This location is literally out of ACAI all the time. Actually always out of many other items. Like what's the point of even opening?

Once again, I'm so grateful for the cheerful workers here. I came here after a long work day, not to mention a Monday work day. I wanted to grab the new energy bowl that I saw through an email. Upon entering, my mood was immediately lifted by their welcoming voices. It didn't take me long to order. I knew what I wanted and what to order for my friend. What did take me a while was trying to load the coupon for the energy bowl off my cell phone. I think I stood for a good 2 minutes before Vicky, the kind worker, told me it was already accounted for and that I didn't have to wait for the coupon to load. I had the berry bowl. The bowl is a fairly large size at 12oz being the smallest size, then 16oz and 24oz respectively for the next sizes up. It has a bottom layer of blended Greek yogurt, fruits and soymilk. Then topped with a layer of pumpkin flax seed granola and topped with more fresh fruits (blueberries, strawberries and banana). Lastly, they drizzle it with a berry mixture. This location is full of happy and cheerful workers that have great smiles and attitudes! On all of my visits to this location, their have been no lines which made the experience personal. They were also welcoming and provided samples of their new Pitaya (Dragonfruit) smoothie which I eventually ordered twice. The overall experience at this Jamba Juice is very personal and great. I'm not the biggest fan of Jamba Juice because they don't have organic juice. When you juice it needs to be organic otherwise it's like drinking a concentration of pesticides. If you are juicing for health reasons this can be a major issue. This Jamba Juice is close to my work and I came here more often for juices before I found out it wasn't organic. Every time I came there was an issue. My order was wrong or took forever. What bothered me most was that I try to avoid ice because of how it makes my stomach feel and every time I went I asked for no ice. I always got ice. One girl was very rude about it and said, "that's just how we do it." And turned away coldly. I stopped ordering juice from here and I just wait until after work to go somewhere else. I started only getting ginger shots. I went in during my 30 minute lunch and I waited about 20 minutes for my ginger shot (people who came after me received their smoothies and left). I went up trying to say something but the workers just kept talking to each other. When they finally saw me they asked if I had a question. When they realized I was waiting for my shot they were apologetic and made me the shot. I feel after so made mess ups and waiting they could have offered me something as an apology but they didn't. I ordered a fruit smoothie and it was a bit on the tart side. In addition the drink didn't fill up the container. It only went 2/3 of the way up so I feel a little gipped. Disappointed is putting it mildly! Special order for my son who didn't want to have peanut butter in the Peanut Butter Mood (essentially making it a Chocolate Mood) so I asked to have that removed. Turned around cause it was added in, girl gave me attitude and I asked to make sure that the extra boosts I paid for were in the redone version. It was horrible! My son said it doesn't even have any chocolate in it. It looked very very pale as if the chocolate portion was left out of the 2nd version. What a disaster, some of the efficient staff is no longer at this location and things were awful. Ordered via the app, like I always do. I had an eta of about 8 minutes, 30 min later still no drink and after asking he said they're too busy to look at app orders. What?? So as droves of people are leaving, you don't wonder why I'm still standing and waiting. As a nutritionist, it's hard not to like this place. All those deliciously blended freshbfruits and vegetables are hard to beat. My current obsession is the Greens and Ginger smoothie. It's very refreshing, especially considering how the summer is heat is starting to role in. The workers are fast and friendly: always a smile and a good morning, how can help you and have a nice day. The shop itself is always clean and never crowded as far as I can tell, even during peak hours. There are a couple of tables and chairs both inside and out. The music is upbeat and amiable. Seriously a friendly staff would change one person's mood for the rest of the day. It was very nice to walk into the store and greeted by the staff with actual real smiles on. Before getting my order, Bryanna (saw her name on the tag but I'm not 100% positive) called my name and asked if I need a holder. It really is like any other Jamba Juice but it isn't as nice because of the location. Maybe a patio area would be nice, but it's not that important to me. I will say that with my experience with other Jamba's is that they don't seem to put in any of the free boost. This would have initially been a 2 star at best, but I feel that the management team supporting this location genuinely care about Customer loyalty and satisfaction. There were a couple occasions where I was dissatisfied and the manager and asst manager contacted me to rectify the situations. Since this location is the mid point between where I live and work I often stop here en route to the office. On one occasion the service rep took my order and must have forgotten that I was there because they started cleaning without making my order, after they noticed me standing there with my "HELLO!?" face after 10 min they quickly made my beverage and I was on my way. Another issue was inconsistency. I'm a fan of their Chunky Strawberry energy bowl so I get it on a weekly basis. One week I felt that there weren't enough strawberries on it and the cashier rudely insisted that they have a "strict recipe". I asked her to kindly add more and she did but not without an eye roll and a bit of attitude. It almost encouraged me to make them myself moving forward. However... a few days later after reporting my dissatisfaction via the jamba juice app. James the store manager contacted me personally.. He insisted that I return and my full order would be "on the house". Running late I came in and was greeted by Melvin (asst manager i presume), Melvin was extremely accommodating and really takes pride in his store. It was actually refreshing to find someone that enjoys their job as much as him. I ordered my usual energy bowl and a flat pita bread, they offered me snacks and a beverage as well but I declined insisting that I didnt want to waste food.
