I was going to give it 2 stars because as often as I frequent this place, the service always suck! But I'll add another star only because I do love their new breakfast meals! Other than that, the manager (who I always see there) needs to get a grip on his employees and himself! Why is it that you have 5-6 employees in the back, 2 customers waiting (which includes me!), and only have one of those employees making drinks while the other ones are fooling around, spraying each other with water, throwing bananas back and forth, etc....!? Wow, Jamba Juice's prices went up from the last time that I went! The smallest size is now around $5! That's crazy. Inflation, I guess, huh? Anyway, this Jamba Juice has a neat location in Pacific Commons, which is one of the few things you can do in Fremont (yay). The location is neat, clean, and the employees are respectful. All in all, this is your typical Jamba Juice. I feel that it's just as adequate in making smoothies as all the other Jamba Juice locations I've been to. On this particular visit, I had quite a few fruits at the bottom that weren't blended very well, but it wasn't a huge deal to me. I'd definitely return, but if I had the time and ingredients to make my own smoothie, I would do that instead since it'd be cheaper! read more

I like this location the most because I come here often enough that they know my order and the staff is always nice. They get the orders done quick and the drinks are good, not too watery, not too thick. I always get the peach pleasure, and a waffle. The one thing they can change is when I order oatmeal with apples and brown sugar, the apples should be hot with the oatmeal not cool or cold. read more

The worker who took my order had a very positive attitude, which definitely rubs off on whoever talks to her :) I also ordered an oatmeal, which she made immediately after taking my order (which she took as soon as I was ready, which is a plus). I didn't have to wait long at all (legit like 30 seconds). This is also considering the fact that there wasn't a line either, so I'm not 100% sure how fast service would be during huge rushes! I was looking at entries in my old blog, and I wrote the following: I apparently am more open than I thought. Today at Jamba Juice, the juicemaker (or whatever the hell you call the person who blends your drinks) was about to give my order away to the dude before me. Thankfully the dude said, "uh no, that's not mine." He got his drink and left. Now you'd think she'd have common sense and realize, "hey, this must be for the next guy." No, that was too straight-fwd for her. Finally, after a minute or so, with my co-worker's "assistance" she figured things out. When we were walking out, he informed my other co-worker that if that chick hadn't got her shit together, I was about to erupt; apparently I was making sounds of irritation and looked pissed. Personally I thought I was acting pretty damn calm and nonchalant about it all. Guess not. I've been going here for lunch almost everyday. Today was the first time in my life - someone said...would you like the usual??? OMGness....They know what i want!! Such a great feeling. I like Biance and Adam. I see them almost everyday...but Biance makes one great Berry Topper with Extra Granola....Its not water/runny and the extra granola is enough for every bite plus shes really energetic and cool. This is a very small Jamba Juice located in the Pacific Commons Center. There is no seating so everyone kind of awkwardly crowds around the bar area waiting for their drink. We asked how long it'd take and he turned us away instead of giving us the chance to wait while he cleaned some blenders because "nothing was clean" at the moment as if it takes 30 minutes to clean a blender. There was only one other customer besides myself so you can't blame it on the crowd. There were 3 employees so they weren't understaffed. They were just too busy in conversation about what they did the night before. I work in the area and the employees here are always courteous and efficient. I agree the prices are steeper than I remember, but they're roughly the same as other smoothie/juice places in the area. This spot is my preferred Jamba location because the folks working here usually are courteous, helpful, and make the best strawberry crunch bowl. But since my last visit to my recent one, I'm just left shaking my head. The kid I dealt with today was such a snarky little brat, who had no passion for his life, and you could taste it. My bowl usually comes up around $9ish, but the tall kid/guy here had the audacity to serve up what appeared to me less than 12 oz. and argue that is the correct oz. Its actually supposed to be around 20oz (568 g is roughly equivalent to this value). Give that it's a great bowl at an ineffective price, you know you're going in to pay for the predictably good quality Jamba usually has, and the service. Definitely not the case with this guy. 8/23/2014, 12:30pm. Saw customers point out to the crew that the covers and equipments they were using have soap all over it. The crew just gave them a "so?..." look. I just wanted to say a huge thank you to John, Arishma, and Mike for some great customer service today!!! My friend and I stopped here to get some smoothies. We got an acai antioxidant smoothie and a mango-a-go-go smoothie. Sadly we were not big fans of the açaí smoothie because its made with soy milk and is a protein smoothie. We went back and I kindly asked if they could re-make the smoothie because we didn't read the ingredients on the menu.. and they were more than happy to do so!!! The citrus flavor was so sharp and