Sadly one of the reasons I don't go to the Sherman Oaks Jamba juice is because the person that use to make my Jamba Juice smoothies perfect every time was no longer there. Then magically tonight my Jamba Juice dreams came true. Erin-Michelle quite possibly the best mixer for Jamba Juice has entered this building. Kudos to Izzie for being awesome. Homegirl was alone behind the counter with 8-10 customers waiting to either order or get their order. Most the customers in there were coming from the gym next door. She was quick to greet each customer walking in. Only one person was in a rush to leave, but I was pleased to see humanity at its best. Everyone seemed to be understanding of the situation and patiently waited for Izzie to execute her orders. Good job girl I hope you got back up after that morning rush. When I moved back to my hometown 4 years ago, we didn't have a Jamba. I actually contacted my local Chamber of Commerce and asked for one. So, you're welcome, NoHo!! I'm just not sure why the service is mediocre at this location And my fave drink (Orange Dream Machine) always comes out too watery and not orangey enough So I learned to ask for extra sorbet and extra ice and it's OK. I had to repeat my order like ten times . Fabio was snotty and rude . The original lady that helped me was slow to respond and had a hard time looking up when she spoke. Let me tell you what just happened. The other day I was in the gym and I was feeling real sick and a Friend if mine told me he was sick also. He said he had no energy and felt really sluggish like he couldn't move but he told me he went to Jamba Juice and got a "Vanilla Blue Sky" from there and it had vitamins in it and gave him strength. At the time we were in the middle of working out so the name of the drink slipped my mind. The next day I had no energy so I thought about what he said to me about how he went to Jamba Juice and got a drink that gave him energy and vitamins so I went to Jamba Juice here in North Hollywood. When I came in I couldn't remember the name of the drink he said to me, so I let the man at the Register know the situation I was in trying to remember what my friend told about the drink he got from there that already had vitamins in it and I kept telling him all I could remember was it was something "blue". The man was really Short and impatient like he didn't wanna be there. He kept rushing me to choose something so I could tell he wanted me to hurry up. The only thing he suggested was adding a shot of vitamins to a drink in which I kept telling him I know about that options yet I was looking for the drink that my friend told me about that was "blue", he was very impatient and had an undertone anger to himself that shows visibly. I let him know his customer service skills is really poor due to him rushing because I don't work at Jamba Juice to know the selections and what is in it off hand. I would have to look at the menu for a while to see what's in it and then I still wouldn't know based off his training compared to mine. He was very rude and was purposely giving off false customer service to shut me up instead of trying to help me find out what the drink was. I understand I am the one that can't think of the name of the drink yet that's what he was there for to help and he did not want to help in that capacity. Well I just ordered anything and did not get the drink I came there for and he ruined my experience. I left the store and had a bad day after my day was going well. The next day I came back to the store because I would like to know what that drink was yet I wasn't going to stress it too much because I'm obviously a problem because I want to find out. So this time I had a different employee (Natalie) so I was going to test her customer service and ask the EXACT same question as I did with the other male employee who didn't help me. She immediately tried to ponder and think how she could help me. She began suggesting things and trying to find ways to help me and I noticed she was trying to ACTUALLY help. I really appreciated her for doing that. I eventually ordered the "White Gummi". In the process of doing that another employee who works there said she wanted to speak to me about my experience yesterday. She is ALWAYS helpful!! I mean ALWAYS!! Her name is "BRITTNI" she seen what happened yesterday and wanted to sit me down and hear from me what happened (WHICH IS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED, Because she VALUED me as a person, Human and represented Jamba Juice Like a Champion She is). I sat down with Brittni and told her MY SIDE (nobody has EVER DONE THIS) (EVER). I let her know Exactly what happened and she paused for a second and said "Oh that's the VANILLA BLUE SKY your talking about" . Made My day Sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much better, because I got assurance that I needed and She tackles the issue and dilemma I was facing to find out the drink a friend of mine was suggesting. I am glad to say she cancelled my order "White Gummi" and I FINALLY got that "VANILLA BLUE SKY" and it is delicious and I have energy that I didn't have before, Imma bout to run a marathon or something . Thank you Natalie for at least attempting and pondering on my question and not rushing me to select and THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU "Brittni" for Valuing me as a customer, HEARING MY SIDE FINALLY & PROVIDING THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!! As she ALWAYS DOES!!! She deserves a raise and I mean it Jamba Juice!! She DESERVES A RAISE! Please let corporate know of this situation!! Does anyone take Jamba Juice seriously anymore? A juice bar that sells pretzels and waffles ? I came here after going to 24 hour next door, the staff is friendly but the acai bowls have a long way to go. Your better off going to greenhouse across the street. Unless you have a craving for pre frozen pretzels and waffles not sure why you would get anything here when there's a lot of great local juice bars. read more

Workers are too busy talking to each other that they mess up your order. I asked for extra honey on my acai bowl and instead of getting extra honey on my bowl i got no honey! I called and the manager picked up , I told her about the problem and she didn't know what to say. All she was saying was "ummm". Then when I went back for them to add the honey to my acai bowl all i got was an attitude from them instead of an apology. Their acai bowl is not even worth what they charge ! Unfortunately the last 2 times we went our drinks had to be redone twice because there was not enough ingredients in them. The girl put water in my sons smoothie! Meh, Jamba Juice doesn't fit into the neighborhood at all. Their quality is very much at the Jamba Juice level but overall not great. I had one of their overly sweetened smoothies and once again I was disappointed. Also the misleading labeling, not cool. Look for an alternative. read more

Wow. I usually love this location, but we had a bad experience with customer service today. The cashier got the order wrong twice and had a bad attitude about it. The manager came out and told us they couldn't add peanut butter to a drink, and "never have" but we have gotten that here before several times. We got tired of asking for things we know they have done in the past and we didn't appreciate the poor service. The night crew seems better.
