My co-workers and I love Jaggers! I had never heard of this restaurant until I started working over here. Today for lunch I ordered the grilled chicken salad. So excited it has bacon and avocado on it. Plus they put the chicken on the side and it's warm. Chicken did not have any fat on it. I have had the veggie bean burger, grilled chicken avocado sandwich from Jaggers. I normally get a side of edamame as well, that's my favorite. All tasty options and everything is fresh. Jaggers is a kinda/sorta local effort, a Central Indiana trial by national chain Texas Roadhouse to branch out and diversify their portfolio. With two locations of Jaggers in Central Indiana, this location and one on the Southside, it is yet to be seen how successful the experiment is and if it will lead to a national expansion effort for the burger-centered restaurant that stresses fresh buns made daily, burgers and chicken sandwiches that are made from fresh and never frozen beef and chicken, and the freshest of ingredients for salads. While I'm always looking for a new burger joint, I'm seldom in the Noblesville area and hadn't had a chance to check out Jaggers yet. I arrived around 2pm, definitely outside the typical lunch area and a time when the restaurant was quiet with only a couple other customers. The young man working the counter was perfectly friendly and asked if I'd been there before - a great move considering that look I had while eyeing the menu. It seemed the like majority of burgers came with cheese, but upon my inquiry I was assured that I could order it any way I wanted it. I ordered a double cheeseburger concoction, it had a special name but I can't remember it and it's not on their online menu, but withheld the actual cheese. You can make your sandwiches a combo for an extra $2.99 (side and 20 oz drink). You can also upsize the drink. Before I made it to my table, the meal was delivered. As has been noted, the fries are of a shoestring variety. The burger comes on a toasty bun and includes a sauce they call their "Jaggers Sauce," though I always chuckle because I can't help but observe that anytime a restaurant has "special sauce" it always looks the same as everyone else's special sauce. The food was perfectly fine, neither the best I've had among burger joints nor the worst. I definitely would not drive out of my way for it. The meal came in at just under $10, a middling price for a restaurant that seems to be trying to exist somewhere between fast food and fast casual. The burger had just a hint of a crispy quality on the edges, a nice touch, while the fries were nicely browned and peppery - perhaps a bit too heavily for my taste. Accessibility for the restaurant is fine - there's accessible parking and a curb cut, though it is a touch weird that the curb cut is not near the door. I nearly forgot this and wheeled off the curb. The drinks are self serve and the fountain area is mostly accessible - they do carry both sweet and unsweetened tea along with Coke products. Overall, I enjoyed my meal. It was a perfectly fine burger meal but it's definitely not a spot I'd rushed back to and, quite honestly, I'd probably consider other options first when I'm back in the area. The price is a bit high for the quantity of food delivered, though not unreasonable for the area in which the restaurant is located. read more

Jaggers is a nice burger joint with quick service. I've tried the bean burger, which is a little salty for my taste, but still quite delicious. The chicken strips are amazing. I love the jagger sauce. The shoestring fries are amazing! I ordered the Blue burger salad on my last visit, and I'd made it all the way home before I'd realized that they had given me the wrong salad dressing. I called and spoke with the manager, and not only did he willingly replace my order (since meat had gone cold), he gave me a coupon for my inconvenience. Now that's what I Call customer service. In love with this place! I've been wanting to come here since they opened and the opportunity can this past weekend and I'm so glad it did!! The food is spectacular for fast food! My daughter and I both got the chicken and it was so moist and amazing! My hubby got the bbq burger and he loved it. All burgers come with 2 patties, so come hungry! The fries are thin just seasoned awesome. My only recommendation is for everyone to not get fries. We could have split 1 fry between 2 of us. Just a-ok in my book. Stopped by for a quick lunch and the cheeseburger with Jaggers sauce was good. Fries are shoestring style and peppery. The drink machine wasn't turned on and the staff seemed a bit clueless until they eventually got it up and running. I have heard about this place but today was the first time we have actually eaten here. The place was clean and the staff welcoming and friendly. You order at the counter and they bring it to your table. I got the tenders on the cashiers recommendation. They are hand breaded and delicious. I like soft and juicy tenders and these were just that. The ranch was great for dipping. The fries are the small thin ones and they had a good seasoning. This bacon cheeseburger made me lean back and reevaluate my day. I'm not a fan of shredded lettuce on a burger but this jagger sauce made me forget about my lettuce preference! This is just down the road for me, so I've been here a number of times. When I feel I want to have a step up from the normal greasy burger fast food joint. The atmosphere is really nice. I can't even count the number of televisions are on in the restaurant, but they have something g for every age, and mood. Very clean, I noticed one employee never stopped looking for garbage to pick up. Now let's get to the food. The burgers are better than any of the nearest fast food places. Very well done and I cannot complain. While I'm not a fan of the jagger sauce, my wife loves it. The tater tots and fries always seem over cooked and too salty though. The chicken sandwiches and salads are great also. I'd love to give it 4 stars, but with the price (higher than Mcdees or BK), and only the burgers being better than average, I can't go any higher. read more

