Had a great experience at this shop! Ordered a cake several days in advance online and picked it up here. The guys working here at the time had a nice friendly attitude as they helped all the customers. My order was ready as expected, the whole pick up process was a breeze. The shop is small but does have a few good sized tables and chairs for enjoying the sweet treats there if you like. They're located in a small strip mall with pretty tight parking spaces in the lot, but there were a few open spots when I arrived. Sold us freezer burnt ice cream quarts. Wish I can tell everyone a way to check before you purchase but you can't. The texture of the ice cream was grainy and other parts of it was like ice slushee consistency. Once ice cream is freezer burnt, it's no longer creamy and has flavor. That's the portion in the picture that's outlined in red. This means the quarts were probably melted at one point and placed back in the freezer. Luckily, DoorDash was awesome and I received a credit but just wanted to warn people that these people who run this establishment knew that their freezer must've broke at one time, kept the ice cream in the freezer, repaired the freezer and still sold the ice cream anyway. read more

Stupid little short chick has attitude. She got my order wrong and had the audacity to still got mad when I told her it wasn't correct. It's not my fault you either can't hear or don't know how to properly clean your ears. If you don't like your job get a new one. You aren't forced to work in customer service and if you know you have a crap attitude why the hell would you choose a job where you interact with people. I went out of my way to make a yelp account to leave a review for an outstanding young man named Max that helped me with my order. Nowadays it's very hard to find someone that is such a good communicator in the fast food industry. Max helped me figure out what i wanted, suggested many combinations that complimented each other well, and even talked to me like we were best friends! As someone who's not very young anymore, it's very easy to say that customer service in fast food has gone downhill. But having Max help me out has me realize that not all hope is lost! Very thankful for such a good experience and I hope that young man serves me next time. read more

Customer service went downhill! New owners don't teach their employees how to greet customers. Been coming here for over 20 years because the old staff was wonderful with caring for their customers. Waited over 10 minutes just to be attended while there was no one else in line! The girl who attended me had the worst attitude! They have incredible ice cream options. However it's a small space and was rather busy. I was not super comfortable with the lack of social distancing inside the location. It's a bit pricey but you can get hand packed pints for a reasonable price that ends up being a lot of ice cream. read more

This place is small yet really nice, the girls working there at the time seemed to partially not care they were there, but it didn't effect how they treated the customers in there at the time. Went in with a free pint coupon for gving blood but didn't know what flavor I wanted, the girl helping me said that I could mix my flavors if I wanted to. Which was awesome! The ice cream and products are great, as expected to be from such a big name company as Baskin Robbins, but this specific location seems to have a problem hiring employees with customer service skills. I would point out specific workers, but I hope they see this and know I'm referring to them and check their face every time before their shift. I'm a "regular", I guess you can say, but don't always order the same flavor, or even the same product, so I don't like being rushed on making a choice when I'm the only customer in the store at 9:15 pm on a cold night. Went in with gift cards given to my 2 kids. Right when we are about to order a hand written note taped to the register saying. "Credit card machine out of order, cash only. " Frustrated now w only $8 in my wallet limited to what we can order. Short fifty cents I had to return my ice coffee not having enough. Not being able to use a gift card or CC is Bad Business. Limiting guests to what they can order is not ok. The kid working there didn't waive me .50 cents. I left dissatisfied.
