The two young ladies who work there have zero personality and their facial expressions were just as flat. No friendly welcoming and it just made it awkward. Do not order from here with delivery apps. They no longer put a protection seal on the drinks and no longer seals the bag. So it's hard to tell if someone tampered with your drink. Very good service and very healthy shakes. It was easy ordering my drink on this glorious Sunday evening at 5:00pm. Where is everyone? I guess they are getting their dinner? For me, I just finished my "2nd lunch" lol. Tip: It's a good time to come here at 5:00pm if you want fast service. As soon as I walked in the store I noticed that they advertise their "plant-based" options clearly on their menu board which immediately caught my eyes. The employee was attentive and kindly answered all my questions and helped go with the Vanilla Blue Sky: A plant-based drink with unsweetened almondmilk vanilla coconut milk bananas pineapples and blue spirulina boost. "What on earth is blue spirulina" you might ask. Well, it is another plant-based ingredient that is antioxidant-rich, contains protein, good source of vitamins, minerals, and carotenoids. This nutrient-dense wonder was first used as a source of nutrition by the Aztecs. The natural blue color is an added bonus. For all diabetics and health conscious folks like myself, FYI, the small (16 oz.) size of this drink contains 280 calories, has a whopping 27g of sugar and a measly 2 grams of protein. For a small fee, you can add more ingredients such as whey protein, 3G energy, whey protein, daily vitamin zinc, peanut butter, green tea matcha, ginger, frozen fruit, frozen yogurt, and a host of other healthy ingredients! The night crew that was working on august 23rd around 7:30pm has got to be some of the most unprofessional and disrespectful people I've ever met. I was on my break for work (yes I work right across the street and ordered a sour gummy. Prior to me ordering I waited at the registers for about two minutes before being greeted by any employee (they were all in the back). I placed my Order and than the customers behind me placed theirs shortly after. All of a sudden the three other employees walked out and started basically calling dibs on orders that they wanted to make. One young lady, brunette I believe, yelled out "I call the next one I am NOT making the sour gummy" right in front of me. The people who ordered after me received their drinks first due to the four employees not wanting to make my Order. And to also blurt it out like that in front of me. I work in retail and always except great service WHEREVERR WHERE I GO. I was late on my break bc the employees that night decided to put my order on the back burner and to top It off. We just ordered $80 worth of Jamba Juice at the Pacific Commons' branch, the guy at the cashier messed up our first batch of orders and we let it slide, waited for about 20mins for the drinks, and then messed up our 2nd batch of orders again!! First off, no greeting or any acknowledgement when I walked in even though there were about 5 employees behind the counter. The store was absolutely FILTHY... we're talking about receipts all over the floor, dirty footprints everywhere, hand prints on the plexiglass. Not to mention the shelves under the register were broken and hanging, just an overall look of disrepair and disregard for proper cleaning. In recent weeks I became a Jamba Juice regular, no matter which city I was in! Getting a positive balance of fruits and veggies has been a major concern for me since taking a nutrition class at school. Eating the perfect amount of veggies and receiving the benefits is one of the best reasons places like Jamba exist to make it easy and fun to sip on! My favorite drink has been their Açaí Super Antioxidant drink. If you enjoy acai, I highly recommend this drink! However, it isn't on the sweeter side because it's standard base is made with soy milk, but Jamba Juice has been awesome with swapping milks out to make it vegan, and just for taste as well! Since I cannot drink regular milk, I stick with the soy option. Almond milk competes entirely with the flavor, so I wouldn't recommend it for this drink! If I'm feeling like making this drink a 'small meal' I add a protein powder and extra kale to make it more filling and healthy. Having those two option is about a $2 increase, but paying $6-7 for a meal is great especially with all the benefits! The staff at this location seemed so friendly and team oriented. Their interactions and how quickly they helped was super appreciated! There is no sitting area within this location, but outdoors at Pacific Commons is so gorgeous with a lot of greenery, there's more than enough room to enjoy the sun! It's located in the same parking lot as Nordstrom Rack, Sephora, Old Navy, and Five Guys so it's not easily missed. The drink was well blended and tasted very thick and fruity- since my drink was a few add ins, my order size went up a cup level which was very wonderful of the staff to do! I always enjoy how they offer their options, and how knowledgeable they are about their products as well. Online orders needs to be filled too so you patiently wait in line. Finally line gets moving but the clock is slowly approaching 7. All of the sudden, a voice from behind the counter screams " IF WE HAVE NOT TAKEN YOUR ORDER. YOU WILL BOT BE SERVED " ..... tf? Look. It's not the customers fault that you are busy. It is not the customers fault that you prioritize online orders over actual people who give enough of a F to personally bring their business to you. It is not the customers fault that they Are willing to stand in line for 30 minuets. Without a word of complaint to patiently wait for you to get to them. The least you can do is to take care of the customers who spent their time waiting on your incompetency. Lastly. Manager put the blame on a new employee. We ended up going to the Union City location which was awesome.
