At our table of six we had an avocado chicken sandwich, a regular burger, a regular cheeseburger, and a crispy chicken sandwich. All sandwiches come with lettuce tomato and Jagger sauce. The sauce is essentially a smoky barbecue with the little mayonnaise mixed in. If you order your sandwich in the meal, it comes with seasons shoestring fries and a drink. The bacon cheeseburger and fries were my choices for dinner. I would usually opt for the chicken, but was in the mood for a burger and fries and they had some great fries. Shoestring fries are one of my favorite ways to eat a potato. Those fries were just phenomenal. I have no idea what kind of spices they used for them, but they were just great. After a sweaty, stinky, hot, muggy day there is nothing better than a good burger and fries. So once we left Conner Prairie where we were volunteering. We looked up the closest restaurants and Jagger's popped up. So we thought why not?? So we entered Jagger's and the cold air won us over. Looking at the menu I was unsure of what to get so I got the bacon cheeseburger and fries. Who can go wrong with bacon?? They gave us our cups and sent us to the table with a number tent. The food came out and smelled amazing. Tasted even better. Seriously the fries are freaking amazing. Get a side of ranch to dip them in and you will have a food-gasm. (Yes I said it. A food-gasm as in an orgasm in your mouth caused by fantastic food.). Anyway.... The burger was juicy and the bun was so fresh. I want to order another dinner just sitting here typing this. Get the fries.... Seriously the fries ROCK!! This place is great for kids (kids meal includes drink and cookie for $3.99) great atmosphere (the music is weird very weird....) t.v.'s all around some with sports, news and even cartoons. You gotta check out Jaggers! This place is so underrated. It's honestly SO good. I've been three times and all three times, it's been delicious. Strangely enough, I always get the kids meal but have never left hungry. The kids meals come with an entree, side, small drink, and chocolate chip cookie. My favorite kids meal is the chicken nuggets. You get five with a dipping sauce. The chicken tastes like your grandmother hand battered it. I got a side of gravy that was creamy and peppery, which paired great with the hot, crispy, fried chicken. Combine it with tater tots (kids meal gets about 10), and it's enough to fill you up! Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and it appeared that seasoning was just DUMPED on the sandwich by staff. Literal clumps of seasoning fell off of the sandwich and overpowered the taste of the sandwich. When I lifted the bun to remove some of the seasoning I found a long hair in my sandwich. They sell burgers, chicken, salads and milk shakes. Ordered a burger and a milk shake. Left without ever getting a milk shake after 15 minutes. Only 3 people trying to explain they forgot it then what appeared to be a manager explaining they just refilled the machine. Not one of them seemed to have any concern or a grasp of customer service. Seems like a pretty simple concept. If you can't get a cheeseburger and a milk shake right something is wrong. This type of stuff drives me nuts. You simplify a menu so you do 4 things and you can't even get that right. On top of it the burger was less than average in my opinion. On a positive note, the roll it came in was good. Wow! Really good semi-fast food burger and chicken joint. The buns were ridiculously thick, fluffy and fresh! My spicy chicken sandwich actually had a kick to it-- which is basically unheard of. Spicy around here usually means basic. The fries are shoestring which aren't my favorite but they were seasoned. I also love the nice condiment bar (think Chick-fil-a). My chicken sandwich was huge though-- thick, tender and popping out both sides of the bun. A little pricy but I would rather enjoy my meal than save a buck and eat day old Burger King. First time here. Used the drive thru. Ordered the bacon cheeseburger, tater tots and a coke zero. Asked for extra jagger sauce on the side and it was no charge. The burger was very good, well put together and the jagger sauce was amazing! The tater tots were fresh, crispy, hot and the seasoning they put on them was awesome. At almost $11 it was a little pricey for a combo (not even upsized). Service was fast and friendly at the window as well. What a great place! Friendly staff, impeccably clean and delicious food. This is a Texas Roadhouse run joint and you can tell by the high quality food. I went for the California Grilled Chicken Sandwich and fries and my wife ordered the BBQ Cheddar Burger with tots. We each ordered a side of Jaggers sauce on the side. The bun was fresh, veggies were crisp and fresh and the Jaggers sauce dipped with the AMAZING seasoned shoe string fries was delicious! The price was a bit steep ($20 for 2) but the quality made up for it. This concept would do really well in Westfield by Grand Park. Over 1,000,000 visitors a year and hungry for more options to eat!
