I think the food is not as great as the four stars I gave it, but it seemed clean, fresh, was fast…read moreand plentiful. I had the big salad with al pastor. It had refried beans, rice, iceberg lettuce, chopped tomato, a bit of cilantro and sour cream designing on top. I think there was a sprinkle of cheese. It was filling enough, but not very exciting. I would expect whole beans in a salad, and pico de gallo or other dressing. My husband had a macho burrito with chicken. It was pretty large with lettuce, tomato chunks, raw onion, refried beans, rice, skimpy on melted chedder(?) cheese and enchilada sauce. It was just okay as well (and looked better than it tasted). We were both really hungry with minimal breakfast and this at 4:30.

Great first visit. The enchilada plate looks small, but is deceivingly big. My wife loved it…read more I tried a handful of things- 1 fish taco, one tamale, one California burrito. The fish taco didn't look great, but tasted really good. The tamale was great. If I lived here, I'd buy a handful and keep some in the fridge for snacks. The California burrito with carnitas was really good. The fries inside were a nice touch. My only slight negative was they didn't put the salsa in the bag. It needed some extra salsa. The loaded fries with Al Pastor were also great and sinful. Loved the flavor of the pork- not as pineappley as some, but a really good rrich flavor. Well be back.

We had seen this restaurant a few times when visiting the bookstore or game shop at the local mall,…read morebut it had always been quite busy. So, we were excited to find them at an event at Colello's over the weekend, where we were finally able to try one of their "dogs." We opted for the bratwurst, and while they were out of sauerkraut, even just with mustard, it was pretty good. The brat was cooked well. The bun perfectly toasted. And the mustard a wonderful blend of sweet and savory. Even better though, the owner and his family were absolutely delightful. We certainly look forward to visiting their location at the mall (even if we have to wait in line):)

This place is located in a mall type building and I was impressed with the setup and inviting atmosphere. We ordered waffle fries, northwest chili dog and harbor dog with bratwurst. They were both impressive, hard to find a decent hotdog spot in WA state that suits my pallet. I gave it a 4 star review due to the chili possibly being not made in house. It tastes like Nalley chili, but i have nothing against it. I think one who has chili dogs on the menu can possibly make a killer chili. Maybe it's house made? Not sure, i forgot to ask. Service was great. The person who took our order was nice and patient since it was our first time there.

L I went to Puerto Vallarta in Port Orchard for dinner last night and the overall experience was…read morepretty good. The shrimp and spinach enchilada was really good. Plump shrimp and a tangy salsa verde on top. The portion was really huge. I could only finish half and took the other half home. The service was really great, the server was kind and was always around to refill our water and asking us how our food was. The ambiance of the place was really lively. I went during dinner time and the entire restaurant was packed. I had to wait a little bit before being able to sit down. The food came out pretty fast even though the restaurant was packed. Overall the experience was really good. The only negative of my experience was the wait time before being seated. It was a Friday night so that could also be a reason for the long wait.

I get it, everyone has a bad day. This was not that. Today we had a server who unfortunately was less than stellar. I ordered 2 chicken taquitos à la cart with sauce and sour cream on the side. Server told me he could not do this. I told him I've ordered this in the past with no problems. After an eye roll he said he would "ask the kitchen". He never returned to the table to let me know. Instead he showed up with the 2 chicken taquitos and no sides. I asked him where the sauce and sour cream were. He said he can't give me any. I responded "seriously?" After another eye roll, he said he would "ask the kitchen". At this point, I told him I no longer wanted the taquitos. My husband ordered his food with no issue although he did want a smaller portion but that was not an option either. I have never had such terrible service and regrettably we will never be coming back to this location.

The folks that serve from the truck are wonderful. The owner Matt is an absolute king of cuisine and also of customer care and service. Congratulations to him and his wife on his baby who was born last night. This little one has now extended his children to four little boys. Matt showed up for just a few minutes to open the food truck today. I caught him just in time to remind him of how good his food is, and to wish him continued success with the food truck and his growing family. I love Sauced Food Truck and think everyone should go out of their way to give it a try!!!

The lumpia is addicting and builds up in flavor. I think my only problem was the rice consistency, it was a bit mushy but the adobo sauce masked it mostly. The service was immaculate, despite being at an extremely busy medieval fair, I did not have to wait that long at all after ordering. As for ambiance, it doesn't really apply since it's a truck but the venue was fun. I do think the price for your lumpia is a bit much. 8 dollars for 3 is steep. All that said I still highly recommend this truck
