I last visited 4 weeks ago and their machine was "broken" why have advertisements for wheat grass shots or ginger shots if your machine is broken. I'm all about how the Customer Service at places. This location has amazing customer service!! Very friendly, amazing attitude and energetic!! Love the way I was greeted!! The cashier brought up my drink and spinach wrap!! She didn't have to, but being a busy mom (checking phone) and pushing around my baby. That was !!!! Love their smoothies. I ordered the Green & Ginger and it's very refreshing!! Their wraps are delicious too. (first time ordering a wrap here). Definitely will come here again!! read more

This company sure has changed. Worked for Jamba in Willowbrook a few years back and absolutely loved it, the customer service, and the environment. This jamba is lacking in customer service and the environment in which Jamba wishes to perceive. The employees were dressed down in what I would consider inappropriate for the work place, annoyed by questions I had for the new watermelon concentrate products, and had no insight on benefits of their products. I walked into this Jamba Juice knowing there was no possible way they could they could have their Pumpkin Smash smoothie out yet...after all, it was the end of August. I asked when they were promoting it and they said October. I involuntarily made a pouty face and continued to scan through their menu to see what else would appeal to me. A couple minutes later, the woman said she had the ingredients to made the smoothie in the back and would be more than happy to accommodate me. I was beyond ecstatic! Their Pumpkin Smash smoothie is, by far, my favorite of all time. I ordered a medium and had a very happy jaunt back to my hotel room. They went above and beyond customer service standards and I will definitely be back to visit this location when I'm in the area again. I swear working in Oakbrook Terrace is just baaaad for my wallet. We're lucky that we have a McDonalds in my town (okay, maybe i'm over-exaggerating) but we don't have these kinda places near me. Now that I'm oh-so-cool and working in OBT, which has endless food and dessert options, I'm just starting to go broke. I don't think you could order anything bad here unless you're slightly picky or have a food allergy. I'm a girl that eats any and everything, so I usually just pick whatever name is the funnest (yes, i said funnest) to say. My go-to is the Acai berry smoothie--pronounce it ah--sigh-eee to save yourself some embarrassment. Now that it's that time of year, they have their Eggnog and Pumpkin smoothies- both equally delicious. Say "make it light" and they'll dock on 50 cents but save you a few hundred calories that you could use on Red Mango. God, I'm glutenous. read more

After a long day of shopping I been craving a "red gummy" from jamba juice. When we arrived the staff was talking among themselves, it took them a bit to acknowledge us. When we got up to order I asked for a "Red Gummy" and the rude employee said "we dont have that" um excuse me? Yes you do! The other staff member told him yes they do its not on the menu but they can make it. Despite the rude attitude I managed to let it go. He asked our names for the order. When our order was called he had wrote a whole completely different name!? Seriously!? I dont know if he deliberately did it or his attention span is that short! Generally I love Jamba Juice. However I was very disappointed with the staff in this location. I went at 8:05pm and they already shutdown the fresh squeezed orange juice machine. They are open till 9pm. It was way too early to shutdown on a Friday night. read more

I am good with the chia seeds or leafy kale or strawberries but, not a citrus type of stuff, I don't like oranges or lemons that much. I like sweet fruits like green melons, pears, watermelon, cantaloupes, berries, banana, or even tropical taste like pineapples etc. So going back to review most their drinks have some sort kick of citrus in them mostly tasting oranges which hurts my teeth badly and make me feel very acidic feeling. I used to love Jamba Juice. Well, I still do but this location has gone down the tubes. I understand when people are new or training but the entire staff was 100% clueless and fine with passing out smoothies that were not okay. Their prices have gone up. I was surprised when I ordered a small smoothie and a small/cheap bottle of water and it was almost $8.00. But I'd be willing to pay that, if the smoothies were amazing. Instead, I waited almost 15 minutes while other people who walked in after me started getting their smoothies first (because they mixed up the order of the tickets). Every single one was wrong. Either three-quarters full, dumped on the floor and had to start over, super watery, and then mine which was just chunks of fruits and vegetables. The sad part is that the girl making the smoothies was clearly new and no one was helping her. She asked the other staff members, including the manager, if the watery one looked okay. They said "Um. Yeah that's fine." Then, mine was so chunky, they made her add more juice and reblend it. It was still awful. They finally said, "Whatever. Good enough." I'm sorry. NO. Good enough (chunky and undrinkable) is NOT okay after 15 minutes for a smoothie that I paid $7 for...when I was the first one in the store. Unbelievable. This place has completely lost my business. I haven't had a good experience there despite having gone there multiple times. My drink has been tart and sometimes watery. I thought maybe it was the person that made a bad batch but it seems like nobody there knows how to make it. Today my drink had huge chunks of seeds with every sip.
