Super short staffed and short on ingredients for the smoothies. Very watered down acai super antioxidant. Not welcoming staff. This will be the last time I go to this Jamba Juice. If anything, visit Lanikai Juice instead. Don't waste your time waiting 20mins for a smoothie, junk customer service and underwhelming tasting smoothie.

The two employees need a customer relations training! They didn't say a damn word from when I walked in

Paid $9 for a drink that tastes more soymilk than matcha... also the two employees need to take a customer relations training! They didn't say anything from the moment I walked in until I walked out. So dissapointing!

Came here with my sister today to get some smoothies. Unfortunately, we were left very disappointed with the service at this location. We ordered an orange dream machine and a green tea matcha blast, both size medium. However, when the drinks came out, the matcha one had a full two inches left of space between the end of the drink and the lid. That space was practically the size difference between buying a medium and small. When we pointed this out, the girl working today re-made the matcha smoothie, but added A LOT of ice and blended it for a shorter time, so the new one tastes like water instead of the normal matcha flavor. I've gotten both drinks from this location in the past and they were perfectly fine before, so I know that is not what the drink is supposed to taste like. I'm very disappointed with the service today, and I am not going to visit this location again in a very long time.

    Strawberry dream & cold buster

I received very polite service yesterday when I went in the morning. Ordered a couple of smoothies and they were made well and pretty quickly! They wrote cute uplifting sayings on the covers that just made my morning!!! Thank you to the three ladies working! I was feeling a little under the weather and their cold buster smoothie always helps me nip it before it gets bad. The store is always clean and tidy when we visit and we love the wall art! The prices have really increased but then again prices everywhere has as well. It helps to join their rewards program.

    poorly fucking made.

melted as soon as i got it and there isn't even enough toppings, comb jamba you already close at 4pm way earlier than other locations and you can't even make the acai bowls properly. this is false advertising

Pretty ridiculous service today. I come to Jamba every day. Literally. Sometimes to Kailua location due to my business being located just up the street. Sadly I'm usually going to another location because of a few factors but today just really did it for me. An employee by the name of Shayla B. Omg. Let me just say that I saw that she was on her own. But I was the only customer at the time of me placing an order. No hello. No Aloha. Just what can I get for you. With an attitude to start. Smh. Then I place my order. I always get an açaí berry bowl with extra honey and banana. They know me. lol. And the bowl $12!!!! It's not my fault that you're short staff. But when someone comes into your work place and you can't get the order correct. Don't get mad at the customer for letting you know that it's not right and how to correct it being that I get this every day. It's your inconsistency on top of your poor attitude for why I'm leaving this location that already only has a 2.5 star rating what I'm leaving. And I'm sorry to do so. But they won't even give me a paper towel to wipe my hands and things while I eat here because they are out of napkins. Smh. I can't make this up.

Surprisingly, there was no wait time (we arrived around 8am). I ordered the house special- Hot Meat Loco Moco (sautéed Korean boneless beef with hot chili sauce, garlic, daikon, on a bed of steamed rice, topped with two eggs, served with macaroni salad and pickled onions). Absolutely delicious! My wife and son shared the famous Guava Chiffon Pancakes 10/10!!! The guava syrup- chefs kiss!!! And my daughters shared the Cinnamon Roll Pancakes (topped with sweet condensed milk). We also ordered a side of bacon and spam. Overall, we had an exceptional dining experience and we will definitely be back before our trip is over (it was that good).

The coffee was clumpy and had noticeable bits of espresso or chocolate debris in the drink, which made the texture unpleasant. Apparently, they've been in business for 12 years or so...not familiar with Waimanalo in any way. They have a decent looking acai bowl menu so I tried one on both occasions. The acai bowl can be a bit hackneyed but the menu caught my eye. They offer 16 and 24 ounce options. Makapu'u Bowl and Mana Bowl both have an acai sorbet base. The former features Okinawan sweet potato and haupia; the latter, coconut chia parfait and blueberries. They both had bananas and hemp granola...a standout. Both really were fantastic. I had a Caramel Macchiato by accident. I ordered a macchiato - which by their menu description was a traditional macchiato.