biting, and it didn't mix well with the glazed pecans and fresh banana slices I had chosen as toppings. - Couldn't taste the pomegranate, unless pomegranate tastes like tart. Then I only tasted pomegranate. - Blueberry flavor was strong. But TOO TART. Very lame customer service. I went there at around 6:50 and ordered Jalapeño roll which was on the display and the guy on the service said that they were running out of those. Then I ordered parmesan cheese roll which was on the display and the guy again said that they were running out of those as well! As I really wanted something from there, I ordered an orange and carrot smoothie and he said we are running out of oranges. I wonder how mismanaged this store is! The guy serving was busy in cleaning. I asked for manager whose name was hazel and who was present there with the headphones in her ears. Needless to say, very bad experience. I came here on a hot day for some juice and although there was a bit of a line, i was able to go in and out within 15 minutes, which to me is not bad at all considering it was a hot summer day. You walk in, they take your order and ask for your name, and when they're done making your drink they call your name. It's a very easy and simple process. This place has never screwed up my order. The people are nice. The line never has been TOO long... but I never go right at lunch time. I like the Rising Dough Bakery cookies they sell. The oatmeal cranberry is very good. I normally get the Strawberry Nirvana and I always love it. The "boosts" add an odd flavor to the smoothie. Update: 1/27/07 The Tropical Awakenings may actually taste better than the Strawberry Nirvana. Yum! I often take a DSW run at lunch and grab Jamba Juice on the way back to work. I really like Jamba Juice's Banana Berry smoothy, but the one I got today at the Pacific Commons location was a bit too icy, and it had several chunks of unblended banana at the bottom. The employees were friendly and fast, and they were handing out coupons for a free hot beverage on your next visit, but I won't give more than two stars when the smoothy isn't blended properly.... The lack of product consistency, especially from store to store, is my main knock on Jamba Juice as a company. I really wanted to like this jamba juice location but my first experience here was not pleasant. I came on a Sunday about an hour after it has been open to get some freshly squeeze juice and oatmeal. The guy that took my order look like he just woke up and did not look very happy to be at work. He took my order and he wasn't nice but yet wasn't rude either. I don't know why I was expecting someone happy behind the register but I was and didn't get one so I was bummed out about it. I put my order in and waited about 10 minutes. I ordered a 16oz juice blend and an oatmeal. Their juice blends are good but they can be a little on the sweet side for me. I really like jamba's oatmeal particularly the blueberry one. Once I opened my cap, I noticed that my oatmeal was most likely not cooked right or it was just not done yet. It was so soggy. Just imaged a bowl of cereal with milk in it and you let the cereal soak for about 20-30 minutes. It was that soggy and mushy and watery! It did not have the right consistency of the other jamba locations that I have gone to. I was really disappointed with their oatmeal at this location. Lastly, I wanted to use the restroom before I left so I walked to the bathroom and this location requires that you are a customer and to ask the person at the register for the key. So I asked and he gave me the key. My.. goodness! The bathroom was so disgusting... for a jamba juice location!!! There was a reason why they locked this bathroom, it was to shield the public from how disgusting it was. This was only an hour after it was open... how.. could... it.. be so nasty? They must not have cleaned the bathroom the night before or even in the morning. It was.. that bad. If you have to use the restroom, you are better off using the nearby gas station. Again, I really wanted to like this place but my experience here was horrible. Not so great customer service, horrible oatmeal and a dirty bathroom when the store just opened. This makes me think twice about the quality of their juices/smoothies and food here at this location. Came here this morning and ordered a Green King Matcha. Before listening to my full order, the employee next to the cashier started on my drink. I got my drink and took a sip and it tasted really different than what I was used to. Mind you, I used to buy this a lot and I am lactose intolerant. Hence, Green king matcha and the green tea blast are totally different. I left and came back to the store after a few sips and they told me it was the correct order. When I got home, I had the worst stomach pain. I called the store and asked them if they were sure about my order and they said thaf they thought I said the matcha green tea blast. They offered to make me another free drink, but they missed the point. Long story short, don't come here cause they have terrible customer service. wow, never been to a more friendly jamba juice location. I was greeted and helped by Tonisha for a OJ and carrot juice combo to fight off a cold. I seemed to be the 5th person with the same request. Somehow I got served with only carrot juice and they offered to remake it. They apoligized for the wait and remade my drink and gave me the leftovers of my carrot and OJ combo so I ended up with 2 drinks total. More juice for me. Very friendly group of gals and they seemed to all have great chemistry. the service is the best at this location! read more
