I told the employee & she had horrible attitude with her response just being "ok". There was so feelings with the employee, didn't even bother asking if my daughter was okay. I tried contacting them 3 times via phone call on Saturday and no answer. I left a voicemail and they haven't gotten back to me. I also emailed them on Saturday and still no response. I asked another employee to remind him to wear gloves and she rolled her eyes at me. The ice cream scooper heard me and rudely told me "I think you just seen me wash my hands," which I did not see. I told him every time I've been there before, each employee has put on new gloves to serve each guest. I then watched him leave the register, not wash his hands and put on gloves for the customer he served after me after me. So I guess they choose which customers get a hand washing or gloves. I asked his name and he walked off. The other employee wouldn't give his name either. I asked for the manger and they told me the manager was named "Daniel." I ate the ice cream and ditched the cone. I rather travel to the North side than go back to this location.
