Wow! Great customer service today. I came before church and there was only one girl. She had to take orders and make the orders herself. "Aloha!" is the feeling I get when I enter this Jamba Juice. I haven't any complaints about this establishment nor its product. I love it so much that I bought a "Vitamix" juicer machine so I can make them myself henceforth. Why only 4 Stars? I think they are a bit overpriced. I came here and it was empty, however shortly after me came a couple of more people. Moderately busy I guess. A different person who took my order made my drink and I watched her not put protein in my acia. Then it sat there for a solid 5 mins and I didn't even get my drink first. Despite that I had faith so I took a sip and asked if they put protein and he didn't car to ask the other worker and said yes there is protein. Visited on April 30,2016 at 1:45pm. Be careful when you use Jamba Juice gift cards. Make sure you have a receipt showing how much is on the card. The cashier was having trouble applying my cards and had to ask for help. Then the cashier somehow lost my $5 gift card value and my other gift card that had an $0.88 balance. The manager on duty offered my $1 off because the cashier admitted that she saw the $0.88 balance, but they don't know what happened to either of my cards and the system shows no record of either. I used to come to this location all the time since my house is very close to this place. And all the old workers that used to work there, doesn't work there no more & the old workers provided great service all the time. These last, I wanna say 7 times that I've been going, the service has been TERRIBLE. I would go & the service would be junk so I wouldn't go back for a while, & I would give it another chance thinking it will be different, but it's still the same. And the sad thing is, it's all different people who is giving junk service. So we went inside & it was 2 Caucasian workers. One male, one female. The female only started helping us when we spoke to her first. She wasn't even standing at the register & we were kind of waiting for help for a while. The whole time we were ordering, she was giving so much attitude. Mind you, we weren't giving attitude first, we were just being normal customers. Waited for our drinks & the junk part is, they made my drink so junk. It does not even taste like pink gummy bear at all. Super sour & usually the color is a light pink, whiteish. But it's almost at a red. I do not think they knew what they were doing. Update on my review, I recently went back for a Jamba Juice bc I was sick. And different workers this time, but seriously the service is still so bad. I can't emphasize how bad it is. Visited this jamba juice location on 6/29 around 5:30pm because we were in that area. My boyfriend and I entered, no greetings whatsoever. We waited for about 10 minutes, no worker told us they were going to be right with us, and mind you there was only 1 person waiting on their drink and 2 workers. 15 minutes went by and the worker still didn't acknowledge us because he was just standing by the register waiting for us to order but he didn't say anything. After he took our order, it took us another 10 minutes to wait for our drink. We ordered a strawberry dream and a matcha green tea blast. When we tasted our drinks it tasted NOTHING like it. The strawberry dream tasted really sour!! It was supposed to taste creamy! Also, the matcha green tea tasted watery!! My boyfriend noticed that they were mixing any kind flavors into the drink and not following the measurements. This was our first time experiencing this with jamba juice. From far, these Primo Acai Bowls look appealing! But as you look closer, you realize the disappointment. In the picture with the single bowl and spoon, you can see I took one spoon full and you can already see the bottom of the bowl! In the picture with two bowls, you can see the bowl with strawberries is quite lite on the strawberries. I asked to substitute bananas and blueberries for strawberries... so I thought I'd get a lot of strawberries! No, I was wrong. In fact, I asked the worker if he thought that the amount I got was fair.. he said, honestly yes! So I guess standards are really different depending on the location. Here's what I mean.. look at my last picture of the single bowl without spoon. You can see the lid coming off has toppings stuck to it because they pack the bowls! That's from the mililani shopping center location, next to 24 hour fitness. The staff there are much more friendly and knowledgeable. And they know what it means to serve your customers right. Unlike the town center location. Their employee turnover rate speaks for itself. Don't go here. Take an extra drive to the other location, you'll be much happier. read more

