He ordered the old-fashioned, which was initially very buzzy. About halfway into it figured out it wasn't stirred, leaving all the sweetness on the bottom and booze on top. You can definitely taste the zestiness of the lemon - nice touch, but other than that it's just fries with pork, red onion and green onion garnish. Hot dog - a $9 happy hour hot dog was the biggest disappointment. Sure the bread texture was good, toasted with a nice chew, but that was it. The dog itself was charged to my linking but it really didn't feel worth the money spent for its portion. Fries - 100% would get again. Cauliflower bites - I liked this too, flavor was good but such a small portion our table has to order two. Similar to the hotdog, not sure if it's worth the spend for the portion size. Despite the food not satisfying my cravings, the service was great. The young lady was helpful and was working hard taking orders, making drinks and delivering the food. She answered our questions perfectly and without hesitation; she was always there to refill iced tea and bring anything additional we needed - the service was flawless in every way. We were at a booth for four, and the booths are comfortable and clean. The layout of the restaurant is efficient, and perfect for the dining experience FSC is offering. And the food? Off the charts 5/5! I hadn't had pancakes in a long time, so I ordered the blueberry pancakes. The two pancakes were both massive and delicious. Fresh blueberries in the batter and on top, and they were perfectly ripe and flavorful. I can't envision anyone actually finishing all of it, but I was happy to take home leftovers. The pancakes were fluffy and light, among the best I have ever had. I also had a side of the house-cured bacon, which I requested crispy, and which arrived perfectly crispy and delicious. Mrs. K had the blue cheese burger and loved it. I was granted a taste, and I agreed. Juicy, prepared exactly as ordered, and served with exceptional fries that were crispy outside and soft inside. Our friends had various forms of eggs and bacon, including a dish FSC calls Beggin' For Bacon. The egg dishes looked perfect, and our friends confirmed they tasted as perfect as they looked. FSC gets a ton of 5-star reviews, and they deserve every one. We will be returning soon and often, and obviously, I highly recommend FSC for your next breakfast/lunch outing.

Maybe you can ask for them extra crispy? The next time I visited I had a BBQ chicken sandwich. The chicken was kinda dry, the sauce tasted good though. I also didn't like how it was assembled, it seemed kinda tossed on the bun and sent out. They are so busy here, and I wish they would just take a little extra time in the kitchen to make the food as great as the service. This is like a 3.5 star, with the great service and the decent food. Would I ever come here out of choice? Probably not. Would I throw up a big fuss if friends wanted to come here? Indoors and outdoors have a bunch of cool artwork that's inviting and warm. The staff were friendly, polite, and hard working. We started with the fried mozzarella and it was terrific. I ordered the creme brulee French toast and it was spectacular and better than I could have ever imagined. It was full of flavor and I'd order it again in a New York second. My wife opted for the chorizo sausage scramble and loved every bite. Our oldest had the chorizo scramble with my wife and really enjoyed it. Our youngest ordered the pancakes and loved them. It was a great experience and meal and we'll be back soon.

The food came out quick and hot - my husband really liked the burrito and it was massive, he ate half and I took the other half for lunch today. I loved the Lil Breakfast - it was the perfect amount of food. The real winner was the breakfast sausage links though - so so good, made in house and it shows! The coffee was good and constantly flowing - their Mimosa menu is insane. I didn't even order one, but still stared at the menu for about 5 minutes. Mitchell took great care of us too! The potatoes are often overlooked, but she stated they were as good as everything else on the plate. I ordered the special: Chicken N Waffle. The waffle was crispy and good. I have always had a piece of chicken on top of the waffle but they had 2 wings and 2 drumettes which was very odd to me. Overall, the restaurant has everything we look for - yummy food, friendly and efficient service and it was clean.
