We had taken our car to Windward Hyundai to get serviced. This place was right down the street, so we just walked there. This was on a Saturday and we got there around 8:40 in the morning. There was already a short wait. We were quoted about 10 minutes. Sure enough we were seated 10 minutes later. The hubby ordered the Early Bird Special (6:30am-9:00am) $10.95 and a coffee $4.45. The Early Bird Special came with three buttermilk pancakes and two eggs. I got the Ube Short Stack $17.95. This came with three ube pancakes with ube butter. The ube pancakes were ok. It was a lot. I could only finish half and left the rest. The gave a big scoop of ube butter, which was really rich. I could taste a hint of ube flavor in the pancakes and in the butter. Other than that it just tasted like regular pancakes. The service was good. The servers were nice and refilled the coffee. They offered a take out box for my pancakes, but it wouldn't have been good after, so I declined.

This was a ok breakfast place, a lot of food but very expensive definitely plan on taking leftovers with you. The service was also just ok, a little dismissive. It was our first time and we asked a question and the server seemed very annoyed we would ask any questions. Everyone has off days so no big deal. It's definitely an older restaurant the smooth seats are torn and it's straight out of the 70's but I got the feeling they don't care it is a local favorite.

It was so good to see that Kaneohe Pancake House has kept the Vinha d'alhos on the menu! It was my go to protein of choice at the former Koa House. The interior still retains the charm of the Koa paneling, but the dining tables and upholstery have been redone to a more bright and clean aesthetic. The service is excellent and friendly. The parking here is still a challenge as there are only a handful of parking stalls. My pro tip would be to go off hours. Either a late breakfast after 9 AM or early launch. it's a wonderful place to have a meal, proportions are very generous, so come hungry.

$17 for that dry French toast and 2 eggs. Ordered eggs soft scrambled

I paid $17 for dry French toast and over $8 for 4 pcs of link sausages! I didn't have a menu on hand to check prices when I phoned in my order so I was caught off guard when I heard how much my bill was. I've never had French toast made with French bread and I now know why! It's way too dry. $9 for 4 pcs of link sausages is just wrong! I'll never eat here again.

Everything is amazing! The food is awesome, very generous portions, the staff is very attentive and location imand the ambiance of the restaurant is very homey.

Breakfast spread in lieu of butter made the pancakes inedible for me.

Aloha - My wife and I have eaten here for years. If the owner or manager is reading this I would really appreciate that you rethink the penny-wise but pound-foolish substitute and use of unhealthy spreads in lieu of butter that I first experienced this early morning Mother's Day 2026 on the toast and hotcakes. Disgusting and tasteless! Also, my wife and I tried the "Meats Lovers" omlette. The ONLY meat was ham. What happened to the other 3 Meats noted in the menu? We gave the waitress and support staff a generous tip because they had to work on Mother's Day and they undoubtedly had nothing to do with the decision to degrade the quality of the food ingredients. We truly hope that management reads this and doesn't continue to go down this path of poor/unhealthy ingredients and misleading menus.

Parking is really tough, but I ended up turning into Windward mall parking lot and took the walk. The staff was super nice and the food came out really quick so that was great. The omelet was tasty and filled me up so if I am around the area in the morning and there's parking I'll swing in again.

Chocolate Chip Banana Pancakes 10/10 Meat Lovers Omelette w/ Fried Rice 10/10 Shrimp Scampi 3/10- I thought it was gonna be like Alfredo pasta (so just a 3 for me) Clubhouse Sandwich 10/10 Fried Fish 6/10- it was good & I loved the homemade tartar sauce. The fish was a bit skinny, & I tasted more panko. Service was amazing!

The staff were really friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. I was still waiting for my friend, but I asked if I could be seated because she was almost there, and they said unfortunately everyone in the party has to be present to be seated. Once my friend arrived, we were immediately brought to our table and asked if we wanted anything to drink. My friend said the ube pancakes are really good so we both decided to order it. The pancakes were fluffy and absolutely delicious! The ube butter was soft and perfectly salted, but I will say, the pancakes would've been better if it came with an ube sauce or cream instead of the butter, but it was still delicious. The only bad thing about the ube pancakes is you have to get the short stack. I was told that this is the only pancake that doesn't come as a side or single serve pancake because the ube butter is already pre-portioned. This didn't change our decision but I would've like the option to have a single pancake and a half order of the eggs Benedict. Maybe I'll try the eggs Benedict and a different pancake when we meet up for breakfast again.

Service immediately was Greetings with a smile from all, they were all friendly and considerate. Our food was served fast and hot, and was delicious. Waitress timing intermittently attended tables equally with a smile & our coffee was always hot & cup filled. The environment was great. Mahalo- Kaneohe house

Stopped by around 10am on a Saturday. Parking is a little tight but we were able to snag the last open spot. Greeted & seated immediately. Drink orders taken & served quickly. Places our orders & holy buckets! Good came out fast! Chose the chocolate Haupia waffle special (sweet but delicious & nice crispy Belgian waffle!), 1/2 order Eggs Benedict with house potatoes (egg was cooked perfectly), strawberry crepes (tasty but maybe a little too much cinnamon for my liking) & Bone-In ham with eggs. Super friendly service. Smiling staff. Clean. Short tables & long tables. By the time we walked out there was a good line of people waiting.

It's no wonder they've been in business for almost 40 years now, serving their community with that Aloha spirit! Our server Andrea was awesome! She made some great recommendations and was super attentive to our family. Parking was easily accessible (parking meters enforced daily / .75 for 3 hrs). Surprisingly, there was no wait time (we arrived around 8am). I ordered the house special- Hot Meat Loco Moco (sautéed Korean boneless beef with hot chili sauce, garlic, daikon, on a bed of steamed rice, topped with two eggs, served with macaroni salad and pickled onions). Absolutely delicious! My wife and son shared the famous Guava Chiffon Pancakes 10/10!!! The guava syrup- chefs kiss!!! And my daughters shared the Cinnamon Roll Pancakes (topped with sweet condensed milk). We also ordered a side of bacon and spam. Overall, we had an exceptional dining experience and we will definitely be back before our trip is over (it was that good).

It's super local except for what I guess are the occasional tourists that are visiting the temple and nearby campground. The lovely server took my order and promptly brought my decaf coffee. It was very much an old-school diner cup o' joe (weak) but at least it was fresh. I switched to regular caf later thinking it would be stronger, but it was the same. Not a dealbreaker, (but kind of expensive at $4.75 per cup- free refills). My sandwich wasn't stellar because they forgot the cheese that I requested, but I also forgot to order it on a bun instead of regular toasted bread, so it already had one strike against it. But that was my bad. Service was great and local vibe really nice. And speaking of camping, the café sells 20 pound bags of ice for $5. I think that's a pretty good deal and convenient if you're already having a meal there. Not sure how much they sell them for at Times Market next door, but I discovered that they have a small section of camping and fishing gear at the market that's very convenient to the area. I will come back to Times Cafe again sometime, and try the sandwich again ordered "the right way"

It is a little dated and needs some updates, but it didn't hurt my experience. My waitress was very friendly and the food came out quickly and hot. One minor gripe is my scrambled eggs were cooked more like an omelet and they were bland, but I have had worse. The orange juice was much larger than expected. I ordered a jumbo because I always get such small servings. It was not the case here. I would stop by again next time I am in the area. It was kinda dead when I got there at 7:30am, but soon there were more people that showed up. The prices aren't bad, especially for Hawaii and compared to the mainland.
