I have been wanting to write my review on Yogurtland for a long while. I guess today is the day. This particular Yogurtland is amazing with their friendly staff and cozy Ambiance. Have been there so many times, but this is my first review. All employees are happy to help you any time of the day. I was there yesterday and felt like having frozen yogurt so I went in. After contemplating and deciding which flavor to have, I went with their most popular(IMO) plain frozen yogurt with 3 toppings: Blueberries, Strawberries, and kiwi. All was delicious. They have so many toppings to choose from that will make your head spin. In a good way that is. Their options are: Frozen Yogurt, Ice Cream, drinks, different kind of toppings, & dessert. All fresh, creamy and delicious!:-) They are kid friendly, pet friendly, vegan and gluten free friendly & have Catering Service. Different strokes for different folks. If you have a rewards program on your App/phone, they will honer that too. It's just wonderful to be a kid again; second time around!:-)) They have few cute tables & chairs, right in front of the shop, and you can also seat inside and enjoy whatever you are in for. Cozy, quaint, colorful, and beautiful:-)) Plenty of parking spaces in a big shopping center shared with numerous, countless businesses. The main store to look for is Ralphs. I have been to many locations of Yogurtland and this is the only location that leads me frustrated almost every time. I have a gift card. I've been trying to use up since December 2024. I have an eye I have a balance and for some reason, most of the cat cashiers don't know how to retrieve it and it always becomes the circus. One person calls another person over then another person calls the manager on the phone and they can't figure it out. I'm not saying that everybody there is incompetent but most of the people are, been one or two who actually know what they're doing better training might help. read more

I just had surgery and wanted a plain tart yogurt. The person who picked it up had never been there before ask Leidy and she directed him to where it was so he pulled the middle of her which gave me two flavors so I called to ask if they could, return it and she said she would have to call her manager and she would call me back in 30 minutes. She called back at seven unfortunately they were not able to because it was not their fault was the person who picked it up instead of being compassionate and caring were rude And dismissive of my situation. I will never return there another location. Most businesses would be commodity of this one completely poor customer service choose another location for your yogurt! Sad but true... read more

Okay. I went back in today because since I paid $20 for my ice cream, I got a $5 reward. So, this time I got the same cup, same ice cream and same topping and I went to weight it, it was only 8.9 oz. I told the cashier that this didn't make sense. Last week this same cup of ice cream was 28 ounces. So, I showed her this review, with the photo, my receipt and she said that the last cashier should have caught it and reset the scale. She comp me for the ice cream today, which was nice. I didn't ask, she did it automatically. But to know I pretty much paid for 4 cups of ice cream and only got one ice cream, that's insane. One of the employees was in the back cleaning when we arrived, so I did need to say "excuse me" to get her attention. We initially needed to use the restroom, but I was very impressed with how clean the facility was! The manager, Alyssa was super warm and welcoming, and had great customer service. I suspect It was near closing time, because she was thoroughly cleaning down all of the yogurt dispensers and wiping down all surfaces. It's nice to know that cleanliness is priority at this location! Overall, the frozen yogurt was good. I was bummed that my favorite topping wasn't in stock, but the other toppings are just as delicious. We don't go out for frozen yogurt very often, but would definitely come back to this location. read more

More like 3.5 stars. Got a 2 for 1 coupon in the mail and decided to check it out. It's located in a somewhat sketchy shopping center and there's lots of parking. There were several fro-yo flavors to choose/mix and a good variety of toppings. The cashier seemed friendly. There's a couple of small tables in the narrow, mostly clean store. I can't speak to the in-store experience, but I order from them quite often through Uber Eats. A while back there was a small problem with my order and tonight when my order came there was a lovely note of apology and a little extra goody. It was very thoughtful. My kids and I love this place. We've been going here ever since this place opened. I loved that they have various flavors and topics you can add on. I also like that you control how much yogurt you add to your cup. They used to give sample cups but due to Covid, they no longer give the cups. They also started putting the toppings for you. Other than that... still the same delicious taste. They have seasonal flavors as well. TIP: Download the Yogurtland app to earn some points! They have outdoor and indoor seating. read more

No complaints! This is a solid Yogurtland location that is clean and has a ton of options for both fro-yo and toppings. The fro-yo flavors were diverse allowing everyone to enjoy what was offered, ie chocolate, peanut butter, cheesecake, mango, strawberry, vanilla, watermelon, hazelnut cafe, oreo, etc. I feel like anyone could find an option here. We usually go to the one in Burbank on Victory Blvd. As we walked in seconds later a homeless man walked in and poured himself yogurt and left without paying. Perfect treat on a hot day. Decent selection of flavors, wish they did have more non dairy flavors. Plenty of topping options. You fill up the cup yourself with frozen yogurt, but staff will add toppings for you. Store was clean and an employee was consistently wiping machines and outside tables.
