I seldom go to this particular Jamba Juice but if I'm in the area I will stop at this location. The only complaint I really have is that there are not enough employees. I waited about 10-15 minutes for one drink. I felt bad for the guy making my drink because it was so busy but at the same time they shouldn't stay open if the service is not up to par. Do ya self a favor and drive down the street a couple of miles to Tropical Smoothie Café. Sorry Jamba juice I've moved on!! to bigger and tastier smoothies!! read more

Love This place but just wish it was not so expensive for a smoothie. Besides a great smoothie you have got to try the wheat grass shot, it so yummy and healthy. Always great service. The music is a little loud but the music puts you in a good mood after a long day of errands. Jamba Juice is a nice place to get a smoothie to cool off and relax from the happy music. read more

The juice does not taste like the flavor you get. I got a mango drink and it tasted like plastic. The day before I got a strawberry lemon and they use lime and it's way to much and it's just so sour. Gave this location 4 stars because the employees were friendly and attentive, especially when you drop in a tip. The place was clean, no trash on the floor nor dirty tables, everything seemed organized, and the work area wasn't dirty. I went there on Wednesday, at around 1 and again at around 3. Place was quiet and only two other people were there when I went the second time, so if you don't like lines and crowds I recommend going at that time. I didn't give it 5 stars because of the actual smoothies. They did taste like real fruit and not preservatives, I just think they could use more ingredients to help enhance the flavor, but ingredients are corporate's business. I go to this store once a day. I get a large peanut butter banana protein smoothie with soy milk and soy protein. Well I pay for a large but my drink is not filled up as a large. I am told that it's because I get soy protein instead of whey protein because whey is thicker than soy.. They whey protein will make my drink completely a large.. wow, I guess it's like eating a piece of chicken that's pumped with biotic just to get a chicken Breast... I guess it's not what the customer pays for and want, it's what makes the company drinks looks good... read more

My favorite location! I will not go to any other Jamba in town. The staff is always so welcoming and friendly. They are always quick with my orders and are always helpful when I wanna change it up lol. If you've never been to this location please check it out. read more

The service I received at this Jamba Juice location was poor to say the least. When I arrived, I was the only one there. It took half an hour for 2 employees to make 2 energy bowls and a small smoothie. One employee asked the other employee, "how do I make this smoothie?" On top of that, when I got my energy bowls (16 oz) the yoghurt was not filled all the way to the top of the bowl. read more

So I always get my smoothie made with coconut milk. The employees are always willing to give great customer service. Never let down there until last week. A manager named David has insured a loss of three frequent customers. My friend and I used to frequent there twice a week and my friend from LA a actually just moved in with me and he began to go with us. Well we went in two weeks ago with a groupon. The lady was very helpful and with no question subbed my apple juice for coconut water. I mean, my smoothie just doesn't taste the same. Well on the next visit we brought in our groupons again. This time it was a very sweet young man but when we asked to sub he asked the mgr david. With no question he said no. I told the guy it was done a few days before and to ask again. He came back to say the groupon said no subs. I looked at him and said well the lady from last week did it for us with no question. His first response was please describe her cause she will get in trouble. I hope the young lady didn't get in trouble. Because of her overlooking a simple sub we were satisfied and happy customers.. He said well the mgr is very stern on no subs and he won't budge. As a frequent customer I would've paid the difference in cost if there was any. My friend and I actually threw our smoothies away cause they weren't what we wanted cause of a mgr who ran to the back of the store after refusing a simple request. Used to come here quite a bit but these days, feeling like I'm just another customer there. They used to be good here and friendly and nice but now it seems like everyone is burned out there. It's probably a sign of low morale. The drinks aren't as good as they used to be or well blended and the yogurts, I don't know what I'm getting anymore cause everyone makes it the way they want vs what's written on the board. I bought a greek yogurt today that had coconut in it and there was no description of coconuts on the menu. The fact if it said coconut, I would not have bought it. I hate coconut. I even said was there supposed to be that in there and the girl just acted like she was doing me a favor. The fact you put coconut on it ruined it and I didn't have the heart to just say do it over cause it takes you forever to make it and i had an appointment i needed to make. So it's 8 bucks down the tube for something I ain't even going to eat so I threw it in the garbage on the way out. I don't think I want to go back here anymore. I was one of the consistent tippers to and i tipped good. I'll just go somewhere else where people will treat me better as a regular. Sorry. I'm really irritated now. read more
