Did not want to complained so I sat an waited to see when they would start making my drink. Took them 10 minutes to realized it only because the whole places had cleared out and I was still sitting there staring at them at this point. When I got my drink it was so watery and it was supposed to be a smooth. I asked for a refund and the cashier said that it will go look like nothing was charged on my card so I walked out of there without a drink and thinking that I will probably not get my money back. It's a Jamba Juice. It's located in the same plaza as the California Fish Grill, the Daphne's, and the Yogurtland. With two entrances I'm not sure which one to walk into and there were a bunch of people milling about so I wasn't sure where the line started and who was waiting for something, but at least it looks like we didn't interrupt anyone. They processed the transaction properly. It came out at a medium speed and there were no issues with it other than personal preference. I haven't been to this Jamba location in quite some time and I went in there around 730am and there was about a good 5 people waiting for their smoothies to be made. So I get it there were busy and I stood in line for a few minutes or so. I was there to get oatmeal with blueberries and brown sugar. When I finally paid and was waiting for my oatmeal one of the employees was making it and then the manager that was there told him to make a smoothie for customer. While all this is happening my oatmeal has already been made but was placed on a back counter and was forgotten! I was not happy and had to ask them if my oatmeal was as ready which it was because it was just sitting there on the back counter. That's not it, I go to eat my oat meal and there are barely any blueberries and brown sugar. This is so disappointing I don't know if I'll be back to this location especially when I come to the plaza it's in often. All he did was complain to the employees and made me feel very uncomfortable while he did it. I just can't believe an "owner" of a store can be this rude towards his employees. Went in yesterday on my lunch break around 3 pm and it was absolute pure chaos...the line was so long that it was out the door! There was only ONE girl working. She was very nice, patient, and extremely helpful when I asked her questions on the smoothies . I didn't catch her name, but she was young and had short black hair. She handled herself and the situation professionally and had a smile on her face the whole time (I would have been super stressed out). She was very quick to get all the orders out by herself. This particular Jamba Juice had horrible customer service. They closed earlier than their online and posted hours. When I told the manager, she argued with me and said I was wrong, even though I had the site pulled up on my phone and they had a handwritten note on the door saying they were closing early. We are talking a couple hours early not minutes. No apologies for the fact that I drove there based on the fact that their website said they were open. (I was going to buy gift cards). I will not go back to this Jamba Juice. The manager was rude and good service starts from the top so I don't expect it to get any better with her in charge. ** I put stars up to 3 because the owner contacted me and was truly apologetic. I'm hopeful customer service will improve. Customer service is hit our miss. I have been to thus location multiple times since my office is a few doors down. If they are busy they usually have someone waiting to take your order and are able to assist you quickly. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience here, and after a week and half it is still really irking me. So I decided to post a review. I took my daughters here for an after-soccer-practice treat. We ordered 3 acai berry bowls. The employee got the orders wrong, but I didn't complain, we just made due. It was 8pm, a beautiful evening and we decided to sit outside. Not even 5 minutes later, the male employee walks out and tells us he is cleaning up and wants to put the table and chairs away. I question him, asking if they close at 8:30 and he proceeds to tell me that they take everything in at this time, but if I'd like I could take our food ACROSS the parking lot and eat at their tables. I felt this was entirely rude! So we proceeded to go eat across the parking lot, and when we were walking back past the business, they were still inside making drinks for customers...and it still wasn't 8:30 yet! I went to this location on 3/21/14 11:00 AM Very poor customer service. When I walked in , young man on the phone ( conversation sounded very work related, might have been talking with the manager). He never gave me eye contact, continued to talk on the phone . There was a young woman in the back, she saw me and continued to work on her back duties. Very dissapointed with the service. The staff was unorganized and didn't appear to know their ordering system. the man behind us in line ordered a medium drink, they gave him a small. we ordered 2 smalls of the same drink. we watched as one of the employee poured our drinks into 1 large cup. when he asked another employee about the remaining drink in the blender he was told to discard it. At that point they realized something wasn't right, the drinks were out of order. they didn't even know what on the list they had gotten out. finally they realized our drink should have been 2 smalls. So they split the drink. this left us with 2 drinks that were less than 3/4th of the way filled. at this point we were annoyed with waiting and watching what was going on. plus a line had formed so we just left. we don't plan on returning to this location. read more

Went in an ordered two acai bowls. Waited 25 minutes to get them (mind you there was only one other customer in the store). Started walking out with them and it was like soup! Completely melted and not at all cold. Normally I don't say anything but for the amount of time I waited, I went back in and wanted another. The girl goes "what's up" and acted annoyed. Ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes to get fresh ones that were still practically like soup. To sum it up, we were there from 755 pm to 840 pm just to get 2 acai bowls. This place is really come along now they serve breakfast and they offer much more healthier fruit juices before they were mostly junk full of yogurt and sugar but now they have some healthy juices on the menu which is great also the service is excellent and the place is extremely clean they maintain a very cool environment the AC is running all summer long and it feels great and smells wonderful inside the store.
