This Jamba juice location is unprofessional! It took 22 mins for my order to be made. I only ordered one smoothie! There's this employee's talking to each other making drinks. They keep going inside maybe office. And then there's this one employee. Who they claim to be "clocked out" and ok to make her own order inside, like 6 smoothie with a bread or something. I also took a picture of that employee who is just waiting outside with her drinks! So unprofessional. For my own experience of this restaurant, if i clocked out, i have to go in line like the other customers and wait for my order! Not to do my OWN ORDER! I called the manager at that time. And he said they are understaffed! I counted the people inside and there was 4 plus the one leaving the store! There's only 4 customers inside! And im the VERY FIRST ONE , cause there is no one inside! But the manager said they are in a mission for a catering tomorrow! Really tomorrow? A smoothie will not be good for tomorrow! They need to prioritize, cause im waiting today! Not tomorrow. I cant with the manager! He cant manage the place! I appreciate the cashier and the old lady who was there! Can you imagine? This is my local Jamba Juice, and I come here for a Greens and Ginger smoothie every so often. I always order ahead on the mobile app and my drink is always ready when I arrive. Order has always been correct and tastes great. I had a minor issue with the mobile app once and the manager was very helpful and accommodating. The rest of the staff is efficient, however- not overly friendly/customer service-oriented. Would be nice to see more smiles and hear more welcoming/thank yous, but I do enjoy the smoothies and being able to use the mobile app. read more

Just spent 35 mins waiting for my drink when an Uber eats person walked up asking about an order and the employee went to make that drink. I get it's short staffed but Starbucks won't take online orders if they are short. The staff was friendly and very apologetic when I asked for a refund. This location has been here just about forever. Sandwiched between Rubio's and Starbucks, the parking lot can be a bit tight. Location is nicely lit with a lot of windows. They have benches and tables that face the outdoors. Customer service is always friendly and fast. The location could be pretty busy at times so be aware you might have to wait a little bit, but I have just found out that if you download their app you could order online and pick up. The app also gives coupons and receive a free drink on your birthday. My drinks have so much ice that I can't even stir them. So much ice that it looks like the ice was just shoved in the cups by force. It can't be stirred unless I stir with great force. I asked for light ice! Too much ice means less coffee and it also means that the drink is colder. Why did you put so much ice in the drinks? I would've given this place a 5 star but they don't follow directions thoroughly. When a delivery order is placed for light ice, you place little bit of ice. The employees here filled up the cups with a bunch of ice making the coffees look like a shaved ice dessert. I understand that the more ice is added, the less portion of drink is added in the cups. I love this Jamba juice. It's close to home and it's easy to order my phone and come pick it up. The staff is a little quicker than most other Jamba juice locations I've been to and they are extremely nice. They've been able to limit the amount of contact between people during this pandemic with specific methods for ordering and waiting. Minus one star, not for the location, so much as for the price. Jamba juice has consistently raised their prices. We are currently at $7 for a small, that's a little steep, but I guess that's why it should be considered a treat and not an everyday purchase! read more

Based off the joyful environment made by the employees, and the great product, this Jamba Juice is one of my favorite locations of the company. While the prices have seemed to go up and up to where you can't get much under $6 anymore (and they're out of stuff a lot), the product they put out is still delicious if you're into their smoothies, juices, and blends. I tried out their Chili Mango smoothie and it is phenomenal for its amount of chili. Most places usually have a chili taste that is a hint only; however, Jamba Juice makes it so the spice is present the moment it touches your tongue--which is amazing and delicious to me. It is now one of my favorites (right behind or equal to PBJ). It's now going to be a juggle for those two when I go over to this very friendly location. read more

The temperature is 108 outside today and it seems as though the air conditioning is broke. How they have the employees working without air seems like a violation. My kids and I LOVE Jamba Juice! We all have our favs but my fav is off the secret menu, "pink star". The smoothies are so refreshing and delicious. The last couple of weeks I haven't been able to get the drink I want- and I frequent Jamba juice. At least 3x a week! I've resulted into stopping at a different location to get the drink I want. I mean for the price you pay, you might as well get what you want right? Overall they seem friendly here. Parking is shared with a sbux drive thru. That line can get long so be careful where u park.
