I texted him, and he texted back apologizing, admitting he delivered to the wrong address. He said he would contact DoorDash and tell them to credit the account. I followed up with a call to DoorDash customer support. I explained the situation but was having difficulty understanding the representative due to her accent. I asked to speak with a manager. She put me on hold saying SHE would explain to the manager what happened. The manager came on the line for a brief moment, saying she was declining our refund, didn't care we never got the food, and said her decision was final. I would suggest your establishment stop using DoorDash as they do not reflect well on your establishment and don't care about your customers.

My friend and I shared the mahi mahi tacos and a chicken quesadilla. The portion was perfect. The tacos were phenomenal, some of the best I've had. The quesadilla was also huge with good salsa.
