My daughter and I have supported Jamba Juice for years as well as this branch located at The Shops at Mission Viejo. We always enjoy a good fruit smoothie while on the go. We have our usual favorites mostly from their classic menu, but it has turned into quite the splurge now anytime we are craving one of their sweet made-to-order drinks. Worst customer service ever! First, they opened 5 minutes after 10 while the two workers went inside talking and ignoring the customers waiting outside. Once they opened, I I ordered a Caribbean passion and I asked them if they can put it in two kids cups since they don't offer any variety of juices for kids but the guys said I can't and that I can only get the size of a cup if I only buy kids juice. This location continually has the worst customer service. Today I came in around 10:30 to get my daughter a smoothie. I was the only customer. No one was there, so I had to call out. A young guy came out, no smile, no hello, looking like he was annoyed that he had to come out and (gasp) WORK. I don't know what happened to this place. Use to be so much more consistent and hard working young employees were inviting and welcoming. Now, smoothie taste like flavored water and disgusting to say the least. I went in closer to closing time while my car was charging at the charging station. There was about 5-7 young men outside of Jamba Juice making quite a scene. Yelling profanity and laughing. My smoothies were getting prepared in the most absurd way. Girl kept stopping mid scooping and mid pouring constantly because her 2 friends came inside the store. At this point I was already disgusted. She talked over the pitcher she was holding all while talking away. It's COVID y'all, I don't wear a mask but it would be nice if my smoothie wasn't contaminated by someone talking and laughing all over it. She suddenly goes to the back and grabbed a smoothie and runs out. She was giving it one of the young man outside. I ordered two exact smoothie in different size. One had energy boost and the other didn't. Upon receiving, noticiable color difference. I asked if they were the same. Same girl said smoothie can vary in color depending on how much fruit was scooped. This wouldn't be an issue but I ended up tossing the smoothie after quick sip. Tasted like water ( both) and I couldn't get the image out of this girl breathing and spitting into my smoothie. There was one other worker who obviously was annoyed by this other employee who had gang of friends waiting for her outside. Profanity yelling didn't stop until I left the building exit towards the charging station. I would seriously advice this store to use fine comb and provide proper training to these young employees. I will never go back until employees wear proper protection and have hand washing procedure in place. If you walk out of the store or touch the register, there's no exception. I don't give bad reviews but it was really disappointing when my man and I went and waited nearly 10 min for our order just for them to make the wrong drink. That's not the problem tho. The problem was when they blamed my bf for "taking the wrong drink" and he "should've asked" but he asked 3x if that was his drink and they said yes each time.
