The drinks here are fine relative to other Jamba Juices. However, the staff (specifically on the afternoon of January 26, 2019) were consistently rude and unwelcoming to multiple customers coming in. Every time we saw a customer come in (including us), the staff rolled their eyes to each other and were very apathetic while taking orders. Some people have said "I am obsessed with Jamba Juice." At first I'm thinking 'yeah right.' When I go in here someone immediately greets me, and asks if they can take my order or explain the menu to me. The description of my favorite drink couldn't it any better: "Struggling to eat enough greens? Start drinking them! A blend of apple-strawberry and green vegetable juices, peaches, mangos and bananas will make you see the light. You'll never use your teeth to harm another leaf again." This is a quick and great way to grab a mouthful of GREENS! Don't have time to go to the market and buy ten different veggies? Neither do I when I'm at work. I usually stop here on the way home from my softball game if it's early one thing i don't like about the Jamba Juices are that they close at 9pm sometimes my games end just a little past nine and sometimes i crave them but no luck after 9pm. This one is located in the shopping center off El Toro road you can see it from the street but easiest way is just turn on Arbor Way entrance and this place is right there as you turn in. Customer service is terrible. Two young employee girls (Tiffany and Heidi) that wouldn't bother to smile at customers and displayed bad attitude when interacting with them. At first, I thought they probably were having a bad day but they started smiling at each other and then suddenly give customers a 'mean' face. Don't know what their problem was but we watched our drinks get made because we were afraid they were going to put something gross in it. (See attached photo) Came in today and ordered. While I was waiting for my drink, a lady came in with her 10-12 year old son. They went up to the counter and asked to try the samples of left over smoothies left in the used blenders. The girl behind the counter poured 4/5 drinks into sample cups for the mom and kid. She then made my smoothie. She poured mine into the cup and left some in the blender. My cup was no where rear full and as I was leaving I heard her pour the rest of my drink into two sample cups and hand them to the mom & son and told them what the drink recipe was. If IM the paying customer paying over $7 for a smoothie, you'd think I should get my full drink rather than leaving some for people coming in asking for free samples. read more

This place has horrible customer service. The cashiers (one who identified herself as a MANAGER) act bored, don't bother to smile, and are just so unpleasant to be in the presence of. If there was another Jamba Juice location closer I would not make a return visit, but since this one is so close to my work I'll go back. Awesome! They give survey coupons for buy one get one free! Truthfully, if it werent for those coupons I am not sure Id come here more than once a year. I love their Pumpkin Smash and Strawberry Dreamin smoothies. Their menu has changed a lot over the years and sometimes I just wish I could order one of their old school smoothies. I've gone to Jamba Juice a total of about 4 times since this location opened. Usually I only go because I received a "buy 1 get 1 free" coupon and I'm meeting a friend and we both get one. Or I get a $5 gift card from a friend. Or my dad offers to purchase me a smoothie after our intense workout at the gym. Whatever the occasion, this place normally isn't my first choice, ever. The thought of going to Jamba Juice never goes through my head if I'm going to pay for it myself because their smoothies are on the verge of just being plain bad. I've only had 1 good smoothie here the 4 times I've been here, and that says a lot. One of my friends and I stopped at this Jamba Juice on our way to beloved Disneyland the other day just because I had received a $5 gift card from a friend, and $5 is enough to pretty much pay for both of us to get a small smoothie (we ended up paying $1 each). And I really wasn't planning on going to Jamba Juice more than once, so I'm glad she wanted to get a smoothie too. Both of us ordered a Peach flavored smoothie. After we ordered and walked outside my friend even made a comment that she's hesitant to drink the smoothie because all the times she's been to Jamba Juice they've been bad...but she couldn't pass up a $1 smoothie. We both decided to take a drink at the same time....and wow, this smoothie was actually decent! We both agreed that it was the best we've ever experienced at this Jamba Juice! Wow! Way to go Jamba Juice! If my other experiences at Jamba Juice were better, I'd give this place more than just 2 stars. But, my other experiences are just tainted and bad, so 2 stars it is. I received a coupon in the mail and sent my husband to this location to redeem the offer. The offer, as printed on this email, is black and white as to what it says it is good for: buy any smoothie or juice at full price and get a second smoothie or juice OF SAME OR LESSER VALUE for $1. When my husband arrived at this Jamba Juice location he was nastily told that