I always come to this Jamba Juice because of its convenience. (Next to target and closest to school). Anyways, staff here always seem unhappy. Drinks are not consistent in taste or texture. And today the oddest thing happened.. as my order was being taken by the cashier, another girl in the back says "don't ring it up if it's cash." Cashier asks, "why?" And the other girl says, "because it's not working." SURE, ILL MAKE SURE I PAY WITH A CARD THEN. Cash transactions not working in a POS is unheard of. I've worked with plenty POS systems and I have never heard of "cash not working." They are just trying to pocket the cash... if the system is not working then ALL orders wouldn't need to be rung up, ESPECIALLY card transactions!!!!! read more

Frequent this Jamba when I have a lil extra time before work because I often fail to make myself breakfast. Love that so far all of the employees have been pleasant and are willing to try blending new smoothie combos for me. I recently learned that they will actually began JUICING! Can't wait! I gave 5 stars but more like a 4.5 because sometimes the fruit is bitter, nature's fault, and once in a while their oatmeal isn't ready. I love to order online from my app and have my order ready when I'm there to pick up but unfortunately this particular location has let me down more than once. The last three times I've ordered oatmeal from my Jamba Juice app and when I get there they tell me they are out of oatmeal. Mind you this is at 8am, it's a breakfast item it shouldn't be sold out and if you're out of an item how long does it take to restock? Not just oatmeal has been unavailable but they're usually out of something. I've ordered smoothie and key ingredients are unavailable so they try to tell me they can replace it with something else. What makes this even more inconvenient is when I order online, no one from the store bothered to pick up the phone and give me a heads up. I could be on my way to work and having to stop here for them to tell me something I ordered is sold out is a waste of my time, I could have planned accordingly and found an alternative for breakfast or whatever the case may be. Also the last time I put an online order in the system was down so guess what? I find out when I go to pick up!Once again no one called me to let me know and then tell me they're out of oatmeal (once again) BUT I can get a free açaí bowl (no thanks) how is it free if You don't offer a refund? You're Açaí bowl doesn't add up to my $12+ order. I declined the free bowl and demanded a refund, which then they said they'd grant but it would take 3-5 business days. I haven't received a refund and it's been over 5 business days. Management and customer service is at a low here, very unorganized and lazy staff. Yeah, Jamba Juice is just not what it used to be. I think it's a case of over expansion, and things get lost in the shuffle; like quality. These drinks keep getting sweeter and sweeter it seems, and don't have as much fruit as they used to. We only went this time, because I got a $5 giftcard for donating blood (woo-hoo!) Otherwise, I pretty much don't bother going to Jamba Juice anymore. This location tries its darn hardest to be average. The food is passable. My boyfriend and I came on a Monday around 8:10am. There was nobody working in the front but someone finally came out when they heard us talking. The employees were eating in the back and our cashier couldn't be bothered to finish chewing or wipe her mouth before coming to help us. While we were trying to order, she kept smacking her lips. We both ordered and she had to ask us to repeat our order 3-4 times because she just couldn't get it right. What was really weird was that instead of placing our order on the tablet, she used an Android (Samsung?) tablet to put our order down and then wrote down our order on receipt paper with a marker. When she swiped my boyfriend's card, she asked for his zip code. I've never been asked for my zip code before when swiping my card anywhere. Super sketchy. My boyfriend and I both ordered boosts for our smoothies but couldn't tell if they were put in or not. Both girls who were making our drinks had to go back a couple times to add items because the consistency of the drinks wasn't coming out right. I'm a regular here at this Jamba Juice and I've never once had to complain. But after tonight I'll take my business to another location. First off, I work in the service industry and completely understand what it's like to be busy and deal with a constants rush of guest. However we were the only guests in line and were treated poorly. The gentleman working on Tuesday- September 2nd; how hard is your job? You put in a order and managed to completely screw it up. Didn't even get a chance to complain seeing you were hiding in the bathroom. But the girl also making the smoothie had a stupid attitude when we questioned our order. You're really lucky I have sympathy for people in this industry otherwise I would have made you re-make our drinks. Worse customer service and lack of comprehension skills. read more

There was no welcome when you walk in and the cashier wasnt there when we were ready and when she finally came, she wasnt friendly either. She just stood there with a blank face. I was really disappointed because the two out of two times I came here, they got my orders wrong. I got the fruity pebbles and it was so bland. I figured they missed something since the color was sort of off, but I jst shrugged it off and thought maybe, I dont remember the color. Nope. I was wrong. I love this location! So 2 part review since this is a chain: 1) If you have never had Jamba Juice before, might I suggest that you try a location. The drinks they make are aways refreshing and usually very filling too. And its great at Jamba juice because they have a secret menu too! My favorites from those that aren't on the menu on display are orange dream machine and white gummy bear. You will love it if you're not necessarily looking for something that's healthy.. 2) So this particular location is in a nice place. Wide open parking lot and the workers are usually high-school students so they're really up for anything you want to try. Like "Mix some orange with strawberries and pineapple sherbet". This plaza is also super convenient for your shopping needs. So you can grab a drink and sit outside, or take it to go to walk around target, dollar tree, or office depot! Jamba Juice is always refreshing and a nice cool down on a HOT day. My usual-Orange Dream Machine, add strawberries. It definitely hit the spot since the weather was in the high 90's the other day. The lines can get long here depending on the weather and time of day. They use to take phone orders but they will only do it if you're ordering 5 or more now. No need to worry about parking, the lot is shared with Target, Dollar Store, Rose City Pizza, etc.. And it looks like there'll be a Chipotle opening up soon. read more

I am not a regular Jamba Juice customer, but I came because I was crazing a Razzmatazz. I walked in, and the lady behind the counter said hello to me and seemed friendly. She took my order pretty fast, and after that I only waited about five minutes. The girl making the smoothie seemed like she knew what she was doing, and she made it pretty fast. When I came to get my cup she said thank you to me. Normally, when I buy smoothies, I usually get clumps of fruit at the bottom that were not fully blended in. This was not the case. My smoothie was smooth and creamy and completely hit the spot. I thoroughly enjoyed every sip. :)) I feel like I had a great experience here and I will come back. read more

How can you not like Jamba Juice? It's very easy to like fresh juice and friendly, energetic service. One of my pet peeves is mismanagement however. They play cool corporate Jamba Juice music through the store speakers, but the morning shift employees would rather listen to their Florentine Gardens disco mix blasting beyond distortion on a $20 ghetto blaster in the kitchen. In the kitchen, that's probably all they hear. But in the customer area, you hear a deafening, distgusting mix of two different sounds clashing together, reversing all that is good and serene in a fresh cup of juice. read more

If you can't decide on what to get, i recommend the orange juice with carrot juice or the mango a go go. The juice is really good especially when you're not feeling so good. But if you want a smoothie, the mango a go go will be a delightful decision. I like going to this one but I don't go as often because my family and I moved. However, I still visit this Jamba Juice occasionally when I am in the area. They get so busy when they have the BOGO coupons. I got a free drink for my Birthday...SCORE!!! I've personally never tried any of the food, but it looks good, healthy but not gross. My man gets the healthy veggie drinks...all I can say is good for anyone who can drink something green...it's just not for me!
