I got here right as they were opening and I wanted the coconut flavor yogurt, but it had a out of service sign. I asked the employee if it was really out of service or if it was because they just opened and she said "let me check" with a smile. She checked and told me to give it about 4 minutes and that it would be ready. She then came to check on me again and said it was ready. She looked happy to help me and was very kind. She was the only employee I saw but it did sound like there was someone in the back I wish I got her name. Stopped by after having dinner a few doors down. There are so many flavors and the place is pretty clean! There are plenty of tables to sit and chill after getting your yogurt. My go-to flavors are strawberry and tart yogurt. The place was pretty crowded and I think there were maybe 1-2 staff members working so the yogurt machines weren't really well maintained. The tart yogurt was coming out so s l o w and it tasted so off. I added my usual toppings after getting a bit of the strawberry and tart and it tasted off? My go-to toppings are blueberries, strawberries, cookie dough and chocolate syrup. The service was great and the staff member working the cashier was so nice. Parking is easy depending on the time of day. Dinner time can be a nightmare for this little shopping center. read more

Craving froyo so I went to Yogurtland. This location by San Nong Dan was pretty busy. Located on a large lot w lots of parking (but also lots of cars) since there's a lot of shops and Yogurtland shares the plaza w a 168 Market. Staff were friendly and consistently refilled the toppings and kept the tables clean as customers left. I was looking for ube but surprisingly, this location did not have ube froyo. I ended up getting churro and pistachio froyo which were still good. I saw the cute little gingerbread cookie so I had to get it as a topping. read more

We drove out to this Yogurtland on a hot sunny day to get my birthday freebie. Long story short, I forgot my password on the app and the password reset wasn't working so I asked a newer employee, who looked up my phone number and incorrectly told me I could claim either a free yogurt or $5 off, but when I got to the register to pay, he said he actually didn't see any birthday rewards on my account and said I had to pay the total. I called in before I came and spoke to manager Tom, so I asked if Tom could help with the rewards issue, and Tom was basically laughing at me, saying they never give the entire yogurt cup for free and the newer employee denied that he just told me that a few min ago, making me look like a stupid girl who's trying to get a free yogurt. Tom only offered 20% off the total. I left without paying/getting the yogurt because even though I make more than enough money to cover a ~$10 yogurt, I refuse to be treated like that. read more

This Yogurtland location can get pretty packed at times so we always try to come around their downtimes. This time however, we promised our daughter some ice cream after the park on a Sunday evening so it was pretty packed and hectic inside. 4 stars because the tables and topping area was a little dirty but overall yogurt is good and my daughter loves coming here. read more

Did not like the service today at Yogurtland. Came in around 8PM on 1/15/2023 and all was great. I got really excited about the new flavors of Lemon Sorbet and Cookie Dough. Lemon Sorbet wasn't sweet or sour enough and unfortunately tasted like lysol cleaner, but Cookie Dough was SPOT ON. I grab the large size and we go get our yogurt and toppings, which raked up to about $27 to $28. We check out and everything is fine, unfortunately a family of 12 came in and we had to wait for the door, then all of a sudden the cashier yells out loud "excuse me, your card got declined!" in front of everyone. We're a little taken back and flustered, but we're checking the bank statement on the phone, and it says approved and we show the cashier, she says it didn't go through the system and that we need to wait as she asks her other coworker to help. They get on the phone and our yogurts are melting at this point and we're just waiting in the front as the store gets filled up with even more customers. Then she has the audacity to ask us if we have cash. The other customers are all making their way towards the toppings now and we're frustrated, because they want us to double pay. Anyways, after 10 minutes, she finally says "you can go". No apology, no sorry for wasting our time. And today, the bank still says that the payment has been approved. Thanks for melting our ice cream and trying to steal our money. Update: My sister emailed their customer service and they pretty much just said oh well in their email. What was the point? read more

Typically I don't eat at yogurtland. I'm not a big frozen yogurt person and especially not during the winter. But I received a Christmas gift card to come here so I decided to use it. And I'm glad I did. It was surprisingly satisfying. We mixed a whole bunch of different yogurts together including strawberry, vanilla, chocolate, etc. We chose as many delightful toppings as we could manage to fit. And it was surprisingly delectable and enjoyable. With one cup filled to capacity, it is more than enough to feed two grown adults. Total cost was about $10 give or take a few pennies. I never really came to this place because I thought it was more for children but it is actually very refreshing and enjoyable for people all ages. Really enjoyed the Kiwi topping, strawberry, boba topping, blueberries, tiny chocolate chip cookies which tasted more like cereal. The service was good, quick and simple. It's self-serve, so it's no hassle. If you're looking for some desserts or cold treats, I do recommend trying this place out! read more

Lots of toppings- healthy fruits or cereals, popping boba, chocolate cookies, m&m's,.... While you get more cups, to make, they weigh your cups made and will hold them in the freezer for you until you're ready to pay. Plenty of parking, but it's a quick stop and go. Really good ice cream. My kids loved the chocolate and strawberry, which says a lot because they're quite picky with their sweets. Can't be too tart and can't be too crunchy. Kid scoop is $5 and adult for $7. Kids happy hour is from 3-4 pm, which comes with a free topping with 1 adult scoop. Great service.
