. And every employee looks like they hate themselves which was bound to happen eventually so now they take it out on the customers. read more

First time trying jaggers today and I was totally disappointed. Order a single cheeseburger and requested no seasoning on the burger also asked for a small amount of ketchup and mustard. The burger was cold an swimming in ketchup and mustard. Also order small fries they were so greasy it was ridiculous. They looked like they were cooked in grease from last week. This place is ok. I've had them a few times and all I can say is that it does the job. It's not my first choice or last. There burgers are decent and have some fresh lemonade lol. The only things I can say I'm not to fond of is the fries and the customer service. Their fries are over seasoned. Almost to the point where as if I don't drown them in ketchup I would toss them too overpowering. Lastly, the customer service could be better. Especially at the drive thur window. I give this place 2 stars just because the food is awesome and the service is superior. That being said, I discovered something the last time I was here that really irritated me. I usually order a meal with my sandwich which includes a drink and side. I almost always opt to go with a large drink which includes a 50 cent upcharge. No big deal. But the last time I noticed on the menu board, it's only a 30 cent difference between the regular drink and a large drink. I realize it's only 20 cents but consider how many people have no doubt been taken for this, including myself. I asked for a manager but he had just left. I was so excited when I saw Jaggers going in right around the corner from my house. I had been driving out of the way to Noblesville for several years to get to them. The food is excellent for fast food. I am in love with the Cobb Salad, but there are a number of other items on the menu that are very good, such as the Green Chili Cheeseburger and the Black Bean Burger. Excellent shakes. read more

Tried ordering online so I could pick it up and eat during my 30 minute lunch break. I tried to pick up my food by going through the drive through as there was only one car in line. That car took over ten minutes to order so when I got up to the person taking orders, they said I had to pull into a specific parking spot and they would bring it out to me. After about ten minutes, I had to go inside and get it myself. There were no customers in the store and no one after me in the drive through. All said and done, it was 20 minutes from the time my food was supposed to be ready till I was able to eat it. The food was very cold and bland. A competitor next door had two drive through lines going with over 30 cars in it and a full parking lot. This place won't be open for long. read more
