This was a ok breakfast place, a lot of food but very expensive definitely plan on taking leftovers with you. The service was also just ok, a little dismissive. It was our first time and we asked a question and the server seemed very annoyed we would ask any questions. Everyone has off days so no big deal. It's definitely an older restaurant the smooth seats are torn and it's straight out of the 70's but I got the feeling they don't care it is a local favorite.

Everything is amazing! The food is awesome, very generous portions, the staff is very attentive and location imand the ambiance of the restaurant is very homey.

It was so good to see that Kaneohe Pancake House has kept the Vinha d'alhos on the menu! It was my go to protein of choice at the former Koa House. The interior still retains the charm of the Koa paneling, but the dining tables and upholstery have been redone to a more bright and clean aesthetic. The service is excellent and friendly. The parking here is still a challenge as there are only a handful of parking stalls. My pro tip would be to go off hours. Either a late breakfast after 9 AM or early launch. it's a wonderful place to have a meal, proportions are very generous, so come hungry.

$17 for that dry French toast and 2 eggs. Ordered eggs soft scrambled

I paid $17 for dry French toast and over $8 for 4 pcs of link sausages! I didn't have a menu on hand to check prices when I phoned in my order so I was caught off guard when I heard how much my bill was. I've never had French toast made with French bread and I now know why! It's way too dry. $9 for 4 pcs of link sausages is just wrong! I'll never eat here again.

Breakfast spread in lieu of butter made the pancakes inedible for me.

Aloha - My wife and I have eaten here for years. If the owner or manager is reading this I would really appreciate that you rethink the penny-wise but pound-foolish substitute and use of unhealthy spreads in lieu of butter that I first experienced this early morning Mother's Day 2026 on the toast and hotcakes. Disgusting and tasteless! Also, my wife and I tried the "Meats Lovers" omlette. The ONLY meat was ham. What happened to the other 3 Meats noted in the menu? We gave the waitress and support staff a generous tip because they had to work on Mother's Day and they undoubtedly had nothing to do with the decision to degrade the quality of the food ingredients. We truly hope that management reads this and doesn't continue to go down this path of poor/unhealthy ingredients and misleading menus.

The staff were really friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. I was still waiting for my friend, but I asked if I could be seated because she was almost there, and they said unfortunately everyone in the party has to be present to be seated. Once my friend arrived, we were immediately brought to our table and asked if we wanted anything to drink. My friend said the ube pancakes are really good so we both decided to order it. The pancakes were fluffy and absolutely delicious! The ube butter was soft and perfectly salted, but I will say, the pancakes would've been better if it came with an ube sauce or cream instead of the butter, but it was still delicious. The only bad thing about the ube pancakes is you have to get the short stack. I was told that this is the only pancake that doesn't come as a side or single serve pancake because the ube butter is already pre-portioned. This didn't change our decision but I would've like the option to have a single pancake and a half order of the eggs Benedict. Maybe I'll try the eggs Benedict and a different pancake when we meet up for breakfast again.

Parking is really tough, but I ended up turning into Windward mall parking lot and took the walk. The staff was super nice and the food came out really quick so that was great. The omelet was tasty and filled me up so if I am around the area in the morning and there's parking I'll swing in again.

Such a warm & welcoming atmosphere! My server was very friendly & on her game! My cup was never left unfilled. Such a big scoop of fried rice! The inside is nice & comfy & the aircon is cold!

This is the second time I've visited this restaurant, and unfortunately, I got the same server again -- her name is Malia. She is not friendly at all and lacks customer service skills. If you ask her anything about the menu or the most popular dishes, she responds in a very rude and annoyed manner. I understand that being a server can be frustrating, but if you don't like your job, maybe you should do something else. It's unbelievable that both times her service has been this bad, and the worst part is that they even have a sign that says, "your friendly server will collect your payment at the table." There was nothing friendly about my server. The food isn't bad and the portions are decent, but the service is terrible.

Service immediately was Greetings with a smile from all, they were all friendly and considerate. Our food was served fast and hot, and was delicious. Waitress timing intermittently attended tables equally with a smile & our coffee was always hot & cup filled. The environment was great. Mahalo- Kaneohe house

Stopped by around 10am on a Saturday. Parking is a little tight but we were able to snag the last open spot. Greeted & seated immediately. Drink orders taken & served quickly. Places our orders & holy buckets! Good came out fast! Chose the chocolate Haupia waffle special (sweet but delicious & nice crispy Belgian waffle!), 1/2 order Eggs Benedict with house potatoes (egg was cooked perfectly), strawberry crepes (tasty but maybe a little too much cinnamon for my liking) & Bone-In ham with eggs. Super friendly service. Smiling staff. Clean. Short tables & long tables. By the time we walked out there was a good line of people waiting.

I can see how parking could be a challenge but we got lucky finding a parking space and most of the customers were doing takeout so there is a lot of turnover. The menu is a good mix of local food. I felt like having fish so debated between the grilled mahi or a daily special of grilled ahi. Since it was a special I decided to get the ahi. I didn't know it was going to have a garlic and green onion topping on top. I like garlic so no problem for me. It came with 2 good sized portions of ahi, two scoops of rice, and mac salad. For the price ($14.99) I thought it was a good deal. Service was efficient and there is a good amount of tables inside. I would like to try other dishes to see if they do well with other types of food. We also ordered the teriyaki chicken bowl. I did not taste any but it looked good and included broccoli which is an upgrade over just having mac salad.

I especially love the sweet potato waffle fries, that are now offered on the HH menu. The candied pork belly and fish and chips are two of my new favorites. I ordered it as a take-out, and it was provided in two separate containers; one with the rice and pickled veggies and the other holding the spare ribs with a ton of sauce. There actually was too much sauce, and I suggested that they reduce the amount so it doesn't overwhelm the overall dish. The vibe is peaceful, aesthetic, calm, and welcoming, the baristas are incredibly kind, and the drinks are consistently excellent. So far I tried their matcha latte with almond milk and monk fruit and it was tasty, and then also had their version of the shaken espresso. The baristas aren't snobby and willing to customize your drink to fit your preferences which is great! They also have Wi-Fi if you need to work, cute merch, and plenty of space to relax. The ube was pretty strong and it did make my tongue purple. Mixing my drink more the ube definitely overpowered the matcha. The mango sticky rice matcha wasn't really mango sticky rice.
