Close to the airport and great service! Came during holiday season. There's plenty of seating and even two comfy chairs in the back

Never have I seen a Starbucks that has a barista manning the mobile order pickup station. He was moving the orders along. You can tell he remembers customers. He was organized and personable. Definitely elevated the customer service and experience there.

My required ticket to use the restroom.

If I could give ZERO stars to my review, I would. Today, at this Starbucks location I was charged almost 3 dollars to use the restroom. It felt disgusting. I had walked in after cutting tip of my finger on a piece of postcard paper and asked to use the restroom. The answer I was given was "the restrooms are for paying customers only, would you like me to ring you up for something" as my finger starts to trickle down with blood. I honestly was taken back . I couldn't believe what I was hearing. So I kept my mouth shut and paid for the bottle of water I was forced to buy so I can use the restroom. SMDH. KEEP IN MIND- I've spent at least a few thousand dollars at this location. I just graduated from UTI college less than 1/8th of a mile down & on the same street. For 10 months I would get Starbucks every morning at this location. (I understand that this lady obviously did not know me ) normally I would come in during the morning and today I was in the afternoon. The entire morning crew knew me by first name - But that is beside the point! I am just astonished that this employee would rather have someone bleeding at the front counter while being forced to purchase something rather than just let me use the restroom really quick. HONESTLY- I shouldn't have even asked because the restroom did not even have a lock on it. I was trying to be polite by asking. It couldn't have been any more obvious that I had just cut my finger as I was walking into the store and just needed to use the restroom really quick. Also I'm not going to argue with somebody in public - again going back to me "trying to be polite" side of things - After I purchased the water this demon lady had the audacity to look at me and say " thank you for understanding" . It felt gross. What would you have done in this situation? Would you have brought to her attention that you have literally spent at least a couple thousand dollars at this location? Also keep in mind that I am not homeless and I am pretty clean cut looking person. So it's not like it was obvious that I had any types of bad intentions while inside using the restroom.(or even questionable!) But it was obvious that I was literally bleeding- At the register, in front of employees and any customers that may have been behind me. This is a nicer area too. Anyway. This is the last time I'll ever go back here or to any Starbucks for that matter. People should be supporting local businesses anyway. Who am I kidding - the food has been always over priced and undercooked anyway. The amount of times they've gotten my order wrong in the past is laughable. In hindsight I feel like I earned this horrible because nice guys do finish last and this is the day and age where decency has been forgotten. ZERO STARS thanks to the older lady em who would rather me pull out my wallet while bleeding in front of others than let me use the unlocked bathroom. Shame on her and me for thinking being polite counts for anything these days.

It's time to update after living here for 5 years. This is my home SB. The service is mildly better but they still don't know me even though i come at the same time EVERY weekend. Seems like an ever-changing staff. Hit or miss on service and quality. There is one gal that looks miserable constantly and if I ask for anything like can you check the status of my order she seems annoyed. The product displays are not great, somewhat empty and coffee bean selection is minimal compared to other locations. They opened a new one up the street that has way friendlier service. It did seem to alleviate the traffic in this one.

    This was not rocking unfortunately

Super unfortunate experience today! Had an mobile order, only 3 cars in the drive thru, when we pulled up to the window, we sat at the window for 5-6 minutes, the person working the window never opened it, never greeted, never apologized, and finally opened it to hand me my drink and it was already melted which means my drink was already made. So why were we sitting at the window for soo long not greeted?

Half filled coffee if you order without ice for $15.

I found Maestro after a Google Maps search, and chose to try them based on their solid reviews and uniqueness! I was not prepared for this level of pizazz!!! I ended up finding their take on my favorite coffee drink (Kerouac), and I was able to order it large - score!! It was muy, muy delicioso until the very last drop. On top of that, being very hungry and wanting breakfast, I was recommended a lovely turkey or ham croissant - and when additions were suggested, I just asked for eeeeeeverything (bacon, avocado, etc.). And guess what? That breakfast sando was eeeeeeverything!!! It blew my mind!! My neck was sore after all was said and done, because I kept shaking my head in disbelief, saying to myself things like "aww man this is GOOD" and "mmmMMM"!! Anyway, on top of this, the kind and happy folks making the magic happen behind the counter were fun, efficient, and receptive to me projecting all of my enthusiasm their way, haha. And yes the joint itself looks very nice and has ample seating, despite the narrow space. This place deserves all the love, all the attention, and all of the business!! Indeed, I had an amazing first experience - and it was no surprise that they had a line out the door. Thank you, Maestro for an unforgettable experience. I know where my new favorite coffee/breakfast place is!!! ^_^

The Americano here is easily the best I've had--bold, full of flavor, and not watered down like you get at a lot of bigger chain spots. You can tell it's made with intention. It actually tastes like coffee is supposed to taste. The pastries were just as impressive. The Biscoff cheesecake was rich and balanced without being overly heavy, with that warm, caramelized flavor that really stands out. The blueberry muffin tasted fresh and real--not overly sweet, just done right. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere sets the tone. The music is calm and relaxing, the chairs are genuinely comfortable (not the typical stiff coffee shop seating), and the entire space feels less like a business and more like sitting in a welcoming home--a nice home where you actually want to stay awhile. But what really sets this place apart is the experience. Abdul didn't just take our order-- he genuinely engaged with us. He was friendly, thoughtful, and took the time to explain the concept behind the space, including how it connects to the location and atmosphere. That kind of interaction is rare, and it completely changed the tone of the visit. This isn't a place you rush in and out of. It feels built for conversation--for sitting down, slowing down, and actually connecting with the people you're with. It's a refreshing change from the typical coffee chain experience where everything feels standardized and transactional. Another standout is that the menu is halal, which makes this an easy and welcoming choice for anyone looking for halal options without having to second guess what they're ordering. If you're looking for more than just caffeine--if you want a place that values community, comfort, and real human connection--this is absolutely worth your time. This place reminded me what a coffee shop is supposed to be.
