Janessa is by far thee worst employee I ever had the unfortunate opportunity of encountering. Not only did she not know that Jamba Juice had turmeric but she also actively fought back even after when we told her that we always get our smoothies with it. After calling for Eduardo (the only positive employee that we dealt with) he explained to her that unsurprisingly they did have turmeric. Assumedly after they felt some type of way they absolutely over filled my Orange C Booster to the point that they had to add liquids just to get it to blend. Upon seeing and tasting it, it only confirmed my suspicion that the only thing I could taste was the turmeric. Upon returning for a refund and complaining, Janessa felt that it was appropriate to make some comments to the 3rd worker there (name unknown) and hide while laughing at us. Maybe work on your respect and service more than making sideways comments in clear few of customers. I will be never returning to this location ever again. read more

So this is the other hidden Jamba Juice in Manteca! I stumbled on this one when I was eating at Mr. Pickles. Thank baby jesus again that this place was close to work. I try to make it a habit to drink healthy smoothies and how convenient it is for a Jamba Juice to be down the street againsss. I went in and again was greeted promptly, nicely, and with a smile(I think Manteca is uncorrupted because all the people smile at you unlike people in the bay area.) They played some pretty decent music. One of the workers were cute so I didn't have a rough time waiting for my drink :] Anyway thumbs up for this place for location and convenience! I love Jamba Juice, but only if I really specifically customize my drink, because I don't want any of the added sugary juices or powders, and am picky about which fruits and veggies I like... I have stopped at this location 4 times now, spanning about 3 months time.. Each time the staff has gone out of their way to help me create my perfect smoothie... Today, Shelby even remembered me and what drink I got last time... And as always, helped me figure out exactly what drink I wanted most today! And exactly what was going into it! They are always eager to hand juice apples or carrots for my base juice instead of the lemonade, and have happily put up with me changing my mind quite a few times... I look forward to my experience and the yummy, healthy drink I get every time I come to this Jamba Juice! I'm going to start making it a regular stop! read more

Ruined my birthday and ruined my morning. Some of the staff here need an attitude adjustment. Apparently we took to long to look the menu for drinks which was maybe 10 seconds of staring at it.. if that..when we walked in. Went into Jamba Juice this morning. No idea what to do get my daughter. The guy was very helpful told me all the kids drinks what was in there. Very patient, told me what he felt like they tasted like to him. He also told me I could take any flavor out of the smoothie. Jamba juice has a lovely environment!! I love going there.. you should try the mango mantra.. it tastes like a creamy mango
