Always my favorite part of starting my day!! First they are always available no matter where I go and the service is always great!

I come to this Starbucks more than any other location because it's right across the street from my gym. Anytime I come here I always run into other gym members. It's our go to pre-and post workout spot. Their drive-through is always nonstop and I will say that they're a little bit more prompt with the drive-through orders then when you actually go inside to sit and have coffee with friends. I think that's probably pretty standard these days because of online orders too. The staff is always friendly and they often write uplifting things on your cup. Like have a great day, you're beautiful, etc. IDK why this Starbucks doesn't have a five star review because they always give five star service. read more

I asked for the Starbucks extra hot and there was no cup sleeve on the cup. I could've burned my hands. The Iced Cherry chai was water down. We didn't get no straws. The cup was dirty with latte spills. They didn't welcome us in. Not a good experience. And I work at Starbucks I know the factors of what is to happen. read more

I simply asked for a water cup because it is 100+ degrees outside i am a delivery driver (outside all day) the lady cashier with red/pink hair denied me a water cup, stated I needed to "buy" something when I had other customers that were inside tell me she gave water out to homeless people that walked in earlier, mind you I delivered a package to this same Starbucks in the morning and the very nice cashier working then handed me a water cup with ice without hesitation. Very disappointed, we live in Vegas it gets very hot outside not all of us work inside with A/C. read more

I was driving from Los Angeles to Colorado and wanted to get a cold drink, considering it's like 95 degrees outside. And I had to pee too since it's another 7.5 hrs to go before getting to where we need to be. There's a code to get into the bathroom. Don't know why because the bathroom was disgustingly dirty. Could've definitely picked up some hepatitis with my venti drink. See the picture below. Would've given this place a 2 star if it was just based on the disgusting bathroom situation. I ordered their pineapple drink. And it actually tastes amazing. And as we were sitting there waiting for the drinks, I couldn't help by notice just how spacious the inside is. If all the Starbucks in Los Angeles were this big, that would be awesome. The actual sitting area was bright and clean. So that's nice. Drinks come out fast as well. They need to do a better job cleaning the bathroom. But everything else is cool. read more

I came to this location almost everyday for three years simply bc its right next to my house, but now i go to the one on the other side next to Simmons. i will drive out of my way. every-time. 5/7 days it's made badly. idk why i kept going i told myself to stop everytime i was regular. i loved the workers. my drink was a venti mocha add 2 shots no whip the expresso shots almost always dead or water down. covered by extra mocha never tasted the coffee. every other location you could taste the extra shots. The new location on simon's is the best very kind people and haven't made it wrong for me. please beware... but i loved hailee so much so i hope she moves to the other location. read more

Love this Starbucks. Yes sometimes the line is longer than usual but guess what all Drive- thru lines are mire busier than usual due to covid. What I love about this Starbucks is the Baristas have the best attitudes . Some in other Starbucks have the worst attitude and if I want to deal with someone like that I will watch the crappy news ! I love there teas and hot cocoa and my sissy loves loves there drinks and when I bring my fur baby he gets a free pupa chino. @starbucks count your days. I literally had to wait until I stopped at a red light to check my sticker on my bag and made sure I ordered correctly. This is what they call a Bacon Gouda breakfast sandwich. I'm not quite sure where the bacon comes in at, since they just included this old strip of I guess it's supposed to be bacon. It taste old. They cannot make drinks properly at all. You can send it back and it will come out the wrong way again. I even remind them (both times) to layer the drink as it's supposed to come (tastes totally different layered) and it will never come out layered. I have given them so many chances because it's right near my work but I just can't do it anymore. It's literally that bad that I would go without my coffee rather than pay for another one at this establishment. read more

I came in using the drive-thru so the ambience was not a factor, but I will say the customer service was horrible and my barista was Dani. I utilize this Starbucks almost every day. It was very disappointing to have such poor customer service on my recent visit. I really wish especially since I am a repeat customer, the customer service would be better on a consistent basis. I just need to figure out a drink from Dutch Bros that is comparable to the one that I get from Starbucks so I can start going there because I understand their prices are less as well. read more

The last couple times I have been in this location the counters have been messy with crumbs like they haven't been wiped down in a while. I have food allergies and have to be careful with wheat ingredients so I've been worried with the drinks here. And the girls working were just talking and taking forever to get drinks out. Every time I come to this Starbucks they never fill my cup up all the way. A while back I stopped going there because the coffee wasn't tasting very good and one day I was running late so I couldn't stop at the other one that I have to go out of my way to and I stopped at this one on the way to work and the coffee tasted pretty good so I started to go here again, however every time I go it's never filled all the way up! Service is SLOW. ALWAYS. Drinks are almost never correct. Is this a training location? Being that's it's a new store should be 5X better. Other coffee places also have lines around the building but they're twice as fast getting people their orders. This is why I'd rather give my money to competitors. Just spent $70 and waited an eternity just for this. Not even a drink. I always give the store a chance because it's near by and think it's "convenient" for it. A new Starbucks location in our neck of the woods! This spot has been open for a month and it's located on Craig and Scott Robinson. It has a drive-thru if you want to get your drink and dash but there is no entrance to the shop off of Craig which is a bit inconvenient/weird. Other than that, it's not very busy here yet because maybe people don't know it's here. There was more staff than customers when we stopped by this Saturday morning. There's plenty of seating inside and the customer service is friendly. This location will definitely be added into our rotation. read more

Went through Drive Thur moved fairly quickly, I ordered my drink made it like a laundry list because it's my birthday and felt like making it super extra for a tall coffee that cost almost $9. The concoction was great the barista did a great job!!! There were extra out of season cups on sale for 30% off that you could purchase at the drive thur. This Starbucks location is fairly new but I had to give a review because the service I experienced so far has been nothing but welcoming. I wish I got the names of the employees but both times I've went through the drive thru both employees made my day each time. I order my regular white chocolate mocha and the nice lady actually made conversation at the window which made my day on top of complementing me. My 2nd interaction at the drive thru I ordered something new, not sure if I would like it and she said to try the drink first to see if I like it, otherwise she'd make a new one. And to me that is awesome because some people wouldn't take the time and care, they would've just let me drive away. I enjoy going to this Starbucks daily. I just moved to this side of town the baristas are all nice, I always bring my doggy along for the ride he enjoys it as well lol.
