They also have very good drinks. I have become addicted to their sea salt matcha green tea drink. The owner is amazing, and so are the staff. They are eager to learn sign language and make Deaf customers feel welcome. My husband and I are Deaf and the owner learned sign language to communicate with us. We love coming here. I tried calling multiple times but no one picked up so I went onto their website and ordered the cake thru Gold Belly for $164.94. I placed the order on the 18th, it was scheduled to ship on the 20th and to arrive on the 21st. On the 19th, an email came over from Gold Belly with the tracking for the cake. On the 20th the tracking was still showing only the label was created and the package was not yet received by UPS. By the end of day on the 20th, UPS still showed that the package was not yet received. I tried reaching out to Gold Belly and they attempted to reach out to the bakery with no success and I tried calling the bakery again with no success at reaching anyone. I reached out again to the bakery on the morning of the 21st and still no success so I reached back out to Gold Belly and they advised that they would update me as soon as they got a hold of anyone. I let them the stress and frustration that I was feeling and that the cake was for my husband's birthday party that night and customer service told me there's still a chance for the cake to be delivered. The cake never arrived for my husband's birthday and the customer service reps couldn't care less. On Monday, 8/24, I received an email that my cake has been picked up and the expected delivery is Wednesday, 8/26. When the cake was finally delivered, there was NO dry ice in the packaging to keep the perishable cool in this heat making the cake unsafe to eat, the icing was melted and the cake completely destroyed. This was the most disappointing experience. I highly recommend buying from a bakery who values their customers and have pride on the delivery of their final product.
