    Sunday fun day

With the weather heating up, I was craving something cold and refreshing so I stopped by Yogurtland. I've always been a fan of their tart flavors, and I was excited to see new options like watermelon tart and passion guava tart. I mixed the two and honestly, it was pretty damn good. If you're indecisive like me, don't be shy just ask the cashier for some sample cups. Now I feel like I need to start coming here more often this summer.

Always friendly customer service and nice variety of flavors including the new and latest flavors. It's a chill spot with a couple tables to hang out but It's usually very busy in the evening. Restrooms are available with a key. The Parking lot is usually crowded due to the many business in such a small lot, it can be tricky but with patience you'll always find a spot.

Craving froyo so I went to Yogurtland. This location by San Nong Dan was pretty busy. Located on a large lot w lots of parking (but also lots of cars) since there's a lot of shops and Yogurtland shares the plaza w a 168 Market. Staff were friendly and consistently refilled the toppings and kept the tables clean as customers left. I was looking for ube but surprisingly, this location did not have ube froyo. I ended up getting churro and pistachio froyo which were still good. I saw the cute little gingerbread cookie so I had to get it as a topping.

We had a late night sweet tooth and checked out this spot because they're open late. Clean location. Organized. Staff were friendly. The fruits looked fresh. Flavor selection was great.

I haven't been to yogurtland since high school and honestly. I still love it! The inside has limited seating and it can get busy but people come and go. My friends and I were able to get a table and play card games. I also noticed that the employees were also super attentive with the cleanliness of things and were really on top of everything. You basically build your own frozen yogurt so you really can't go wrong with it!

very yummy. mine lowkey melted but let's ignore that! supposedly if you add the fruit it's going to weigh more, but i paid $12 for this & since it was national fro-yo day, it was BOGO, so i got another one for free! NO APP NEEDED BTW. i waited for about 20 minutes because a lot of people knew about the deal. they have very interesting flavors, the flavors i got were mango, coconut and matcha. service: really friendly!

Parking: Good amount available in strip mall Ambience: Standard Yogurtland with about 4 tables--could use more, but people are generally in and out, so there's not too much of a wait if there aren't any more seats left Service: Great and friendly! When she wasn't helping customers, she was keeping the store clean by wiping off the excess yogurt drips from each machine Taste: Although I'm not a Yogurtland connoisseur, I do love my froyo and have yet to see the plant-based cinnamon oatmeal cookie flavor anywhere else. It was wonderful, with just the right amount of sweetness and blend of cinnamon spice. The original tart was thick and creamy. Also tried the strawberry matcha (strawberry flavor a bit too heavy, but both still discernible and paired well together). The milk & honey tasted a bit artificial. Loved the churro cookie dough bites--perfect ball of sweetness!

This Yogurtland location can get pretty packed at times so we always try to come around their downtimes. This time however, we promised our daughter some ice cream after the park on a Sunday evening so it was pretty packed and hectic inside. 4 stars because the tables and topping area was a little dirty but overall yogurt is good and my daughter loves coming here.

Did not like the service today at Yogurtland. Came in around 8PM on 1/15/2023 and all was great. I got really excited about the new flavors of Lemon Sorbet and Cookie Dough. Lemon Sorbet wasn't sweet or sour enough and unfortunately tasted like lysol cleaner, but Cookie Dough was SPOT ON. I grab the large size and we go get our yogurt and toppings, which raked up to about $27 to $28. We check out and everything is fine, unfortunately a family of 12 came in and we had to wait for the door, then all of a sudden the cashier yells out loud "excuse me, your card got declined!" in front of everyone. We're a little taken back and flustered, but we're checking the bank statement on the phone, and it says approved and we show the cashier, she says it didn't go through the system and that we need to wait as she asks her other coworker to help. They get on the phone and our yogurts are melting at this point and we're just waiting in the front as the store gets filled up with even more customers. Then she has the audacity to ask us if we have cash. The other customers are all making their way towards the toppings now and we're frustrated, because they want us to double pay. Anyways, after 10 minutes, she finally says "you can go". No apology, no sorry for wasting our time. And today, the bank still says that the payment has been approved. Thanks for melting our ice cream and trying to steal our money. Update: My sister emailed their customer service and they pretty much just said oh well in their email. What was the point?

    $10.06 - yummmmy... enough for 2 adults.

The Ube Malted Crunch® definitely lived up to the hype. It was creamy, rich, and had that slightly nutty vanilla-like ube flavor with crunchy malted bits that added a really fun texture. On our most recent visit - admittedly our first in a while - I was surprised that the flavors mostly seemed like repeats from a long time ago. Of course, you want to feature what is most popular, but I remember previously seeing things that were truly one of a kind, even for them. (Out of curiosity, I visited their website and the seasonal flavor blog hasn't been updated since spring 2021). None of this is a deal-breaker, but the feeling of "tiredness" permeated my interaction with the staff, too. There was no joy behind the counter, which I found odd for ice cream that is supposedly about the love of travel. When I tried to order a scoop of one flavor, I was told that I couldn't have it because there wasn't enough left for a full scoop. When I asked if I could have the half scoop that remained and just combine it with another flavor (trying to solve the problem for them), I was told that they aren't allowed to do half and half splits anymore. Fortunately, another employee showed up at that very moment with a fresh full tub of that flavor, but it still struck me as odd. They were also out of cones because of another problem. I am giving them four stars because the ice cream is still great and definitely worth a try if you've never had it, but I hope they can maintain their spark and magic as they continue to expand.

This review is a long time coming. Mother Moo is a Sierra Madre staple known for its overpriced ice…read morecream and desserts. The unfortunate part is that the ice cream really isn't that good, and the portions are small for what you pay.  What really turned me off, though, was the lack of common sense from the staff. If you've been here, you know they have a display case with slices of cake and pie. Normally you look through the case and point to the piece you want. That's exactly what I did. There were about ten pieces of cake in the case, and I picked one that had the perfect icing-to-cake ratio. The employee asked what I wanted, and when I pointed to the slice she told me, "You can only pick from these two," while holding up two other pieces. Apparently those were the older slices that they were trying to get rid of. They were clearly smaller and, judging by how they were being pushed, probably not the freshest either. Since I was basically being forced to buy something I didn't want, I said I didn't want anything. She just said "okay" and moved on to help the rest of my family. At that point I told my family we were leaving and heading to Bloomfield Creamery in Altadena instead. The employee had every opportunity to use a little common sense and simply give me the slice I asked for. I work hard for my money, and if I'm paying premium prices, I expect to choose what I'm buying. Instead, they lost Madre family of customers for good.
