THE EPITOME OF A CRAPY SERVICE!! ( if only I could rate negative stars.) came on a Wednesday for ladies night; -Wore a white Nike shirt and forced by the bouncer to buy a black shirt from a sketchy ass guy running a illegal business out of his van in their parking lot for $20. -after entering I went to the bathroom to have some ass hole throwing up like the exorcist in the bathroom and while I was taking a piss his puke got on my shoes from the next stall over. Security didn't do shit and the guy still stayed there drinking -only had one dance the whole night from a dancer who over charged me. The dancers were too busy staring at walls rather talking their potential customers or dancing. -literally there was no poles in use and the dancers were just standing around staring into space so I through $30 of 1's on to an empty stage surrounded by gentlemen hoping the dancers would get the cue. Walked to my car really quick and came back to see the money cleared of the stage and still no dancers -also the dress code says no jerseys but also at the same time; Sunday if you wear a jersey you get half off drinks. The bouncers say it's their discretion then I ask was it necessary to have me buy that black shirt if it was your discretion even though the shirt I wore wasn't a plane white tee. They shrugged their shoulders and didn't know what to say. ***BOTTOM LINE.. if you don't want shitty service and two face policies that take advantage and extort you then don't come here**** Also to the club it's self I am sorry to leave this review as I love to patronize places.. but this was such a bad experience that I had to make an account on here just to let you and your customers know to hopefully improve in these areas. We showed up at 6pm, when the doors opened, only to be told that there were no dancers and no bartender working until 7pm. We were bullied into leaving after a few minutes of being upset about the lack of staff currently present. A friend I was with jokingly wanted to get on stage, since there was no current entertainment, and was called derogatory names and was threatened to be assaulted by the male staff. I personally was threatened to be "physically removed" by the "boss" (large man with a red baseball cap) because he didn't want to hear what I had to say about his lack of professionalism. My friends were cursed out and told to leave for using the WOMENS bathroom, as WOMEN do. Literally the worst. No where online, or on any flyers does it say Jag is a 21+ club, I even called the day before and was told that it was in fact 18+. Got there, was let in, sat down, only to be walked up to and basically shoved out in a super embarrassing way. Like, no explanation at all on why I'm being escorted out during the process. Once outside, I am forced to stand in the rain, still not being told why I was kicked out and everyone was laughing. Then, many workers come out, almost yelling at me because I 'magically' got in, even though I told various people (bouncer, bracelet lady, waitress or whatever you call her) that I wasn't 21. Then, after being told why I was kicked out, I kinda understood. HOWEVER, you can't yell at someone for going in when it doesn't say 21+ only, ANYWHERE WHATSOEVER. Then, the bouncer who allowed me in had the courage to say, "She messed me up." How did I mess you up? Yes, I admit I accidently gave you my military ID first, however if someone clearly tells you that they aren't 21, you don't blame them. On top of that, I was stuck waiting in the rain for about 20 minutes to get my ID and debit card back! Thankfully, the gentleman who gave me my cards back was somewhat nice (he just really didn't talk much, so I really can't judge here). IF YOU ARE A 21+ ONLY CLUB, YOU SHOULD PUT IT ONLINE, AND ON YOUR FLYERS, AND BY THE ENTRANCE. Oh, and teach your staff to take responsibility for their mistakes, no, it wasn't just the bouncer who messed up, it was basically the whole staff. BLAMING SOMEONE FOR YOUR GOD DAMN MISTAKE IS SO PETY, PLEASE GROW UP AND ADMIT THAT IT WAS YOUR FAULT, it makes you and the establishment look bad, and hella shady Oh, and isn't this a strip club? I have noticed though in the last couple of months it has become more popular and now the laid back atmosphere I used to love has turned to waiting in long lines, having to wait on waitresses while they talk and drink prices rising. So I have no idea about the inside of the club, the dancers or the club experience. I am leaving a 2 star review because of the lack of customer service before attempting to enter. My husband and I called SEVERAL times before going so we could book a table (as their site states you cannot book after 11pm) and to confirm the dress code to make sure we had no issues getting in. Every time we called the phone went to voicemail and we never received a call back. Once we got to the club we were then made aware that my husband could not enter due to the dress code. We planned to leave and ordered an Uber. While waiting for the Uber 2 men approached to enter wearing almost an identical outfit to my husband- maybe they were regulars- but they were greeted by the bouncers and immediately allowed in. And when I say "almost identical" I mean the same black athletic outfit but one was Nike brand and the other was Adidas. I went to Jaguars on a Thursday night, and didn't know it was their fight night. The fight wasn't even that good, the winner was by fan applause, and not knock out. Jaguars has enough of a Security presence to make anybody feel safe in their Hip-Hop environment, as well as a decent location. They are easy to spot off the 17 due to their purple lights. This club is pretty big, and I counted 7 strip poles with about 10 strippers this night. This place has great potential... but their problem is that they have more hot SERVERS than STRIPPERS.... that's not going to make you money. read more

