This has become my primary Starbucks location over the past year as it is close to home but also because I have always had exceptional service here. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This location is consistently friendly, quick, and clean.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] All the baristas are great; I have been helped numerous times by both Malcolm and Brooke who have always been so friendly and cheerful and gone above and beyond to remember me. Amongst the new home construction in the burbs, on, East Bidwell Street south of Highway 50, is a new Starbucks. It's about 2 months old. Brand spanking new construction of a stand alone Starbucks with a drive thru...double lane drive thru. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The interior is smallish. The wall to wall windows gives this place a bright, sunny exposure. And they have an outdoor patio.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The turn into the drive thru is a bit "hairpinish" if you're coming from the north.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The number of parking spaces is limited right now due to the business plaza still under construction.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Another little tidbit is that they do have electric charging stations (not Tesla). I usually pop in during the mornings. Either using the drive thru or walking in, staff are super helpful and outdoing. The drinks are Starbucks quality. Ordered drinks for my family and I. I got my normal and breakfast sandwiches. Arrived all ready to go in a bag and cup tray which I appreciated. Ate my ham and cheese croissant but when I went to drink my Carmel protein, I am not sure what they did or did not do but there was foam or (hope not) put cream or something that curdled (see pictures) which took up half of the cup. read more

I visited this Starbucks's drive thru on a Monday late morning and had a good experience! There was no one in line so I was able to place an order quickly. My drink came out very fast. This Starbucks has a lot of free parking around it so I imagine finding parking isn't too bad! read more

I highly don't recommend this place yesterday I came in and my drink was messed up. I came in this morning and both the young ladies that were working at 6 AM. One has brown hair. The other one has a jacket on with a whole bunch of pens were cussing. they were upset that I asked for a glass of ice water so they decided to roll their eyes, shake their heads at me and we're cussing calling me names they kept looking over while I was sitting in the drive-through continuously rolling their eyes. Justin had to intervene because neither one of them seemed to know what customer service was. I did not say any words back to them. I just received my order and spoke with Justin briefly. I will be calling the manager. I don't appreciate being called the B word and more. read more

With this being such a new Starbucks location, I was pleasantly surprised, this is a great location with awesome baristas! I ordered a vanilla latte with intentionally was oat milk, but since they were out of stock of oat, I got it with almond milk and it was on the house! Didn't expect that! I like Starbucks most of the time I had an issue with getting vanilla in my coffee on my diabetic so I get vanilla young lady says she put vanilla in my coffee. I look in it. It's still black. I said I don't see no vanilla and she said I put it in there as well. Why is my coffee still black because it's supposed to be black Like OK I'll never come back here again. I felt very uncomfortable and it's so sad because most of the employees there are wonderful people, the owner is a wonderful man that's a great place but when you have one bad apple ruining it for everybody else it makes it tough. Pay attention to your employees and make sure they're always doing the right thing. read more

went through the drive thru to get a remake of a drink from a different store and couldn't have had a better experience! to start they were so friendly and efficient knew just how to handle the situation. then when we got the drink the milk was steamed soooo perfectly and was soo yum! made me so happy! will def be coming back you guys are great! read more

Amazing service and staff. I'm sleep deprived with a colicky newborn. I dropped into to grab some coffee and accidentally spilled it all over the floor while tossing the straw wrapper away. They not only re-made my coffee for free, they also cleaned up the mess and offered me napkins to clean myself up. Grateful for great people and customer service! read more

Employees are really friendly. Especially the gentleman at the drive-thru window I received my drink from this morning. Drink was made correctly and the drive thru was moving very efficiently. It's a 4 minute drive from my house and I don't eat out/go to Starbucks often but when I do this will be my go to. Some of the employees inside know me by name and I've only been inside twice. Starbucks is such a massive machine. This machine employs over 350.000 humans. As with every business, finding good humans to work for your business can be a big struggle. Decided to try our new local location this past Friday. Upon pulling into the drive thru, a very kind voice said hello and asked how we were doing. That took us off guard, as we have received the typical hello and how can I help you. It was a pleasant surprise of her greeting. Her communication and order taking skills were fantastic! Exactly how all businesses should treat their customers. With respect and appreciation. Upon greetings at the window, we saw a young lady with a pleasant smile. It didn't take long to find out that she was the one that took our order. After we received our order, I asked to speak with her manager. She didn't hesitate and had confidence that she is excellent at what she does. In just a moment, I spoke with Brooke and found out that Tae had helped us. I believe it's important to give all reviews, good and constructive, for business. I want Tae to be recognized for her excellent customer service skills and caring of the customer. She is exactly what Starbucks needs to succeed and should be promoted to a training team to visit stores that struggle in this area. Thank you Tae and Brooke for running a great store!