the only deal they would honor with this coupon was EITHER: 1. Buy any smoothie or juice at full price and get a SMALL smoothie or juice for $1 Or 2. Buy any smoothie or juice at full price and get a medium for $3. Large for $4 That is ABSOLUTELY not the offer we were emailed. They adamantly argued with my husband, in front of my son, that this was what they could offer us and repeatedly denied the coupon for what it was. They even cited an email from their manager telling them to treat coupons like ours in this manner. Are you kidding? To say that I am livid over this false advertising, rude treatment and blatant refusal to honor a legitimate Jamba Juice coupon would be a gross understatement. Ordered an Orange Carrot Karma (my go-to), and was as usual, excited for my Jamba. However, when I got it, the color looked off, and then when I tasted it, the taste was also way off. It was lacking carrot flavor, and had more of a yogurt / creamy taste to it... I brought this up to the lady at the counter and she said "Yeah, that's an Orange, Carrot.... Fusion?" I told her I ordered an "Orange Carrot Karma" and it never tastes / looks like this. She confirmed that's what it was without thinking that the KARMA drink and FUSION are two completely different things, and was nice enough to offer a remake. I again reminded her I ordered Orange Carrot KARMA, and received the same Orange Carrot Fusion again... Please train your staff to have knowledge of the menu. I'm pretty sure the cashier entered it incorrectly to begin with since she was looking confused and reading the menu, which then confused the staff behind the counters. I only added one star because the lady behind the counter was nice enough to TRY to get it right a second time, even though she still failed. As an original Juice Club employee ( what Jamba Juice started as) the slow unfriendly service, and lack luster customer service drives me nuts. It should not take ten mins to squeeze 2oz of wheatgrass, but it does when you are socializing and not moving with any purpose. I have never seen anyone make smoothies with speed at this spot. I visit Jamba's around town four to five times a week and this one is the worst one. Smoothies flavor a are inconsistent as well. The oldest of the employees, a plus size lady with blond hair, appears to be the manager. She is totally unfriendly and downright rude. One time I was here she was in a verbal dispute with a plumber and then commented about what he was doing to me as I stood at the register. Terrible customer service. They never pick up the phone for call-in orders. Their phone service itself is atrocious when they happen to pick up. The amount of times I have gone in and not been properly greeted is innumerable. Didn't really offer me to try or recommend anything, all the other locations I have visited has offered or recommended something. Although their smoothies are all WAY too sweet for me, I do like the options that Jamba Juice has as far as low calorie, all fruit, protein based, etcetera, and that you can go to any store and get the same tasting drink every time. This location has some of the nicest people working there, and I appreciate that since it is kind of rare to come across genuinely pleasant food/beverage staff these days. I went to this location last night around 7pm and nothing but messing around. 1st I walk into the cashier asking his friends to move so I can order and then he says welcome to good burger home of the good burgers .. I mean really I take offense to that in a way. Then the other guy is just messing around & not working on order cause hes saying out loud he doesnt k ow how to make this smoothie and etc.then a girl comes in starts smoothies but working on wrong one so dumps the poured juice back into the main juice box which is nasty. Then they are messing around throwing ice at eachother and almost knock over my 4 smoothies that I ordered. I will definitely be looking for a new location. I love Jamba Juice. I visit Jamba Juice at least 5 times a week. I don't usually come to this location but it would be nice if your business made sure your Point of Sale systems would work. I order but I'm not able to input my phone number for my rewards points, then we switch registers but the second register doesn't work with Apple Pay. I come back with my wallet my drink comes out for Paul but my name is Matthew and the associate just points at the drink to tell me it's mine. Just put a little more effort into you're customer service because first time Jamba Juice customers would definitely be turned off by this experience. Still love your drinks! read more

Went on a Thursday for the thirsty Thursday offer which consist of getting upgraded from a medium to a large for free. Did not happen the cashier did not care at all. She did not even say hi or greet us, no thanks no your welcome no "have a nice day". The smoothie itself was not right. I'm a regular at Jamba Juice and the Strawberry Wild tasted more like banana than strawberry. Plus there were seeds all over the smoothie and pieces of frozen fruits at the bottom of my smoothie when it was over. This location is not busy at all and I can see why now. The poorest customer service I've seen and a bad smoothie. Not going back. read more