The service is shit! I was there on a Wednesday which is ladies night. I ordered two drinks and the server brought four drinks. I said we only ordered two drinks and the server said since she brought us four drinks that we would have to pay for all four. The price of the drinks were cheap so there was no problem with paying for all four but the principal of the matter is they were unwilling to admit fault and just for the fun of it wanted to charge me more money. I know it's a strip club and all they want is for people to spend money but when you're wrong as a business you should own up to it and treat your customers with some respect. First visit: 10/09/2015 (Review date) Last visit: 01/23/2016 Let's start this off by saying that Kristian and I visited Jaguars on a Friday afternoon. Not a Friday night, not a Wednesday night for ladies' night, not a Saturday night, not even a Sunday to watch the games and enjoy $1 drinks....but a Friday afternoon. Most clubs on a Friday afternoon have their D squad working; if that was Jags' D squad then we can't wait to get back for their A Squad because just about every dancer there was beautiful and for the most part they all had some kind of skill and ability (we'll come back to that). We walked in and we were instantly greeted by Steven, not sure if he is a manager or not, but the man knew his business and he was about it and we respect and admire that. He saw that we came prepared with a cash cannon and he made sure that the dancers, the DJ, and the bar staff knew that we were not just there to look and drink; he knew we were there to have a good time. There is a moderate sized foyer area where you pay, but there is also a portable bar right there so you can get started as well as a merchandise stand where you can get your Jags gear which we need to purchase the next time we go back. You enter the double doors and then the fun starts. First...they had angry orchard, so that automatically bumped up the status because no other strip club in Phoenix has had any ciders at all. The bar was to the left as you walk in and it is long and full and it was well staffed. We didn't have to flag down our server at all and from the looks of it, the bar staff was gorgeous too. There's an ATM to your immediate left by the bar and one back in the corner by where the restrooms are which is to the right of the main stage. Speaking of the main stage, it had two tall poles on it and plenty of room with floorboard mirrors. Behind the main stage is the VIP area that we will be taking over on November 21st with 6 cabana couches where you can get bottle service and your own personal server. There are also four other small stages, two each side, each with poles we believe. On the same wall to the right as the restrooms is also another bar; so for those nights when we go back and it's busy, we assume it will be open too. Seemed to be six to eight TVs, if not more for games and fights which is nice. There's not as many mirrors around the club as most places, so they dancers can't just stare at themselves while on stage; they actually have to work. And speaking of dancers putting in work...our girl Tuesday Ray aka Monroe put in some work on the pole. We've been to a lot of clubs and reviewed just about all of them and we couldn't think of one dancer that had pole skills like her. We want to wrap this review up, so we won't go on and on about her, but we could. Saucy also was another one of our favorites, but for the most part there really wasn't one there that was not borderline amazing. Plus there's a VIP area in the back of the club as well that Power 98.3 uses often, so we will clearly be partying with them. read more

The drink are surprisingly reasonably price. It's great if you are by yourself or with a group. It does get busy so if you have a party, get there right before 11. The guys checking ID'S were courteous, the door girl was friendly and informative. My friend and I went to the bar for a shot and then asked the door guys to seat us when we were ready. We tipped everyone that helped us. Within 1 minute of sitting down at a table near the bar, a full drink fell on me out of nowhere. It hit me and soaked by pants and hair. We called the same door guy over (a short, stalky guy with bug earrings and a face dermal piercing) to let him know. He acted confused and looked up toward the 2nd floor. I said I didn't know where it came from and had to ask him for another chair. A dry one. He took the wet chair across the room, talked to a dancer while I stood there waiting, and then brought me a new chair. He then said to me, "Someone threw a drink at you?" Growing increasingly irritated I repeated that I did not know where it came from but I was soaked. He said, "You want a napkin or something?" No, I did not want a napkin or something at that point.
