I dropped in at about 8:15AM today, Monday 4/16/18. and was helped by the SWEETEST young man. I did see there were two people working but one was in the back cleaning (totally acceptable!). There was no line. I was craving a fresh squeezed OJ to take to the office with me. I casually mentioned to the cashier that I get juice because all of the smoothies I like contain dairy and I currently cannot have any dairy (my baby has a sensitivity). While my juice was being made, he happily went over the entire menu with me pointing out at least 4 smoothies that I can have and he told me all of the subs available; almond milk, soy protein, etc. He was SO kind and sweet! I will be back another morning very soon to try one of his suggestions. Really great customer service from this kid. I hope management reads these reviews! First time at this location although have been to several other Jamba Juice. Each and every employee was very nice and courteous. There were four of us, so it took awhile in deciding what to order. In addition, there were two gift cards asv well as a store credit during the payment prices. Despite, they remained calm and patient during the entire transaction. Well kept store front, inside, and bathroom. Highly recommend this place. The only challenge might be, finding a, parking space nearby. Very busy shopping center with lots of traffic. read more

Went there 9/30 in the morning. Not sure what was going on. But it looked like they were not having a great morning. Heard the phone ring a couple of times while in line, but they wouldn't answer it. It took about 1/2 hour for the order to be ready! I don't think that's a normal wait time. That's like restaurant wait time, and even that is long. Now in their defense they seemed a little understaff. There were phone orders and people ordering more than one thing. What was irritating wasn't the wait, it was the attitude. The cashier was just not a very patient person. When I was ordering, I stopped for a second because I changed my mind on a drink. It was more like a 1 second pause, but this girl gave me a loud sigh and a roll of the eyes? It's like, really? I wanted to say "are you okay, because you seemed to be mad at everyone since I walked in." It wasn't like I was changing my whole order, just a pause to order a different item. I saw at least 2 people leave that were waiting in line just to order. One guy muttered "my day will be done by the time I get to order)..something along those lines. They didn't even acknowledge them while they were in line. I would've left but I had already paid and I was already was waiting. The food was okay. The the fruit was kinda on the hard frozen side. I'll be honest it seems a lot of business here operate with the notion that we need them. But we don't..and I won't be coming back to this Jamba Juice anytime soon. And I definitely won't recommend this location to my friends. Believe it or not, people will drive a little farther to get better service read more

I have been coming here for the last couple of weeks. The smoothies are good quality and as you would expect. The people are really nice here. I have not had any customer service issues here as people have complained about with other locations. Just got two smoothies from the two young ladies working here tonight. Their customer service was amazing! Extremely welcoming and outgoing personalities... not something you always come across. The smoothies were on point! I got the fruity pebbles smoothie to try and man was it good. These are the kind of employees that management should really take note of because their work ethic was outstanding and they will keep us all coming back. I've had some very serious health issues for the past few years. Because of that I really struggle to eat enough. Jamba Juice was what my ex would pick up and bring me while I was in the hospital. I usually could not finish one at one meal and the nurses were always so kind and would put it in the freezer for me to finish later. I'm pretty boring and like the strawberries wild with protein. It's not too sweet and probably a serving or two of fruit which can't be too bad for you right? And anything I can do to add protein to my diet I do. It's always tasty and refreshing on hot days. Because it does get rather warm in the hospital when the afternoon sun hits the window. And though the food in the hospital is pretty good, I struggle to eat the meals, so Jamba is always a nice surprise and a fairly healthy addition to my diet. I have not tried the vegetable and fruit juices yet but they sound and look really good. read more

This place is always on point with my order I never had a bad smoothie from here or a bad experience , I usually get a my favorite peanut butter mood , I appreciate the fact that they always greet me with a smile and a great attitude . I have used the Jamba Juice app in the past , comes in handy when I am in a real hurry . The biggest upgrade that I would recommend is a drive thru , but that might be close to impossible . read more

I was around the area and was craving Jamba Juice, location looked nice so I was expecting good customer service. I walked in around 6:40pm. Place is nice and clean. Customer service was terrible. The girl at the register short black hair, I think her name is STEPHANIE had her phone out on Snapchat while ringing up my drink not even paying attention To my order. While waiting in line Stephanie, was going at it with a customer over a drink giving him attitude because I think she made his drink wrong. If You don't like your job just quit. In the other hand the other girl working greeted me and asked me how my day was going while making my smoothie. FYI MANAGER, the nice girl was doing most of the work while the other girl was just dozing off in space.I give that one girl (never got her name) a 5 star but Stephanie no stars. One star review because of my experience with Stephanie. I wouldn't be going back anytime soon, rather go to Juice it up now. read more

It's apparent that ownership is telling the staff to provide the BARE MINIMUM. So many examples, but like if you order the Strawberry Chunky Topper, they don't put very many bananas & then they try not to fill it over the top. If you ask them to add more bananas to fill it out, they alway say not unless you pay for more. The oatmeals are always 1/2 to 1/4 empty. Also for the amount of product, they charge too much... for these reasons I rarely ever go there. read more

I was especially excited to try their new "fresh squeezed" juice blends. I ordered a 16 oz super greens with apple, carrot, and beets. They put the carrots and apple and beet in a centrifugal juicer and then added the greens to that juice mixture and took it to a blender. They then blended the whole thing for 3 minutes until all the greens were pulverized. I got my drink half full of foam and half full of very warm "juice". I asked them why they didn't juice the greens with everything else and they said "because the greens will get stuck in the juicer". I've been juicing for a long time now and that just isn't the case. Either Jamba Juice doesn't have a clue or the girl didn't do it properly. I didn't pay for a fresh squeezed juice to only have it end up in the blender with all the nutrients gone from over blending and being heated up. The thing that was the worst though was receiving half a drink and half foam! Tasted disgusting. Beware! read more
