She said subbing oat or almond milk, I went with oat. And subbing banana for the yogurt would make it vegan. It was pretty good! I had a very bad experience when I visited this location the other day. First of all, when I was ordering the girl taking my order was very dismissive and seemed like she would rather have been anywhere but there. In addition, the morale in the whole store seemed pretty low. I ordered two smoothies and a pretzel. The pretzel was burnt and too hard to bite into at parts. The smoothies were pretty watery and very over blended. The team member also didn't fill the cups all the way. I feel like I did not receive quality products or receive the value I paid for. I wish I had gotten her name. The young lady who was at the register was super friendly and had a lot of great energy. We were the only ones in the beginning but within minutes there were at least 10 other customers. She welcomed everyone as they came in and got their names and orders. It was a crew of 3 and all of them were very efficient. One of those food drivers (like Uber eats) came in and it was the wrong location but the team stepped up and made all of this guys drinks since he was there. Talk about customer service. Mango passion is still my favorite thing on the menu after all these years, although their peanut butter smoothies are pretty good as well. I think this location receives a fair amount of traffic as the highschool is right across the way. Service was a little slow when I stopped by yesterday, but again the place was packed and they were one or two employees under staffed. Outside of that I will continue to be a supporter of jamba juice. Just don't get a scoop of soy protein in your drink. Doesn't taste the best. read more

Paid $8.99 for what turned out to be a 21oz veggie vitality. Taste was mediocre. Should have chosen something else, but the real reason for my review is that I don't feel the price was justified. You might ask well why did you order it you idiot. Well this gets to why I'm posting this review: I pointed to the medium sized cup on top of the display by the cash register. The menu specified 12oz and 16 oz. And the price was $5.99 and 7.49, respectively. You'd think that the medium size cup would have a price in between, but it turns out that the display had the 16 oz as the smallest size. Is this an intentional deception on the part of the store?