Long time customer of Jaggers but quit going because every time we ordered through drive thru, something would be missing or toppings wrong. Stopped going because of it but then thought we'd try again. Got home and sandwich has wrong toppings and brownies completely missing from order. Really hard to completely check your order prior to leaving because they stuff 3 entrees, 3 sides, into a paper bag including mixing hot and cold food. Spoke with a manager who offered to replace the items with a problem but how inconvenient to have to drive back just as you're sitting down to eat. We usually get chicken and haven't been disappointed yet. The ONLY con I have, really isn't a con because it's in regards to the wait time in the drive thru. You wait because your food is fresh. I have passed by Jaggers almost every day for months and finally took the plunge this week. Two nights ago my husband was craving a milkshake so we went through the drive thru. They were quick and our milkshakes were delicious! They were really thick which were near impossible to actually drink through the straw, but they tasted dang good. We were out tonight and figured we'd try their actual food tonight. Based on previous reviews I got a crispy chicken sandwich, my husband got a salad and we split the tator toys. My sandwich was great, chicken was juicy inside me crispy outside. I know there have been others who complain about the bun, but I'm glad it was bigger to hold up to the large piece of chicken. Tots were perfectly crispy with some seasoning. We were checked on multiple times, it was clean and friendly. It is a little pricey, but I think it's just because it's not quite fast food, and not quite fast casual, there aren't others like this that I've been to. read more

Ok, When I saw California burger with avocado and bacon, I was sold! We also love the Sunrise burger with an egg on top. We've been here only a few times, the the burgers are great. The shoestring fries have tons of seasoning on them, I love it but man, it makes a mess on your fingers! I feel like I needed a wipe! They also offer tater tots as a side. That is such a cool idea and yummy.. i mean who doesn't love Tots!?! The interior is very clean and the staff is super friendly, I mean they serve YOU at the table! They give you a number to place on your table. There are TV's all around with something for everyone to watch (cartoons, weather, news, sports, a movie ) with captions on so you can read whats going on. So I'm not really sure when this place "officially" opened because every time my husband and I would drive by, ready to try it out, it was always closed but the lights were on. I guess I just don't know what they're known for yet. Maybe another visit would help. The food was alright, nothing to write home about. I did enjoy the taste of their shoestring fries. The burgers were good, but when we were done with our meal, we were still hungry and we had paid just over $20 for 2 burgers, 2 fries, and 2 drinks. We were very pleasantly surprised with the quality of this restaurant and have decided after only a single visit that it is the best fast food in the area...it's better than Culver's, which is the closest comparison to it. First of all, the atmosphere and service go a step beyond the average fast food place...if you compare this to a McDonald's, the McDonald's looks completely shabby by comparison. The service was pretty great! They actually had an adequate number of staff to suit the situation and whoever was not needed to take orders was cleaning tables and...*gasp*...taking our trays! That's right, this fast food place actually brings you your meal AND, unlike Culver's, TAKES it at the end! Wonderful. The people actually seemed to not loathe their job like McDonald's or Subway workers, also. The food was surprisingly awesome! I wouldn't have been disappointed in the food if I had gotten it at a non-fast food joint. I had a cheddar BBQ burger...bun was a real, freshly made brioche bun, meat was nice and juicy, cheese was actual shredded melted cheddar, and BBQ sauce was nice and sweet. The fries are AWESOME! I don't know what they put in those, but they blow other fast food fries out of the water.
