One led to widespread leaking (where they didn't attach the hose properly to the unit to have it drain out) that ruined our second floor ceiling and destroyed a closet. Over a year later, we started to see our living room unit leak water profusely. An agent was sent out yesterday to fix it, but lacked a ladder and said he would be back. He never was, and attempts to get someone out here again have been met with bald faced lies - "we have no record of a visit set up." These people do not install these heat pumps correctly. We have had widespread damage to our house as a result of their negligence. Do not use them EVER. Not only is their installation crappy and negligent, but their communication is faulty and suspect.
