One employee's hair was loose and not pulled back, and another was scratching his head while preparing my drink--not something you want to see when your food or drink is being made. Meanwhile, the employees continued chatting with each other while the line kept getting longer instead of focusing on making drinks and helping customers. She raised her voice multiple times at him, scolding him for a couple of things he did 'wrong'. The other customers waiting for their orders also witnessed this. One customer even pulled her aside asking if she was the manager, and why she was speaking to him this way. The employee with pink hair replied "I don't give a fuck". This is extremely not OK. Today, I placed an online order for a couple of drinks and went in to pick them up. When I arrived at the pickup counter, there were two other customers also waiting. Behind the counter were two employees, one female wearing Beats by dre bluetooth headphones and a male, identified on the receipt as Leeland C. From the moment I entered, neither employee acknowledged me, greeted me, or offered assistance. I patiently waited as the other customers received their orders. Once they had left and I was the only person remaining, I was still not approached or spoken to by either employee. The male employee was putting blenders in the sink, and the female continued making drinks, but neither made any effort to check if I needed help. Eventually, I asked if this was the correct place to pick up online orders. The male employee responded by asking if I was someone else, to which I replied with my actual name. Both seemed unsure about my order's status, only to discover it had already been prepared. The drinks were then placed in front of me without any confirmation or communication. I assumed they were mine and left. The lack of basic customer service,no greeting, no assistance, and no confirmation of my order was extremely disappointing. On 3/25/25 I took my family to Jamba Juice for an afternoon treat. We arrived at 3:46pm to find the doors locked and it appeared the staff was hiding in the back. The posted hours said they were open until 4. We waited for a bit and at 4pm the staff came out and started mopping the floors. We were never acknowledged. I'm guessing our business was not important or appreciated by them, so instead we went next door to Starbucks and ordered frappuccinos instead. Starbucks was happy to help us. Came here with my sister today to get some smoothies. Unfortunately, we were left very disappointed with the service at this location. We ordered an orange dream machine and a green tea matcha blast, both size medium. However, when the drinks came out, the matcha one had a full two inches left of space between the end of the drink and the lid. That space was practically the size difference between buying a medium and small. When we pointed this out, the girl working today re-made the matcha smoothie, but added A LOT of ice and blended it for a shorter time, so the new one tastes like water instead of the normal matcha flavor. I've gotten both drinks from this location in the past and they were perfectly fine before, so I know that is not what the drink is supposed to taste like. Pretty ridiculous service today. I come to Jamba every day. Literally. Sometimes to Kailua location due to my business being located just up the street. Sadly I'm usually going to another location because of a few factors but today just really did it for me. An employee by the name of Shayla B. Omg. Let me just say that I saw that she was on her own. I go to this Jamba almost weekly after time on the water. I love the staff, the service, and the quality of the product. So good. I often change up my order and Im always happy with the outcome. Whether its the regular Mango-a-go-go, or the Caribbean Passion, everything is always so amazing. The staff is always friendly, happy, and energetic. They always welcome me as soon as I walk in the door, and are polite and sweet. The store is always clean and the hand sanitizer is always out ready to go. (10/13/22) I knew it was a red flag when the boy employee had to ask me; a customer, what goes in my drink...I ordered 2 drinks...they made 1 drink then offered me an "extra" they had instead of my 2nd drink...I observed it & it was already melted/liquid. I work in the food industry as well...when I offer an extra/mistake to another customer, I make sure the customer gets the FULL order they paid for THEN I say "hey we made an extra order, you can have it!". I also asked for a cheddar tomato twist and instead got a savory pretzel (I brought it back & the girl employee told the boy employee he has to pay for the mistake) Awkward but at least he'll try to get everything right from now on. A young guy named Jacob and a girl named JC were working the shift tonight when I came in at around 6:30pm (Tuesday, Oct. 11, 2016). They both looked pretty unhappy before I stepped foot in the door. I walked up to the register and ordered my drink - had to repeat myself THREE times until he finally inputted it into the register. The girl, JC, rolled her eyes at me and gave me dirty looks. It shocked me because I came in a fairly happy mood even tried cracking a joke with them. I was at this Jamba Juice location yesterday around 2:15pm. One of my rewards available was the "BOGO anything $12" reward from my app. I tried to use it and after the cashier scanning my QR code, the cashier said that it didn't work and that I would have to spend more to earn it. I told her that if the reward is "available" that means I have already earned it. Then she proceeded to say the reward did not work and there's nothing she could do. I asked her to speak to a manager and she said her manager is not at the store. I found out after I left the store that my BOGO reward had been moved from "available reward" to used rewards, which means the cashier had claimed it but didn't provide me the benefit of the reward. I have been going to Jamba Juice for many years and this experience had left me a bitter taste in my mouth. If there's a promotion/reward, staff members should have been properly trained to process them. Also, not having a manager made available to customers when requested is not acceptable. read more