What is going on with jamba juice? Today I ordered my usual matcha green tea and a orange dream for my son. Usually the drinks are creamy and delicious but today it was watery and foamy. Is jamba juice cutting back or something? This is the second location that I had a really bad drink from. If I wanted something watery I would drink water for free, not spend $5. Also C-U-S-T-O-M-E-R S-E-R-V-I-C-E, I don't understand how hard it is to pay attention to the customer while they are ordering instead of talking story with your co worker. If I am ordering and someone else talks to you about something non emergent and non related to work. I expect you to be able to multitask and get my order correct. Not have me repeat my order 2-3x because your not paying attention. Also the wait time for 2 smoothies is more than 20 mins? But why? You need to fly off island and handpick the green tea leaves for my drink?or you waiting for the ice cubes to freeze? Nah its just customer negligence? Anyways this was not the worst location because no one can beat the Ala moana location on watery/icy smoothies and bad customer service but I would say this location was a runner up. So tonite around 730ish...I go inside to order my fav drink Acai Super Antioxidant. One guy was closing his til. Next cashier (white, blonde hair, young), took over, she took my order. Other girl behind her, Aiko, was making an Acai Bowl for the only other customer (there was one other young man, white, glasses, sandy brown hair there...but don't think he was buying anything). Anyways, I found out that the guy with glasses actually works here at JJ. He also works at the movie theaters too (see what you find out when you listen to employees convo's). I failed to realize that, Aiko had already made my drink and had it on blender. While Aiko was still making the Acai bowl, the other girl was now infatuated with the worker who also works at the theaters and decides to make conversation still. She fails to realize that all she needs to do is pour my drink in a L cup and say "Large Acai Super Antioxidant for Mike!". She doesn't. Aiko not only has to finish the Acai Bowl, but also has to pour my drink in a cup and hand it to me...basically wasting a couple of minutes out of my life, that I could have been outta there...skipping and singing my "How I love thee Acai Super Drink...lalalalala...". My wife informed me as I was leaving that the young, blond girl was the same one that had made her mad a day or 2 before...basically for the same reason! Not making or helping to get orders out efficiently!!! I came back in afterwards to get Aiko's name (from her badge) and to tell her she was busting her ass and I appreciated it and I needed to know her name so I could call the Manager Friday. She then told me, the Manager was in. A young dark haired lady came out and apologized and explained the blonde girl works one day a week and that they were shorthanded and they were trying their best. Also informed me the blonde girl does not know how to make drinks/bowls/etc. OK then, suggestion...somebody please teach her to at least pour a ready blended drink into a cup, put in a lid, tear off bottom half of the straw covering, put it through the slot on the lid and then look on the screen/receipt and call out customer's name! This does not bode well for this JJ location. My family and I probably average 3 visits a week here...but might have to consider the Kipapa location (even though this ones closer). I coach youth tackle & flag football and baseball on occasions and we have used this location to buy "team drinks". This Jamba Juice location is extremely convenient. The only problem is sometimes, usually when they're busy, they don't take the time to blend the smoothies well. I always frequent this jamba due to its convenient location and I'm unsure if it's due to recent world events such as the pandemic but the service has most definitely gone down hill the past few times I've been here. This review is specifically in regard to Lizz on 6/30 around 3-4 pm. We were not greeted upon entering the establishment and as she was taking my order it was clear that she was on her phone texting because she continued to look down as her fingers were typing. Once I was finished with my order she put her white iphone down on the register and walked into the back. It seemed as if only one boy was truly working while the others were talking amongst themselves or just standing around. I had ordered 5 drinks and yet only the one male employee continued to make it while the other male and two females neglected to help him. The drinks were all ordered extra thick yet began to melt before even entering the car which was only parked a few feet away. Not one of the smoothies tasted like how it was supposed to. Each one consisted of mainly ice chips, extremely watery, and lacked flavor rather than a creamy consistency as expected. I used to love this Jamba Juice but I went in the other day and was disappointed 100% I had to download this yelp app just to satisfy my anger. I got a chunky strawberry bowl and this is like my favorite thing ever until this day. There was so much wrong with it but I'll just go over the main 4. 1. I first noticed that there weren't fresh strawberries on top like there usually is. I guess maybe they ran out of strawberries so I was like whatever about it. 2. I leave the store take the lid off to start enjoying it but I see something weird in it, I pull the thing out to see a dead grass strand in it and I had my boyfriend to confirm it was that and I'm not just crazy. 3. There was the end of a banana slice in the bowl which is okay like I can't complain. Banana ends aren't as presentable but it taste the same but this banana end I guess was exposed before it was peeled and had mold on it!! Again, my boyfriend took a look to see it was exactly what I thought it was. The rest of the bananas weren't even cut nicely. One slice of banana took up my entire mouth, it was cut too big for my mouth... I have a pretty big mouth. 4. I was completely done with the top of the bowl so I scraped it all off to just enjoy the base but it was just the cherry on top! It was obviously watered down. How was it obvious? Not only could I taste it but I could see the watery substance in the base. Also I was chewing the base and noticed it was a little crunchier than it should be so I check what exactly I'm chewing on and spit it in a napkin to see MULTIPLE shards of ice.
